Submitted by Bruce Krasting on 01/08/2010 14:24 -0500Something is going to happen with our pal Tim Geithner. My guess is that it happens sooner versus later. The White house chatter on this is just smoke. The question is, who is coming in and what might they do?

Greece - A Line in the Sand?
Submitted by Bruce Krasting on 12/17/2009 10:41 -0500How big a deal is Greece? Potentially real big. This story has all the pieces for something to get out of control. If the potential for chaos exists, the markets tend to gravitate towards it. Every day we seem to get a bit closer.

Rex Tillerson's Carry Trade
Submitted by Bruce Krasting on 12/15/2009 07:50 -0500If the economy is to recover, the price of Nat Gas will have to move higher. Exxon bet a reasonable portion of the 'ranch' on gas with the XTO deal. I think it is a good bet. Exxon's good news is going to be bad news for everyone else. Same old, same old.
