Sorry, but this is off topic. I wake up this morning to find that at&t has changed their home page choices from customized to only theirs. All of my subscriptions are gone. I called up corporate to ask why and the gentleman told me he couldn't give an explanation. Now if I want to read zerohedge, volokh conspiracy, moment of clarity, or bert prelutsky, I have to either try to add them to my favorites list or go to the browser page. I don't know, it's right before the election, maybe they just don't want us to have access to readily available content to outside of the mainstream political and financial thought. I really liked the fact that I could look at my home page and see what articles from my favorite blogsite subscriptions were available at the present time. Their new page does not provide for customization or subscriptions. I used to have comcast. I am going to give them a call and see how they treat their customers. Fucking statists taking control of the internet and internet companies bit by bit. Sorry for being off topic, but I thought Banzai might be interested in this new development.

windows 7. I use my computer for reading and am not up on all the other gadgets. att doesn't provide for a customized page anymore. Therefore, all my subscriptions no longer appear on my fromer customized home page. Zerohedge had 6 current articles that appeared on the page. Now my homepage is a generic att offering that can't be changed. It went from being a convenience at my fingertips to having to access the website to see the current articles.

Yes, at&T can mess with your browser if you are not careful - and even if you are - it may have subtly asked you if you wanted at&t as your home page and you inadvertanlty (easy to do) said yes.

If you do not use IE then tell us if it's (probably) Chrome or FireFox...similar steps to get back your home page.

internet explorer. What seems to have happened here is that att has removed any customization options from their homepage. I liked what I had because I could see my subscription offerings right there on my home page.

At first I thought the issue was with my internet options that can be viewed by clicking the tools button, but the address listed was still the same, which I then called att support and then the corporate office and got the same answer. They changed the homepage options from custom to their own generic page.
