CDC H1N1 forced quarantine docs leak
Last night Zero Hedge obtained some interesting documents from the CDC web site. They contain blank 'forced quarantine' orders from Iowa and Florida regarding novel H1N1 -- including quarantine to a 'secure detention center'-- which appear to be recent -- dated April 2009. Some may be aware the NIH and CDC just held an H1N1 conference in DC -- August 19-21 2009 -- that focused on 'mass fatality management'. For many, this should be cause for concern. As is becoming clear, our government is quite corrupt. The idea that this same government is now preparing for forced quarantine and mass vaccination should make anyone who has been following recent events shudder. There is something going on here, but governments have not come clean with the public. Why 'secure detention centers' in the U.S. and 'secure vaccination centers' in France if there is nothing to be concerned about? It is becoming increasingly clear that a global mass vaccination campaign is planned -- likely to become mandatory in the 193 WHO member countries, despite serious safety concerns regarding these untested novel H1N1 vaccines, some of which are now known to contain high levels of the deadly adjuvent squalene.
Others may be aware that it was only last week that the Massachusetts State Senate passed a law making it a relatively serious crime to refuse a mandatory vaccination or to break a quarantine order. This law also includes rather astounding violations of the 4th Amendment, including warrantless searches and seizures of property if deemed necessary in an 'emergency'. This new Massachusetts law also included authorizations for illegal arrest without a warrant and of forced vaccination of the public. But the political activity is not limited to the states. Yesterday Obama held meetings with senior cabinet officials regarding H1N1 'pandemic prepardness' including HHS Secretary Sebelius. So this is not idle speculation. There is something going on here. Either the government knows something we do not, or this is the biggest hype since the dot com bubble.
Although the current H1N1 virus does not have lethal genes yet, we have been implicitly promised by the national and global health authorities that novel H1N1 will soon return with such genetic 'upgrades', just as it did in 1918. Here at ZeroHedge, we are expecting a flock of economic black swans soon, and a pandemic -- whether real or hyped -- may be part of this flock. An economic collapse will be no doubt be triggered soon , and it will be convenient for the political elites to blame the collapse on an external factor, such as a pandemic or a war. Furthermore, the fall H1N1 pandemic may be a convenient pretext by which dangerous levels of expanding social control can be established by elites which have proven themselves utterly corrupt and morally bankrupt.

Not to sound defeatist, but it is likely that their plans are too far along and the public by and large too affected by a multi-pronged attack on their bodies and minds for anyone to do a darned thing about it. I don't care anymore how I sound, I believe it's not IF we die, but HOW we die. Each person must decide for themselves and their children. PM - It's nice to think that persevering civil servants in Washington will ensure we have enough food, water, electricity, and heat. But as the report I linked to earlier warns, they’re far better geared to lock us all up. Post-9/11 doctrine gives The US military and the department of Homeland Security the authority to force Americans to be medicated, quarantined, and vaccinated if the president declares it necessary. Today's pentagon intensively tracks flu around the world (See #2). And Washington's even got a federal cyber czar with the power to take over the web.

It is also interesting that the government has now merged their old "PandemicFlu.gov" website with its regular Flu site, which as many know is quite distinct from Pandemic Flu. Of course if you want to (for whatever reason) goose the numbers and the fatalities then it makes perfect sense to merge the two, that way we are assured of at least 30,000 -40,000 deaths in the US, which is the typical annual tally for the regular flu.
Separately and of concern is that this vaccine has yet to be fully tested and for the conspiracy folks out there what is absolutely terrifying is the role that John Holdren is taking in the H1N1 program. John is the President's Science Czar and has written some pretty scary stuff in the area of eugenics.

Then President Obama explained in his Saturday radio and Internet address that there is "great opportunity in the midst of" the "great crisis" befalling America.
Numerous commentators, including me, have pointed to this never-waste-a-crisis mantra as ideological evidence that Obama's budget priorities are a great bait-and-switch. He says he wants to fix the financial crisis, but he's focusing on selling his long-standing liberal agenda on healthcare, energy and education as the way to do it, even though his proposals have absolutely nothing to do with addressing the housing and toxic-debt problems that are the direct causes of our predicament. Indeed, some -- particularly on Wall Street -- would argue that his policies are making the crisis worse.
But the real scandal isn't those policies, even though they're bad enough. The real scandal is that this administration thinks crises are opportunities for governmental power-grabs (It seems writer Randolph Bourne was wrong. It is not war, but crisis, that is the health of the state).
Michael Kinsley famously said that a gaffe in Washington is when a politician accidentally tells the truth. As they say, it's funny because it's true.
But the White House tactic isn't funny at all. It's scary. Its amorality is outweighed only by the grotesque and astoundingly naked cynicism of it all.

I Know something about it, it isn't "deadly" but it does soften the chemical barriers of cell walls and that is a well research matter of fact. Weakened cellular walls are not going to resist penetration by a virus as effectively as healthy cells - that is why they use squalene as an adjuvant.

