A MASTERPIECE OF MISDIRECTION

I was wondering why he decided to re-explain George Bush's continuing policy on citizen assassinations this week. Then it dawned on me.

Remember the ROBO Settlement announced with great fanfare one month ago? I thought so. That's because it's invisible. Completely invisible. You are allowed to talk about what it could say, announce that it's a done deal and invite the Debt Brother to hold a press conference.

But you can't see it. That's because, according reports being filed by the TBTF banks, it doesn't exist. It's invisible.  It only exists in Jackson's imagination. Certainly not the invisible judge who is going to have to approve it once Jackson gets around to scribbling something on the back of a dissappearing napkin.

And that dear friends, is what is called a masterpiece of misdirection: "ROBO Settlement? Let me tell you why we are allowed to assassinate citizens."

Welcome to backroom crony, under the table, shadow de-Mock-racy Obamerikan style.

Now I see there is a report that the Secretary of HUD says the settlement could be filed in court as early as Friday.

Good luck with that...

Great Stuff It is classic, Cynic that I am, I think a $25-billion settlement for blatant criminal fraud, that continues to this day and is central to the loss of $8 Trillion in housing values, is just about right for a Kleptocratic leadership... Power to the Plutocracy!

Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion of a day, but a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished period, and pursued unalterably through every change of ministers, too plainly prove a deliberate systematical plan of reducing us to slavery.  - Thomas Jefferson

Look at what is happening to the Carlyle Group IPO ... bad intent from the very begining.

"Has The Rank Criminality MF Global Greased The Skids For Carlyle Group's IPO?

Or, is it just a foisted "red flag" as the Washington based asset management firm puts itself up for half of it's rival Blackstone group's IPO, though each has about $150 Billion under management. Whatever the case, their one sided deal could be greed shooting itself in the foot.

Talk about negative baggage: Bin Ladan, inside dealings with the House of Saud, terror ties and blatant conflicts of interest between their adviser Bush Senior and GW.  As the most negatively lopsided IPO in history who in their right mind will invest in these sociopathic baby killers?

"When people whose job is to buy low and sell high – and who have done a pretty damn good job doing it – are selling, why the hell would you be buying? Do you think you’re going to get a better return than they are? Best of luck!" -  Stone Street Advisors...

Aside from the putrid odor can anyone smell a market top?"

In Spite of the Explosion In Financial Fraud from the Mid 2000's
continuing unabated to this day, the number of Criminal Financial
Institution Fraud Prosecutions under the Obama Administration is
the lowest in 20 years.  This may lead you to believe the Administration
is weak on crime. The chart below counters this notion, indicating
the private prison industry is doing just fine, thank you.

You have a system that's not being run to be productive as an economy or healthy as an economy.  Its being run to centralize control. - Cathrine Austin Fitts

I did a post featuring a fascinating interview on corruption with her.  If you're interested in the depth of the Rabbit Hole and the psychopaths within, see the "Dillon Reed and Company: And the Aristocracy of Stock Profits" link at the bottom of: The Looting of America: Happy Labor Day

I wonder how zero hedge would tolerate a poster like Tamboo if his rants were against "niggers" and their costs to society instead of Jews.

hmm............

Certainly it's time for stupid, naive goyim to wake up to the fact that Judaism the religion is based on self-worship of the Judaic male as God.  How or why should anyone tolerate a religion based on written Talmudic vs. that only Judaics are human, and everyone else is non-human?  That's a bad thing, in case readers didn't know.  Judaism is not a race, but a religion.

The Rabbis persecute Jews as much as any other group.  Kosher religious laws are just a business tax on Jews.  The Rabbis state that 3rd Reich Jews got what they deserved from Hitler because the Jews turned their backs on the Rabbis.

These are bad guys, Bill, who have defacto renounced their citizenship by not just formenting dissent, but by calling for the destruction of a (mostly) (formerly) free society and the killing of innocent people.

fuck them.  Its a shame we cant kill these scumbags more than once.

I completely agree with your characterization of the US as a formerly free society. Thanks for pointing that out.

They are undoubtedly bad guys...but we pride ourselves on being a country of laws irrespective of how despicable are enemies are.

There essentially is no difference between this and Russians killing their enemies with radioactive pellets in London. The tortured justification is almost worse than just pretending it was an accident, sorry wrong place wrong time...

And most importantly, even if there is a defensible legal justification, do we trust the 'highly competent' people running our government to make these kinds of decisions?

Seriously, Dave +1. I cannot get ahold of the hair-pulling, teeth-gnashing on this one. Fuckin' criminals who declared war on their "homeland" and all the pussies at "home" want to embrace the "citizen"?. I am bewildered.

With all the tripe on this site about the sin of gubbmint interference fucking everything up, how 'bout that .gov fucking up the military mission?
