How Can You Help America? Let Politicians Know You Disapprove by NOT Voting Tomorrow & Buying 1oz of Physical Gold & Silver Inst
Given that every single election in our lifetimes has been a sham between two candidates that serve the same money masters that want to destroy your livelihood and that of your family, why not save your time and energy by refusing to vote in an election in which your vote will not make one iota of difference towards America’s future but instead, choose to engage in an action that can? Take advantage of the bankers' raid of the paper gold and silver futures markets last Friday and subsequent lower prices in gold and silver by visiting your local precious metals dealer instead of going to the polls tomorrow, and buy one troy ounce of physical gold and silver! One of the main reasons that the bankers have been having so much difficulty matching the successes of their previous gold and silver raids executed just a few years prior is due to the support of recent heavy physical buying in gold and silver at both the institutional and retail level. So yes, there is something you can do tomorrow that is 1000 times more constructive and helpful to America than voting. Go down to your local precious metals dealer and buy an ounce of physical gold or physical silver, or preferably, one troy ounce of both, and let the politicians that bow down to the money masters really know what you think.

LOL! You go and keep sticking it to the Man!
That's just inviting anarchy...
TPTB would really like all the ZH'ers not voting, I suspect.
On that note, I'm still not voting.
"He say you under arrest..."
Not to vote is beyond stupid. Such strategy brought Chavez to power in Venezuela with similar results everywhere this thoughtless strategy has been utilized. What a moron. If you are in a state that is a forgone conclusion, yes, by all means vote for Gary Johnson. If you are in a pivot state, hold your nose and vote for Mitt. Electing Obama will bring revolution within 4 years, and I can guarantee everyone, you don't want that.
www.electanewcongress.com Serfs Up America!
If electing Obama will bring revolution in 4 year, then electing his white twin Romney will do the same. I live in THE swing state and I am voting Johnson. If you Obamney twin lemmings don't like it, tough crap.
What part of WE DON'T CARE don't you get?
You guarantee?
Can't fix fukishima. Can't fix the rotten system.
Not to vote is beyond stupid.
Quite the opposite.
Voting brings you into an evil, parasitic game, in which you always play the role of Slave.
We should dump the state and avoid the state. Once forsaken, it will die its well--deserved death.
Vote with your feet.
You can only help America by shutting your criticism up and working hard together.
Not interested in helping America.

Gmpx: does that stand for 'grumpy ex'-(human), by any chance?
I watched my country (USSR) dissolving under the weight of glasnost, negative attitude, criticism. Do not do the same with your country.
Why? The Soviet Union deserved to collapse. So does the U.S. That's what empires do. Do you really think this empire is any different?
"I watched my country (USSR) dissolving under the weight of glasnost, negative attitude, criticism. Do not do the same with your country."
The political system here is completely corrupted by huge sums of money, the legal BRIBES called "campaign donations." Voting will NOT fix that for two primary reasons:
1. Those candidates who have ANY chance of winning have that chance of winning ONLY because they have huge sums of CAMPAIGN MONEY, and that campaign money came for those who DO NOT want the corrupt system changed because they want to continue to BUY governments.
2. Voters are propagandized by those huge sums of campaign money and fooled into believing that there is actually a major difference between the two major party candidates when, in reality, NEITHER party will EVER do anything that would harm their real owners, the financial sector, wall street, the insurance industry, the oil industry, the pharmaceutical industry, etc., the people who give them the money to get elected
This country is indeed better than the former USSR, but like most Americans you have been fooled by very slick Madison Avenue propaganda techniques that make you believe that the wealthy don't own this place and that you have a real voice in REAL change via your vote. Sorry to inform you, but you do not. The wealthiest own this place, just as they now own Russia. Throughout history, it ALWAYS ends up that way eventually. ALWAYS. Until the vast majority wake up to the scam, and they NEVER will, even an educated vote from someone aware of the scam is a drop of water in an ocean of ignorance.
"A truly democratic society has never existed and so far as we can see, never will exist. Society is of its nature oligarchical, and the power of the oligarchy always rests upon force and fraud. James Burnham does not deny that ‘good’ motives may operate in private life, but he maintains that politics consists of the struggle for power, and nothing else. All historical changes finally boil down to the replacement of one ruling class by another. All talk about democracy, liberty, equality, fraternity, all revolutionary movements, all visions of Utopia, or ‘the classless society’, or ‘the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth’, are humbug (not necessarily conscious humbug) covering the ambitions of some new class which is elbowing its way into power. The English Puritans, the Jacobins, the Bolsheviks, were in each case simply power seekers using the hopes of the masses in order to win a privileged position for themselves. Power can sometimes be won or maintained without violence, but never without fraud, because it is necessary to make use of the masses, and the masses would not co-operate if they knew that they were simply serving the purposes of a minority. In each great revolutionary struggle the masses are led on by vague dreams of human brotherhood, and then, when the new ruling class is well established in power, they are thrust back into servitude. This is practically the whole of political history, as Burnham sees it." -- Description of the beliefs of James Burnham (1905–1987), American philosopher, political theorist, and author of the book "The Machiavellians"

Not voting only displays not caring. I'll be voting tomorrow, but not for either of 'those two guys'.
“Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.” John Quincy Adams"Not voting only displays not caring."
NOW you're gettin' it!
Not caring?
If the whole country had 100% voter turonut(110% in Chicago), you think there would be a better outcome? That the results would be better because we care?
The choices were narrowed down before we even had a chance to cast the first primary vote.
This last stage is just to keep the masses en check by saying it's what we wanted, see?
And that's why we were supposed to have a Constitution that protected us from this. The Judicial Branch has certainly failed us.
Did you 'submit' an 'application' to 'register' to vote?
If you did, you might find this video interesting.

