Eric Holder is in the next video explaining the awesomeness of the FTC.  After nearly a minute of spewing out various agency names or acronyms, it turns out that they stopped five guys in Texas trying to claim some housing benefits.  Good thing they did that because the five guys were obviously the root core of the US financial problems.
