The difference is that Romney is an eligible natural born Citizen (A2S1C4) and Obama is not. Obama was born British, of a British subject father, who was married to his mother. By the British Common Law concept of Perpetual Allegiance he is likely still British to this day, and may have traveled to the British Commonwealth of Pakistan in 1982 on a British Passport---- but we are not allowed to see his passport, and the last one who did was found shot to death. If he indeed did travel in 1982 on a British passport he is DEFINITELY still British, as he would have made an oath of allegiance to Britain at the age of majority. Regardless, birth as a British subject (by operation of the British Nationality Act, Part 1 Section 1) voids natural born Citizenship, and eligibility for President. A2S1C4 is a security requirement, designed to ensure allegiance and attachment to America by requiring singular allegiance from birth. No one born after 1787 (ratification of the Constitution) is eligible if born of foreign parentage. ALL US Citizens present in the colonies when the Constitution was ratified were eligible (even though they were not natural born), since the first natural born Citizens, born since the Declaration of Independence of the new US Citizens, were only 13 (Grandfather Clause--- "or a Citizen at the time of the ratification of this Constitution"), but NO ONE born after 1787 with foreign citizenship is eligible.
SCOTUS precedent for the definition of natural born Citizen is found in Minor v. Happersett, 88 US 162, (1874), which repeated the natural law, law of nations definition, and was well known at the time and by the founding fathers, and was referred to in SCOTUS Dista in such cases as "The Venus" (1803).
"The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners" --- 88 US 162, 167
Congress, the judiciary and the media (useful idiots) are committing Treason in allowing Obama to Usurp the Presidency. Obama is committing Treason by laying his hand on the bible and swearing to uphold the Constitution he knows he is breaking. When there is no legal President then there is no law and no Constitution, since the POTUS is the executor of the laws. The first American Republic is dead, and can only be re-established by the recognition of the Usurpation, and voidance of every Executive orde and every signature and appointmant of the Usurper. Obama is EXACTLY whom the framers were preventing from the office. The tree of liberty needs watering.
(As for Romney, he is a natural born Citizen. His grandfather was a polygamist, and fled to Mexico to avoid penalties of the Edmunds Tucker Act. That Act did not take away US Citizenship. Thus he was a US Citizen, living in Mexico when Mitt's father, George, was born as a Mexican and US Citizen of US Citizen parents. After uprisings in Mexico George returned to the US at age 6 or 7, and after the age of majority, any Mexican citizenship would have expired (George was NOT a natural born Citizen, and also was not eligible when he ran for President). Mitt was born in Detroit to 2 US Citizen parents, and is a natural born Citizen by the definition of Minor v. Happersett.)
I dont want to quibble here, and Barry may or may not be British, but upon reaching the age of majority he would most definately not have pledged any oath of allegiance to Britain. He may be a lousy president, he may not be a natural born US citizen, he may not still be married to Meeeeshell etc. etc. but he would not have been made to pledge allegiance to Britain in order to travel to Pakistan on a British passport

And I agree with EB Worthen, the zionist scum line was over the top. I think all of us who hang out at ZH are smart enough to examine Israel and its behavior with our own heads. That line will prevent your video from being posted in a lot of places, forums, blogs, etc. You could have just as easily said 'both candidates bow to Israel' and you would offend virtually no one, while still making your point.
Lastly, as for my site, I get about 30,000 pageviews everyday, and maybe 300-400 of them come from zero hedge. I don't hang out here for the pageviews, I do it for the humor, knowledge and links I pick up from fellow commenters.
