"Barrel Bombs" And Bullshit: The Tangled Threads Of Washington Lies About Syria And Russia
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/21/2015 22:00 -0500There are so many strands of lies and distortions that it is now almost impossible for Official Washington to disentangle itself from all the false narratives that the neocons and the liberal hawks have spun in support of their various “regime change” strategies. So, the American people are left with the mainstream U.S. news media endlessly repeating storylines that are either completely false or highly exaggerated. Official Washington’s many false narratives about Russia and Syria have gotten so tangled that they have become a danger to the struggle against jihadist terrorism and conceivably a threat to the future of the planet.

Largest Immigration Wave In Modern History Ends: More Mexicans Are Leaving The US Than Entering
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/21/2015 18:30 -0500The 'Great Recession' was evidently so bad for the economy that it stopped the net influx of illegal immigrants from Mexico. For the first time since the 1940s, more Mexicans have been leaving the U.S. to return home than arriving, a reversal that brings down the curtain on the largest immigration wave in modern American history. As WSJ reports, the Pew Research Center figures released Thursday suggest that the surge in legal and illegal Mexican immigration that helped transform America - and remains a contentious issue on the presidential campaign trail - may have peaked for good.

The House Just Passed A Bill To 'Pause' The Syrian Refugee Program, Obama Will Veto
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/19/2015 14:03 -0500With 53% of Americans opposed to opening the nation’s borders to those fleeing the war-torn Middle Eastern nation, it is perhaps no surprise that The House just voted overwhelmingly to slap stringent - and difficult to implement - new screening procedures on refugees from Syria seeking resettlement. While 47 Democrats defied President Obama's; due to absences, the vote did not quite nullify the threat of veto, without which the bill would effectively suspend the entry of refugees into the US for months or years.
Trump Open To ID Badges, Special Database For Muslims: "We're Going To Have To Do The Unthinkable"
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/19/2015 13:30 -0500"And certain things will be done that we never thought would happen in this country in terms of information and learning about the enemy. And so we’re going to have to do certain things that were frankly unthinkable a year ago."
Russia Explains To Clueless US Public Why Obama Can't Defeat ISIS
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/18/2015 22:12 -0500“Apparently, it’s a kind of a ‘honey is sweet, but the bee stings’ situation: they want IS to weaken Assad as soon as possible to make him leave somehow, but at the same time they don’t want to overly strengthen IS, which may then seize power."

Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/18/2015 15:50 -0500Following President Obama's 'promise' this morning to "provide refuge to to at least 10,000 refugees fleeing violence in Syria over the next year after they pass the highest security checks," we thought some help with the "highest security checks" form may be helpful...
Obama "Lives In A Fantasy Land," Chris Christie Rages John Kerry Should "Get Some Sleep & Shut Up"
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/18/2015 11:53 -0500With poll numbers plunging, it is hardly surprising that Chris Christie would come out swinging in the aftermath of the French attacks and while his comments this morning during a Fox News interview are rather astonishingly frank, they are not entirely without merit as the Obama administration appears to tumble from pillar to post with regard foreign policy and specifically ISIS. Remarking on John Kerry's comment that the terror attacks in Paris lacked the "rationale" of the assault earlier this year on the staff of 'Charlie Hebdo', Chistie exclaimed the Secretary of State should "get some sleep and shut up," adding that President Obama "was living in a fantasy land" and should focus on protecting the U.S., not helping Syrian refugees.
Following Paris Terror Attacks, Only Three Things Are Guaranteed
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/17/2015 23:20 -0500In the aftermath of the weekend's horrific attack, several realities have become clear. Taking history into account, three things will undoubtedly occur in response to the terror attacks in Paris.
Chuck Norris: World War III Started Last Friday In Paris
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/16/2015 19:50 -0500Walker Texas Ranger has a history lesson for you: The murder sprees in Paris may go down in history like the Nazis’ invasion of Poland on Sept. 1, 1939, as the spark that lit the fuse for a wider European involvement in World War II. The impact of ISIS in Syria and Iraq is comparable to Hitler’s annexation of Czechoslovakia and Austria, which caused great concern and condemnation but not greater European revolt."
Texas, Five Other States Refuse To Accept Syrian Refugees
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/16/2015 11:15 -0500"Given the tragic attacks in Paris and the threats we have already seen, Texas cannot participate in any program that will result in Syrian refugees - any one of whom could be connected to terrorism - being resettled in Texas,"

The institutional academic system is broken. We need less systemic, traditional education that only provides knowledge of low utility and more alternative education that provides the right high-utility knowledge to thrive during today's global currency wars.
