Haha, great reference to Madagascar, but I think he did reinvent the wheel of circus a bit! From the fact that there aren't any balloon decorations NYC in the poster, you can tell that these clowns aren't created for our amusement. I wouldn't want to take my kid to see their shows!
Having grown up in the Chicago Land area, Bozo was indisputably my favorite clown. Obozo is the polar opposite of Bozo as you so aptly portray. He is one of my least favorite clowns.
Haha exactly. It couldn't possibly be our dear leader[s] that is fomenting uncertainty and unrest. We are exporting inflation all over the world, but clearly its the 'other guys' that are causing all of the problems. My favorite expressions of this are changing headlines in both Bloomberg and Fox Business on any given day. Stocks go up autmoatically equal = our leaders are doing exactly the right thing. Stocks go down = its those bozos in the EU.
....and the ups and downs of which political candidate Wall Street is buying during any given election. They bought Obama, now they're buying Romney. Either way, we lose.
@WilLiAmBanZai7
distilling the ugly truth from the saccharine-sweet lies with buckshot, blade's edge-like imagery as always, love ya big guy
with people like you on our side
we might just win this damn thing after all and get to breathe free, maybe for the first time ever as a species.
cheers!

The kleptocratic keynesian klowns.
WB7 reaches deep into his bag of oversatured color tricks to bring forth evil/sinister cirucus archtypes to haunt us.
Thanks William... sort of
I just love the way those colors look on black. So creepy...
Killer Klowns From Outer Space

I don't want to meet Christine.. EVER! I'd shit in my pants, i would.
Way to go, WB! The scariest and most incompetent-looking clowns ever!
Precisely, scary and incompetent is exactly what I was shooting for.
If the markets don't keep you up all night, WB will...
It is horrifying how life imitates art. The scary clown meme is not a B rated movie script.
It's one big global grand guignol.
the horror
human civilization squandered by insane madmen for all of known history
madmen who turn the world into a sick carnival of distress
That damn image of Ben is going to haunt me all day long!
Truely a picture is worth a thousand words.
Banzi, you are the king!

Brilliant as usual WB. That certainly brought my nightmares about clowns into focus.
Shouldn't his right hand be up Timmahs ass or is it the other way around?
Mutual reach-arounds.
Escher sock puppets.
You killed my snake!

I see a woman shielding her eyes and turning away. She has good taste, or is that a self-preservation response?
She is actually trying to claw her eyes out.
Team ROFLney -- always good for a laff at the rubes' expense!
I would have considerable more confidence in JPM if that were an actual picture of "Jamie" Dimon.
....and the ups and downs of which political candidate Wall Street is buying during any given election. They bought Obama, now they're buying Romney. Either way, we lose.
Let's not forget Scary Ben...
Pennywise: 'Wanna baloon?'
Bennywise: 'Wanna bubble?'
God, that is so menacing. He is so menacing.

Would love to see Paul Krugman as a "midget circus barker" riding on the shoulders of JM Keynes as a "tall man".
holy cow; gooooooooooood
I must say, I am rather proud of this ;-)
I was never particularly afraid of clowns. Until now....
Neither was I until 2008
Makes the evil clown doll in The Poltergeist look like Mr Rogers.
