Words of War
I had an interesting conversation with a fellow who lives in Europe and has been connected to the spook world in the past. (See this for prior discussions with him.) It went like this:
Paris
Have you been watching the events in Syria?
BK
Not really. I’m not sure what, if any, are the implications of this is.
Paris
You should. Things are moving faster and faster. For example, have you seen the level of fighting in the streets of Damascus the past few days?
.
.
.
BK
No. It seems there is fighting every day.
Paris
There is now heavy fighting in the capital of Damascus. Clearly, the opposition has grown substantially for this to happen. It also means that the fighters are being armed. They would not take on a battle in the capital unless they were well armed.
BK
Interesting. Where are they getting these arms?
Paris
The same place that the Libyans got theirs, the Qataris and the Saudis.
BK
Ah! How do the Saudis and Qataris get arms into Syria?
Paris
Through Turkey, of course. You don’t think those Turkish jets got shot down by accident do you? This was the excuse for Erdogon (Turkish President) to get involved. Now he is.
BK
Why would Erdogon want to get involved in the Syrian mess?
Paris
He sees himself as a guardian of the Sunni. What we are witnessing is the re-emergence of the Ottoman Empire. What is happening is that Syria is in a civil war, but behind this is a religious war. Sunni versus Shia. The fighting today is in the streets of Syria, but in the end, this is a war between the Saudis and the Iranians.
BK Where's this headed?
Paris
At this point, the USA is sharing any intelligence it has with all “friendly” interested parties, including the Turks, the Israelis, the Qataris and the Saudis. Given that all of these countries are also “leakers” of info, it is a safe bet that the Russians have the same info and are passing it along to the Iranians. It’s an equally safe bet the Iranians are very angry at this. In particular, they are pissed at the Qataris. And that gets us right back to the Straits of Hormuz.
.
.
BK
Are you saying Iran might attack Qatar?
Paris
No, I wouldn’t think so. That would be suicide. The Americans have two aircraft carriers and a full fleet of other ships available to crush any aggression by Iran. But that is the point, all Iran needs do is threaten Qatar, and the price of crude shoots up. With it, would go insurance charges for the ships that ply those waters. A few well-placed mines would do the trick.
BK
Do you think it will play out like that?
Paris
The Iranians truly hate the Saudis, the Saudis hate the Iranians just as much. Today there is a new excuse to hate each other, Syria.
As to the odds, who knows? But I think that the odds are greater for something to happen to escalate what we are seeing today, versus a return to regional stability.
BK
Timing?
Paris
Impossible to say. Keep in mind that Obama and Hilary Clinton have effectively put Israel on a leash as far as Iran’s nukes are concerned until after the American election. The Iranians know this, and they understand that November is not so far away. The US does not have the Israelis tied up regarding matters in Syria.
I don’t see how “they” can put a lid on all of this. There are too many moving parts. Do the Iranians have an interest in stirring up a hornet’s nest before November? Sure they do. It could be a matter of weeks.
.
Note:
Qatar produces (only) 1.3m barrels of crude a day. However, they are the largest producer of liquified natural gas (LNG) in the world. .

"Do the Iranians have an interest in stirring up a hornet’s nest before November? Sure they do."
Really? Obamney?
"Ima HAWK on Iran!!"-"IMA HAWKER THAN YOU BITCH!!" "OH NO YOU IZENT, TRICK!!!!" "OH YE-UH? IMA GIVE THE JOOZ NOOKS, LOAFABREAD HEAD!!" etc etc
Does the November election outcome make fuck all difference to the Iranians?
Does it make any difference for US?
What would the O' lympics be without an arsenal of rocket launchers? Maybe they can incorporate them into a sporting event. As for Syria the rebels went from being pounded in Hohms to invading Damascus in a few short weeks. Quite a turn around in fighting.
Rocket launchers are just a way of doing even BETTER fireworks for the Olympics than the show they did in San Diego for July 4.

