US Deploys Troops Along Syria-Turkey Border

US troops and armored vehicles have been deploying along the Syrian-Turkish border, days after a Turkish airstrike killed 20 U.S.-backed Kurdish fighters. The US involvement is meant to send "a message of reassurance for the Kurds and almost a warning message." It also may lead to military conflict between the US and Turkey.
