I see your "solution" to be beneficial to those who wish to divide: keep racism alive...
I'm not sure I would define it as "racism". I would rather think of it terms of following a recognized order of a rule of law combined with a natural progression of growth. Rezoning of real estate occurs when a better use of the limited land mass might be better utilized as determined by market or egalitarian concerns, i.e. imminent domain. Either way, the individual vested in the asset with the patience, foresight, capital and / or good fortune of birth should stand to benefit it some way to the growth being experienced by all. Jmho.

TPTB use "growth" to live off everyone else. They use it as the carrot (and stick).
I see very little in wise "foresight" that would elevate one over another (especially in this cooked-up virtual world). I suppose that if those elevated ones want iShit (and to take the ship down around themselves) then fine, but as part of the dominant/dominating culture don't think that because you're in such a position that that necessarily means that you're ordained as being superior: seems that this is always the lies that are told; it assuages the guilt over stomping on others (because they aren't the "chosen" ones).
Please don't get me wrong, I DO believe in people being responsible. I just think that we've created all sorts of lies to make it look like we're responsible when, in fact, we are not. Humans have become very good at being deceptive...

I don't think I missed the "problem" of growth. I thought I rather pronounced it. Unless you believe that a person's capital, (unspent earnings-savings, I know, it can be an archaic term now-a-days), being employed to a productive means is somehow a racist activity. I maintain growth is a virtue that can be enjoyed by any race of persons. Actually, the best use of capital will result in more productivity than can be consumed by an individual, in which case others besides the individual that could otherwise rightfully consume it all do so. It's either that or go to ones grave having had that unfortunate boating accident leaving no map for posterity.
As for the human being's ability to decieve and be decieved, you'll get no argument from me. It's called the marketplace, isn't it?

I live out in the rural hinterlands where I see tons of $75k+ rigs loaded up with ponies running around... alongside the likes of me (a semblance of "white trash").
But, these folks are starting to hemorrhage (not like I'd want to see their horrible allocation of capital continue). Craigslist is a great view in to reality: the sub-dressage ponies are starting to be given away; and then there are folks peddling their lawn ornaments for upwards of $15k (and not likely their "prettier" ornaments at that).