"In the third, Obama wins the presidency in November 2008, and then goes on to implement the policies demanded by the Trilateral CFR bankers. Some combination of war, depression, mass privation, economic breakdown, and a general fracturing and dislocation of society result. In the course of this, Obama inevitably disappoints, then betrays, and finally viciously attacks his own base, pitching the lemming legions into acute psychological distress on top of all their other woes. In this scenario, mob action is generated in protest against Obama's betrayal or stab in the back, and a full-blown fascist mass movement, quite possibly of right-wing and racist coloration, results."
Except for the last sentence, which may or may not be prophetic, this demonstrates Tarpley's incredible forsight and ability to read history. He was able to do this because he has read a lot of history, but more importantly, because he has analyzed those past events, such as fascism under Mussolini, to understand their genesis and the forces that drive them to fruition. From that type of analysis, he is able to determine what the present situation has in common with those past events, and how the present situation differs. This is what singles him out from other "analysts" who either wear ideological blinders or are lazy and not well-read. Certainly he has his defects, but his ability to look ahead testifies to the validity of his approach. It also shows the value of a good liberal education when seriously pursued. I should mention that Tarpley is no mere academic but has had his feet on the ground in Libya and Syria during hostilities.
Everyone knows that to understand the present, you must study the past. How few there are who can actually do that well! We are lucky that Tarpley shares his insights.
I would argue that Tarpley DOES interpret history with an ideological bent. I agree with many things he says, but he also idolizes FDR, for crying out loud! That's another issue all together....
When one remembers that the scumbags mentioned above almost always happily loan money to all viable parties to international conflicts, it's much easier to see how disagreements often go from spark to wildfire in a matter of days.

Brings up troubling questions: of course we can wonder why some "spook" would conveniently speak to anyone. How do we corroborate one "spook"? with another? LOL and what disclosure about defense stock holdings might we want to ask about?

War on European soil by fall.

There are 2 factors - Israeli ambitions and Oil riches. To what extent one influence is greater than the other is hard to tell, but both make me sick. This is just another Libya all over again (funny how we hear nothing about that any more).
How wonderful would it be if the USA still observed its founding fathers ideals of not getting involved in foreign wars - NEITHER side is ever right.
Check this out.

I'm all for WWIII you can count me in. Wonder what it is like going up in a shroom cloud with millions of others. Independence Day suckers. And if I can make a few bucks on the way what the hell. Long oil!
WWIII may be the only thing that can save CNN ratings.
Is Bernie Shaw still with us? If not, can we get a zombie Bernie Shaw to comment on "the sky over (Damascus/Tehrran/Riyadh/London/Compton) is ablaze"
CNN WWIII coverage ... they going to use cockroaches for their coverage team?
They're using them now so why switch?
Qatar produces (only) 1.3m barrels of crude a day. However, they are the largest producer of liquified natural gas (LNG) in the world.
So fucking them up would surely be nice for all the folks who still can't believe NG prices can keep falling, no?
FINALLY some real casus belli!
If we are going to throw "war" and "LNG" into the stone soup, y'all got some you tube viewin' do be doin' ...

