Great philosophy! Mine exactly. I own no "market" usual suspects. I've got a decent house, well below 70% LTV. In good shape for an old fart, within the specs for weight. All assets are in liquid hard goods. Going out today to stock up on ass-wipe, fill the jerry cans, and check out some more camping gear (not for survival crap, camping is cheap entertainment). I'll be taking down the tomato plants and prepping for next year's crop. Life looks good!