I believe more people died from the "vaccine" than the swine flu last outbreak 20 something years ago.
2 people I work with have gotten the swine flu...everyone was careful for a while, and now those 2 are back and no one else has become infected.

Do you know anything about the Baxter Pharmaceutical situation in Europe? It's good place to start. You might want to look at the Austrian prosecution regarding Baxter's deliveries of Avian flu. You offer nothing to refute anything being said except a purely emotional response.
I think it's interesting that there are some people who will only believe in conspiracy and corruption up to a certain point, and suggestion of anything beyond that point is rejected on what can best be described as a moral, rather than factual, basis.
J.S. Kim at theundergroundinvestor.com refers to this phenomenon as "the enronization of our critical thinking skills." Here is an excerpt from his article "How the financial elites enronized America":

The interesting flip side to that coin though is the clustering of conspiracy theories and theorists. What is the corellation between believing in one and believing in many. Further down you can see the case in point; Flouridation of drinking water. I'm sure if we pressed there are likely another 5-10 conspiracies the writer also believes in.
The problem with conspiracy theories in the flip side is that clustering where the people pushing them also want to bundle other ones into the entire picture. Your first statement is leaning towards that (softly though, not "How can anyone not believe this. Look at the facts!") in that rejecting conspiracy theories outright is a lack of critical thinking.
I think there needs to be a ton of more research done into the psychology of conspiracy theories and theorists themselves, but based on the current research we do have, it seems that conspiracy theories in general are related towards traumatic events where an individuals life paradigm is completely shattered (and in a lot of examples I can see the notion of safety being shattered). It's not so much that conspiracy theories may be untrue or true, but that they seem like a coping mechanism for an obvious traumatic event (i.e. there tends to be more of them around traumatic events, and there are several different species of conspiracy for the same event, that eventually get whittled away towards some unified conspiracy that explains an event). I think there is also an element of superbelievability at play where it isn't enough that negligence or passive enabling led to an event happening but that there was an active role by the security agent in it happening. 9/11 is one of those events where the trauma it caused must be blamed on an active role by the government for various because the paradigm of the government protecting us was completely destroyed.
I can think of a handful of conspiracies that created destructive events that were later proven to be true but for the most part happened before I was born or aware of their impact and pre revalation thinking. Iran Contra, Cointelpro, PBSuccess, etc etc. Many of these seem like a pretty big deal and would go towards reinforcing at least the possiblity that there are malicious conspiracies by our government. Yet, none of them are as grandiose as the conspiracies touted here at Zerohedge by some people, and this superbelievability is one of the supposed strengths of conspiracy theorists. If you can't prove the mundane (or pique people's interests), force other people to disprove the grandiose.
In fact, this kind of thinking could be seen in the case for war against Iraq; instead of providing a solid case for invasion based on mundane, but obvious and flagerant violations by Saddam, the administration tried to force critics to prove that Saddam didn't have WMD that threatened our existence every day, that he wasn't meeting with Al Queda, etc etc. On the other side of that is the "War for Oil" people who couldn't prove the mundane which was "Iraq is geographically and geopolitically useful for us and that's why they want to take it." so they tried to make it an issue of "this is all about oil and try to prove it isn't".
The final issue I have with conspiracy theories and clustering is one of framing every event with a conspiracy behind it, and assigning great importance to events which seemingly corroborate the conspiracy. You could make the conspiracy case that FEMA's handling of Hurricane Katrina was a conspiracy to screw over black people, disenfranchise Democratic voters, make Louisianna solidly Republican by hampering rebuilding efforts, and permanently alter the perception that black people have towards the government to make them antagonistic towards any "help" from them. If you simply looked at only things that supported that conspiracy I bet you could have a very convincing case. But there are so many other things that suggest it was mere incompetence and confusion, at every level of government that resulted in the death and diaspora.
If you examine the "H1N1" quarantine documents under the lens that there is already a conspiracy to screw us over, at the exclusion of other facts and explanations, then yeah, the jackbooted thugs in black helicopters will be carting you away this fall and you will have a terrible Christmas.