And so all that cheap fracked gas that is losing money right now suddenly becomes profitable .... hmmmm!
Very insightful, but it begs the question: does the tail wag the dog?
While everybody is keeping an eye on the dog's various moving parts, I suggest somebody should start watching the dog's owners.
The first thing you need to understand is which part of the dog is BIGGER.
That's the part that wags the other.
Q: Why does a dog lick his balls?
A: Because he can...
The penis? Sorry, just saw a pic of Reggie Love and The Zero, and it just popped out...the word that is.
Nice, stir a huge pot that has now boiled over and no one can stop it.
Mining Hormuz would create maybe 4-6 weeks of disruption on the energy markets. And ultimately, it probably wouldn't change the outcome in Syria.
So if Iran were going to do this (as revenge for Syria) the optimum time would be about a month before the US elections.
The security contractor in London is an Israeli company, so that should facilitate a false-flag attack in London ....
Something more than likely will happen at the olympics, I can actually se it.
Up arrows for both. TPTB need to create a horrible event in order to get muppets onboard for the Iranian Takedown and absorption of their wealth by the Red Shield boys.
Interesting that the security firm which promised 10K guards for London cannot produce; many of the "security personnel" they have supplied do not speak English and come from foreign lands.
Big Ben may soon become the next Twin Towers.
Long on War and Satanic Evil, bit-chez.
They have to clean-up (read vaporize) the 7300 tons of leaking nuclear waste buried smack in the middle of the Olympic grounds after all...
What a perfect human sacrifice it would make.
11 years later it might be Lowy's turn to "pull it" with respect to his occultist, ritualistic Olympic project. Blamed on Iranian terrorists or some reasonable facsimile, naturally.
Oh, anecdotally, guess who has a startlingly similar insurance policy à la the WTC towers on the Sears/Willis tower in Chicago?
Is it coincidental, but there is a lot of so-called illuminati symbolism connected to the faux-lympic games.
They supposedly, according to the lore, always telegraph their punch before they throw it.
"Do you know what date in Jewish calendar is 27th of July when the Olympics open?
It is the 9th of Av. Av is 11th month in Jewish calendar.
In Europe we'd say that Olympics opening ceremony is 9/11 in Jewish calendar!
Now eat this bitches:
The Ninth of Av is Jewish day of mourn, because through history Jewish people suffered a lot on the exact date:
- First Temple destroyed in Jerusalem on the same date - The Ninth of Av (9/11)
- Second Temple destroyed in Jerusalem, which occurred about 655 years after the First, but on the same date - The Ninth of Av (9/11)
- Expulsion of the jewish people from Spain in 1492 on the same date - The Ninth of Av (9/11)
- Failure of the Bar Kokhba revolt against the Roman Empire also on the Ninth of Av (9/11)
- jewish people were expelled from England the Ninth of Av (9/11)
- The First Crusade was declared by Pope Urban II on July 20, 1095 (Av 9, 4855 AM), killing 10,000 jewish people in its first month and destroying Jewish communities in France and the Rhineland on the Ninth of Av (9/11)
- World War I broke out on the Ninth of Av (9/11), causing unprecedented devastation across Europe and set the stage for World War II and the Holocaust.
- The mass deportation began of jewish people from the Warsaw Ghetto, en route to Treblinka on the Ninth of Av (9/11).
OLYMPIC GAMES IN LONDON start on the Ninth of Av (9/11)!"

