Stunning Crimes of the Big Banks: Worse than Your Wildest Imagination

George Washington's picture

Preface:   Not all banks are criminal enterprises.  The wrongdoing of a particular bank cannot be attributed to other banks without proof.  But – as documented below – many of the biggest banks have engaged in unimaginably bad behavior.

Here are just some of the improprieties by big banks:

  • Engaging in mafia-style big-rigging fraud against local governments. See this, this and this
  • Shaving money off of virtually every pension transaction they handled over the course of decades, stealing collectively billions of dollars from pensions worldwide. Details here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here and here
  • Pledging the same mortgage multiple times to different buyers. See this, this, this, this and this. This would be like selling your car, and collecting money from 10 different buyers for the same car
  • Committing massive fraud in an $800 trillion dollar market which effects everything from mortgages, student loans, small business loans and city financing
  • Pushing investments which they knew were terrible, and then betting against the same investments to make money for themselves. See this, this, this, this and this
  • Engaging in unlawful “Wash Trades” to manipulate asset prices. See this, this and this
  • Participating in various Ponzi schemes. See this, this and this
  • Bribing and bullying ratings agencies to inflate ratings on their risky investments

The executives of the big banks invariably pretend that the hanky-panky was only committed by a couple of low-level rogue employees. But studies show that most of the fraud is committed by management.

Indeed, one of the world’s top fraud experts – professor of law and economics, and former senior S&L regulator Bill Black – says that most financial fraud is “control fraud”, where the people who own the banks are the ones who implement systemic fraud. See this, this and this.

But at least the big banks do good things for society, like loaning money to Main Street, right?

Actually:

  • The big banks have slashed lending since they were bailed out by taxpayers … while smaller banks have increased lending. See this, this and this

We can almost understand why Thomas Jefferson warned:

And I sincerely believe, with you, that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies ....

John Adams said:

Banks have done  more injury to religion, morality, tranquillity, prosperity, and even wealth of the nation than they have done or ever will do good.

And Lord Acton argued:

The issue which has swept down the centuries and which will have to be fought sooner or later is the people versus the banks.

You left out some bloodlines. It's really all about the Windsors, the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers.

The Rockefeller/Rothschild merger:

A brief history (as is all history, open to interpretation):

Now, we've heard most of all this before, but Fukushima is the great equalizer. All of the lungs of every living thing on this planet are full of radionuclides, and inhaling more daily. The air, the water, our food, all contaminated. We, and they, are all going to go at the same time. Their money may buy nicer hospice care and clean sheets, but it's all over sooner than anyone may think.

500 years of planning, only to die of radiation poisoning from their failed nuclear weapon core material processing facilities (all of the world's NPPs primary function is for the production of weapons-grade plutonium, and the production of electricity provides civilian cover in populated areas).

What a bunch of dumbfucks.

...The Rockefellers’ Chase Manhattan Bank serves as a major source of finance for the Nazis and, as the Nazis send Jews, Gypsies, socialists and other “sub-humans” to the gas chambers in accordance with the eugenics agenda promulgated by the American ruling class, closes the accounts of its Jewish customers...

Rockefellers were spin-offs of the Rothschild mafiya...later working sometimes in alliance with, sometimes in opposition to the mothership - the organization and funding of Hitlerism was a project of crypto-jewish Sabbateans and any & all aggression directed against mainstream jewish groups was a result of their [sionist} campaign to intimidate them into moving to their middle east nazi-socialist sionist paradise[or die]

In exactly the same way, the  organization and funding of a 'state within a state' has taken place in the USA since the end of WW2 - a military-industrial kartel komplemented by a phalanx of thugs[DHS\TSA\FBI etc.] inkorporated into the co-opted state security apparatus and charged to intimidate and terrorize the subhuman [goy]civilian population into kompliance with their external policy of limitless wars and internal one of fascistic krony kapitalism. The penalties of non-kompliance after the final stage of the long-running coup d'etat in November will be confiscation, incarceration & death, The phony pharoah[or his opposite number]will reign supreme(as puppet-in chief) over the new sio-nazi socialist paradise\death kamp while the goyish menfolk are exterminated in foreign wars against phony enemies whilst the domestic eugenics program renders their womenfolk barren and the children sickly and diseased from deadly compulsory "vaccinations" -welcome to the future Merikans.

Nothing new under the sabbatean sun.

What's a big bank to do?

So many ways to make money illegally, it's just hard to choose.

The crimes of banks are enabled naturally by leverage and fractional reserve banking and are secured by political and legislative buyouts.

On banksterism -

« The issue which has swept down the centuries and which will have to be fought sooner or later is the people versus the banks. »

- Lord John Emerich Edward Acton (1834 - 1902), the Lord Acton who also said:

« Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. »

And absolute power resides in the ability to print unlimited amounts of money out of thin air and sell it for a profit or use its misappropriated debt obligation to your advantage to seize possessions and control people.

Thus banks become a self-fulfilling doom magnet attracting the most corrupt and corrupting the most attractive.

eddiebe asked:

And that's what we know about. So now what?

Which is a great fuking question by the way.  It would be so much better to live in a world where someone could offer a better response than buy physical, but until then, that's the answer.

Of course - per Zero Hedge usual - he was replied to with:

  • Some doomer offering us useless nonsense (palmereldritch)
  • Some jerkoff noting he enjoyed the quote from a dead asshole (mirac)
  • Your initial nonsense (you)
  • An asshole's response to your nonsense (Al Gorerhythm)
  • Your two-greened-to-zero comment above (you again)

So it goes.  I just wanna see the paid doomers unite with the real-life doomers on a version of this song.  Everyone else is coming together over it, so why can't we do the same?  LOL
