The Intruders Give the #1 Bankster Manipulation Award to...Wait For It...Barclays, for Rigging LIBOR!
The Intruders, as self-described on their website, "crash the parties of the wealthy elite that caused the financial crisis." Their latest intrusion occurred at the Investment Banking Awards in Mayfair, an event in which awards are given to banks for their "innovation", aka, creation of new products to endlessly rip off their clients. The Intruders crashed the stage to present a bottle of champagne to Barclays for their "Innovation in Interest Rate Manipulation". Enjoy their presentation below. In the future, The Intruders promise "bigger and better intrusions." Sorry if someone already posted it and I missed it!

Was Barclays, overall, as a firm, a huge net payer or receiver of interest rate based cash flows over the period in question or, like all other banks were they constantly on both sides via the many different securities and businesses they're involved with?
To benefit overall as a firm from LIBOR manipulation they would have to arrange things so that they would benefit from both paying and receiving the manipulated rate at the same time.
That really would be innovative and worthy of an award.

They managed to get through security, maintain composure, walk up to the stage, deliver the statement in a professional manner without sounding scared, and kept themwselves in a 'non-menacing power stand' that forced the staff and MC to be trepidacious in touching or herding them.
These people are showing what it takes to send the message straight to the top of the whole pile of steaming banker shit: "You don't cowe me, you don't own me, and every chance I get, I'm going to let you and the world know how full of pompous crap your full of!! Fuckers!!!!!!!"