The effects are disputable, but there is evidence that it calcifies the Pineal Gland. That is not a conspiracy. The conspiracy part comes in when you ask the question of whether the fluoridation of water is done with this goal in mind, and it is a legitimate question to ask.
Secondly, as the write you reference I can't give you a straight count of the conspiracies I believe in, but if I had to try it would be a lot more than 10. Back, during the first democratic presidential debate, I made a one dollar bet bet with a 1-100 odds, that Barack Obama was going to be President. I made the bet because I thought that there was a conspiracy by some very well connected people to make him President. In fact, his 2004 speech set off some sensors early. The point is, I was right because I approached it with a critical perspective.
CNBC presenting things in a more positive light is a conspiracy, because as Tyler pointed out, their pay checks depend on the stock price of GE. I think that every politician has dirt of him or her to some degree that is either in the safe of some players or is just waiting to be uncovered by a private investigator. Elliott Spitzer was pushing too hard and the various players responded by releasing the dirt and pushing him out of his position. I think it is no coincidence that the first time we heard a President of the United States giving the recomendation to buy stocks was followed by the most coordinated and manipulated bear market rally...ever (although not sure about the ever) I think that banks are conspiring not to sell foreclosed homes. But sooner or later they'll have to despite the conspiracy.
Concerning 9/11, there is a lot of evidence that points to conspiracy. No, I actually don't think that Cheney picked up the phone that morning and said "initiate the operation" in a Dr. Evil voice. But simply by examining who said what when, even when excluding all the physical evidence that makes the official story questionable at best, there is a lot more there than meets the surface. Osama Bin Laden was a CIA operative and he could have very well been presented with an opportunity to start a holy war by US representatives with information relevant to the task, like for example the scheduled day of a massive military exercise for preventing plane use as projectiles when it would be difficult to ascertain whether potential bogeys on the radar screen were part of the excercise or actual threats. Maybe it was more of an understanding, but nonetheless the possibility exists that both Bush and Osama Bin Laden wanted to initiate a holy war and the alignment of interests was materialized on 9/11.
Everyone has an angle, and even the Illuminati can't agree on everything. The technocrats deciding what to do with our monetary system probably can't agree on whether to go back to the gold standard or to make SDR's more important, or to try to preserve the current system at all expense or to do something else altogether. I don't know whats going to happen but what I do know is that everyone is interested, and many times interests overlap, and that is when we get conspiracies. It happens more often than you think.
PS Iraq happened because of multiple factors and interests, but a large part of it was Saddam talking seriously about switching his oil trade from dollars in favor of euros.

1. Please provide support for the claim that bin Laden was a CIA operative. Obviously he was a beneficiary of the American support for the mujahadeen in the Afghan/Soviet war. But I'm unaware of claims of his direct involvement with the Agency.
2. Suppose Bush/Cheney were collaborating with AQ in the way you suggest. Would they choose the pentagon as a target, as opposed to numerous other targets that would be less near and dear to their hearts?
In lieu of "theories" I would like to state 2 things about 9/11. I was working in D.C. on9/11 as a commercial electrician in the World Bank building. I rode the subway,(which was almost devoid of patrons) to the stop before the Pentagon. At that point I got out and walked the few blocks to a vantage point from which I observed: NO wreckage, and about a 17ft wide hole in the side of the building. No damage from wings or the engines on them. Windows intact. 2. My brother is a core driller. (drills holes in concrete) and finished his work in a stairwell in front of the impact zone on 9/10. That part of the building was under construction. I can say with certainty, that the Pentagon was NOT hit with a plane. Oh, and I feel the need to mention the lack of footage of anything other than the ball of flame that exited the building following impact. There are MANY, MANY cameras on and around the Pentagon, and NOT ONE picture of an actual "plane" flying into it. Folks can say whatever they want. I was an eye witness. ( after impact but before the fire took the exterior wall down.)

He was a frequent customer and definitely came in contact with the CIA multiple times in that capacity, and there is good chance that his dealings with them extended further than that. Obviously no official records exist to prove this; it is an assumption based on the information available.
In terms of why the different buildings were chosen as targets, the best theory I can think of right now would be that the section of the Pentagon that was hit had records that belonged in the shredder, possibly the paper trail for this:

It points to possible destruction of paper trails on a massive scale; if I remember correctly possibly having to do with Enron and other large scale fraudsters. Also etymologically al-Q'aeda is roughly translated as " The Base " and that is the name given by MI6 to the first group of Taliban and Mujahideen warriors who received weapons from Egypt via Pakistan provided by the Mossad and CIA.

Squalene is not present in ANY standard series civilian shot. Squalene is the precursor to cholesterol, testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone in the human body. When it is injected intramuscularly in the astoundingly high concentrations present in these experimental H1N1 vaccines, it causes your body to produce antibodies and T-cell mediated immunity against squalene. This in turn, effects the HTPA and the endocrine system because you can no longer synthesise the proper hormones without causing an inflammatory response.

Anders Laursen is as reliable a source on vacines as Jenny McCarthy.
I deal with immunocompromised patients and we have the key vaccine for them in pneumovax. The facts are people don't die from the flu or other respiratory viruses, they die from complications associated with the severity of the disease either due to an over exuberant inflammatory response or development of secondary infections.
If your really worried about the flu and don't want whatever new vaccine gets approval for this season, talk to your PCP about pneumovax. Just know you'll pay out of pocket, unless you're over 65 or have heart disease, COPD, or diabetes.
As for these quarantines and mass vaccinations, 2 things: 1)we are getting conflicting info regarding management (home quarantine is the current recommendation) from the state agencies, although all suspect flu cases are supposed to be referred for strain testing. That's typical though, as every we wait to see which strain(s) will emerge. 2) There are lots of people in the governement who get paid to think about worse case scenarios. They come up with these grandiose schemes and plans, then a crisis hits (take your pick Katrina, maybe 9/11, etc.) and for the most part, their plans fall apart as these people usually lack any real world experience, management background, or ability to rapidly adjust strategy in the face of a dynamic system.
These plans are scary and seem far beyond excessive; however, their grandiosity is usually superseded by pervasive bureaucratic incompetence.
