The firings June Clarkson and Theresa Edwards can be dismissed as inter-office politics; the campaign contributions are best described as bribes. How can you take campaign contributions from a company the AG Office is investigating?

The attorneys investigating foreclosure fraud said they were forced out. Sign the petition calling on the Attorney General's Office of Inspector General to investigate Pam Bondi's actions.

"While we are sympathetic to the desire to avoid wasteful and duplicative litigation, the source of the unnecessary proceedings in this case was not an overly wooden application of the rules, but US Bank's failure to abide by them."

Time to put on the boots. The shit is getting thick...

Signers come and signers go, but the practices of banks and their servicers remain the same.

So you see, Florida Bar, you are wrong, wrong, wrong when you say I have to bestir myself and do a darn thing about the fraud I helped my clients commit on the court. Because, I’ll tell you one thing, if one of those nice people’s affidavits was phony, they were all phony! Geez, give me a break. Seriously, whose side are you on???

Most of the tainted mortgage documents in question last fall were related to homes in foreclosure. But much of the suspect paperwork that has been filed since then is for refinancing or for new purchases by people who are in good standing in the eyes of the bank.

All we ever asked was for the banks and their attorneys to FOLLOW THE LAW. No free houses, no windfalls for the homeowner, no debt forgiveness. JUST FOLLOW THE LAW... Because once we lose that, we lose society as we know it...

To allay their concerns, the council took out a controversial clause, which said that any violation of the law would void a foreclosure sale...

"It is telling that, once again, a New York court is more interested in exposing fraud taking place right here in Palm Beach County than our own Florida courts, even citing to the investigation of the Florida Attorney General"

Either this is a hell of a coincidence or something much more sinister...

If it's the latter, this is so blatant and so in your face it is ridiculous.

On May 20, Edwards said she and Clarkson were summoned together to a meeting at 3:30 p.m. and told by Robert Julian, then the South Florida bureau chief for the Economic Crimes Section of the attorney general’s office, that they had the opportunity to resign or would be let go immediately.

The Act provides that, during the emergency declared to exist, relief may be had through authorized judicial proceedings with respect to foreclosures of mortgages, and execution sales, of real estate; that sales may be postponed and periods of redemption may be extended.