Its my belief that in the end, the Assad regime will fall. This constant combat grinds down an Army; vehicles & weapons break down, medical care for the injured soldiers, ammo & gas-- all of this costs money, nevermind paying the soldiers. Syria's economy is already on the ropes; capital flight has also begun, endangering Syrian banks. Unless Assad finds a pretty wealthy patron who can pony up billions each month to prop him up, his regime will collapse from within.
Sounds like a job for Super-Soros
that would be the russians, they ain't going to just roll over on one of their favorite thugs. Then again, never know what Hillary/Obama has promised them after the election.
Unless the BOE / FED are printing it for them, dude, the Russians don't have remotely the funds necessary. The Russian MAFIA do, easily, but they aren't going to fund a war unless there's a lot of profit in it. No-one has EVER made a penny out of wars in the Mid East, unless they took a back seat and sold arms to both sides... which is what Russia are doing!
Where is all this leading? For an overarching perspective see Webser Tarpley's article "Obama, the Postmodern Coup--the Making of a Manchurian Candidate". Somebody posted this the other day as http://www.american-buddha.com/lit.obama.webster.intro.htm
I found the following very interesting on Obama, considering Tarpley had written his article (actually, I believe it is the introduction to his book of the same title) before Obama was elected in 2008.
"The really alarming aspect of Brzezinski is that he lacks even the bully's instinct for survival. Brzezinski is determined to use the next U.S. administration as a vehicle for his final settling of accounts with Russia, his own personal twilight of the gods. Brzezinski's self-conception is that he is the statesman who successfully destroyed the Soviet Union by goading Moscow to invade Afghanistan in 1979, leading to Moscow's defeat in a decade-long protracted guerrilla war from which the Soviet Union never recovered. Brzezinski also takes credit for having masterminded the dismemberment of the Warsaw Pact, starting in his native Poland in 1988-1989. Brzezinski now intends to crown the edifice of his geopolitical career with the destruction of the Russian Federation, including the Balkanization and partition of European Russia itself. This is an enterprise of incalculable folly, since the Russian Federation is the one state on earth which retains the ability to incinerate the United States, as well as Japan and Western Europe, inflicting tens of millions of casualties in the first hour of a thermonuclear exchange. Brzezinski is therefore attempting to drag the world back into the worst nightmare of the Cold War."
You might say, "But this is about Brzezinski!" True, but it makes no difference. Read the whole article. By the way, this article is the single best thing I've seen on distinguishing fascism from otherwise authoritarian government, and merits reading for that perspective alone.
But if Brzezinski is Obama's guy, and Brzezinski hates Hilary, why is Hilary Secretary of State?
Too smart by half...
I think you have this backwards, which suggests you are too smart by half to have any need to actually read the article. The article says that Obama is Brzezinski's guy.
thanks. good read. not completely convinced by a socialist trying to distance his ideas from past outcomes, but at least a good try.
too bad nobody listened to what he had to say then, or now.
maybe after a few US cities are in flames and the mena is a rad zone....on second thought, probably not then either
Brzezknski likely doesn't give two shits about ANY nation-state, other than their ability to be leveraged to get the outcome his masters desire, global nirvana. So he hates the Russian Federation? Big deal. That just means he's a self-propelled tool (which are highly valuable).
Note that his book is called "The Grand ChessBOARD." His focus isn't on the various pieces, but upon the whole setup.
"In May Admiral Montgomery was the first to announce, a week before the NATO summit, that the U.S.-NATO European interceptor missile system had reached initial capability with the deployment of American warships equipped with Standard Missile-3 interceptors, a forward-based radar in Turkey and a command and control center at the U.S. air base in Ramstein, Germany."--from the article "Donald Rumsfeld Returns to Georgia" cited by Lumberjack below.
Given the above remarks by Tarpley concerning Zbigi's desire to finally settle the score with Russia, is it possible that the collection of anti-missle emplacements that aim at encircling European Russia (the part to the east of the Urals to be taken over by the Chinese in Brez's planning) could be to enable a first nuclear strike against Russia? Is "Obama" ultimately planning a first strike against Russia? Seems too bizarre to be true! From what I have read, any full scale nuclear war would doom life on this planet.
"He may be a tool, but he's OUR tool"
Sincerely ~ "The illuminati"
Thanks, that's very interesting and I suspect Tarpley is exactly on target.
I met Zbig while a campaign volunteer on Carter's first successful presidential run, and saw him one more time later.
Of course, many of those problems today track back to the destruction of the secular gov't in Afghanistan, and Brzezinksi/Carter's plan, with the Saudis, of moving extremist Wahabis to the border between Afghanistan and the old Soviet Union, instead of the moderate Sufi Islamist people who then lived there.
Once they funded the Mujahadeen, the first action they took was to murder all those secularists who remained in Afghanistan after the Sov invasion --- the academics, artists, professionals, etc.
Just hope he doesn't have that much influence in the O-Administration....
Iran could ratchet up tension in the Gulf but its been awful quiet on the Palestinian front. If the goal is the help their ally Syria the straits of Hormuz won't help. Iran needs to make Israel the issue as that is the only thing that trump the Sunni/Shia rivalry. So why hasn't Iran let Hezbollah do some heavy rocketing of Israel or have Hamas do the same?
Because Hezbollah and Hamas know which side their bread is buttered on. They see the writing on the wall and they see that Syria will lose, probably in a slow, grinding conflict.
For Hamas, their future patrons will be the Saudis and the Turks.
For Hezbollah, their situation in Lebanon will become precarious absent their Syrian patrons, and they will be on the defensive.
