the enemy cannot accelerate the agenda without triggering exponential shockwaves of awakening

which is crucial, considering that the other primary component of their strategy (in addition to hijacking all western governments and media systems) has been to keep and preproduce a sheeple-like slave caste that blindly, passively accepts tyranny (economic and otherwise)
