Assange Confirms that Bank of America Is the Target of Bank Leak

George Washington's picture

Washington’s Blog

There has been widespread speculation that WikiLeaks would target Bank of America.

This has now been confirmed.

Specifically, Agence Press France is reporting:

Assange
also confirmed that WikiLeaks was holding a vast amount of material
about Bank of America which it intends to release early next year.

Will the B of A documents be a bombshell, or sound and fury signifying nothing?

Whatever it is, it won't be as bad as "expected" and the stock will skyrocket as Benny starts pulling levers behind the curtain.  Count on it...

Dear Mr. Assange,

Put up or shut up.  I want heads to roll.

Signed,

A Doubter

That's the way to hold Julian's feet to the fire. Someday if you grow some balls you might want to call out an actual villain. But until then there's always the underdog for you to beat up on.

You miss the point.   Assange could very well be a CIA stooge.   This may all be kabuki  theater and the longer I see bullshit 'breaking documents' the more I tend to believe that he is a stooge.

You need to make a point in order for one to miss that point...

Put up something that is meaningful, or shut up.  You can't see that as a point because you are a MORON.

Do you know the difference between what you imagine could be true and what is demonstrably true?

Blowing up B of AHoles just means JP Morgan and G. Sachs get to decide which one of them gets the goodies. Great theatre, no justice.

As long as they aren't standing on any derivative-based "anti-personnel mines" perturbed by Bank of Lynching Countrywide's demise.

Not to mention that they will use BoA's corpse to hide more of their trash.

BofA was slated to fail a few years ago. This was confirmed when they took on the assets (liabilities) of countrywide.. Who in their right mind would have done that? There were some backroom deals there that would make corrupt city officials jealous..

All the world is their stage..

I wonder, was Ken Lewis was part of the scheme, or just the most colossal patsy ever?

He hasn't been brought up on charges, so at this point, I'd go with the former.. If that changes, I'd go with the latter..

Thanks for that post-it makes sense.

One bank to rule them all;

With debt to bind them;

One bank to scroom them all

Using ignorance to blind them.

In the land of Owemore, where the banksters lie...

Nice work. But my Canadian business partner, David Pulver, came up with this improvement:

Nine bailouts for sub-prime lenders, doomed to die

Seven for the mortgage insurers, tossing them a bone

Two for the auto companies to keep selling cars

None for the dark future, down a porcelain throne

One bank to rule them all;

With debt to bind them;

One bank to screw them all

and with ignorance blind them.

In the land of Owemore, where the banksters lie...

I can't imagine what will come out but it probably has something to do with criminal activity at Bank of America .

This is nothing new.

Infact Bank of America and many other "banks" have been stealing for a long time and nothing has been done about it so I can't imagine anything being done about it now.