Did you 'declare' that you were a US Citizen?
Might want to read the 14th amendment carefullly.
Might want to look into how it was 'rat-ified'
You could always make 'amends'.

Not voting only displays not caring.
Is there a Patriotic Slogan Handbook that you guys use?
Voting is brain-dead simple, and gets you pats on the back. It requires ZERO courage.
NOT voting takes guts.
"War is Peace", "Up is Down", "Not voting takes guts." HUH?
"Not voting takes guts." HUH?
Try it, Ace. Tell all your family and friends that you're not voting. See if you have the stones.
huh?
the system is fake.
a scheme.
a ruse.
the owners decide.
it is an illusion that you have any power over their system.
you have power over yourself and your life and how you will live it.
exercise that power.
to deprogram, first order of the day is to turn off the tv and radio.
As I've said before, I'll be voting for President Gold and Vice President Silver tomorrow...
@Vooter,
That's right, the "Golden Rule".
'Someone' cut off the last 2 minutes of this video. Hmmm, I wonder who that might have been? Ideas, anyone? I know, I shall delete the last sentence of this post, excluding this one — that ought to help.
Update: I have now delete the penultimate sentence as I announced I would a few minutes ago. That feels so much better! I now know what it feels like to be in complete control. It's fantastic!
To send a message I would also suggest purchasing a gun of any kind tomorrow. We shall be buying 2 or possible 3 tomorrow
6 November is National Buy-a-Gun Day. Nothing else of any significance is happening on this particular day.
Or one could vote for Gary Johnson and still buy gold and silver. It's not like those are mutually exclusive...
You're still voting in support of the system that empowers evil over the lives of us all, with the childish belief that you're sending a message.
Message sent? BAAAHHH!!!!!!!!
This is the same logic as believing that leaving a penny tip will change shitty restaraunt service, as opposed to no tip. The service will be the same after "the statement", but the only thing that actually changes is the spit content in your burger.
I was thinking more along the lines of "find a great girl and sleep with her." I'm sure we can meet in the middle on this. I mean seriously...what good does it do to collapse a system that has already collapsed? Buying gold doesn't do a damn thing for the folks who have been made homeless by an allegedly "freak storm." I do understand that executing on said ethos is hard...and indeed, buying gold is the simpler way. As JFK said however...."we go to the moon in this decade not because it is easy...
every man is created equal and free. stop giving away your birthright. claim your power.
You should really read up on the First Law of Holes.
This country deserves every bad thing that happens to it. I'm not playing anymore. TOO LATE, America...
I do not vote for evil,so there you have it.
And just in case you think your vote counts.

A small example of thousands.
the hippies will vote, just saying
George Carlin on Voting: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIraCchPDhk
Not voting supports the status quo. Period.
I know many here will disagree and red arrow me, but that does not change the reality of the rules of the rigged game.
The national Commission on Presidential Debates sets these rules for who gets into the debates, which is a major campaign platform. Worse than missing the exposure of the national debates, is the missed opportunity to put pointed questions to Team Red and Team Blue. Everyone here has their own fantasy version of such a question(s).
So, get out and vote and pull the lever for Not Team Red or Blue. I submit Gary Johnson is the best choice because he is polling the highest and has the best chance to break 5% of the national vote, which used to be the bar set by the Commission on Presidential Debates for inclusion. Post Ross Perot they moved it to polling at 15%, but it will much harder in 2016 to exclude Gary or whoever is the Libertarian nominee if they got more than 5% in the actual election.
Let me add, that the only way that not voting would be better would be if you could be sure that a huge majority would protest in the same manner. Having the turnout be only 20 or even 30 percent might be enough of embarrassment, but since you can be sure that isn't going to happen, you must vote if you care about such things.
"Not voting supports the status quo. Period."
For some reason, you seem to assume that I care what happens to the United States. I don't. So the assumption or belief that my non-vote "actually" supports the status quo, or Barack Obama, or Mitt Romney, or Charles Manson, or anyone or anything else, is IRRELEVANT. Get it?
It may be irrelevant if you are not in the US or a US citizen. In which case, the comment isn't intended for you since you have no ability to vote, which obviates the decision about the action.
If you are a US citizen or otherwise in the US, then it is relevant whether you care to or can participate or not. The outcome of Team Blue / Red may not matter that much, but the system and what it can do assuredly matters. Even if you prep, stack and arm yourself to the hilt, it matters.
Voting gives legitimacy to the fascist state. If you want to support fascism, then vote. If you want to be a slave, then vote. If you want to demonstrate your unending political ignorance, then vote. If you actually think it will make a difference, you are past redemption.
There are NO good candidates. Not a single one. Every single candidate would want to continue to work WITHIN the system that guarantees fascism through central banking and control of the currency.
However, buying coins is not a revolutionary act. Using coins in every day transactions is a revolutionary act. Buying gold and silver does nothing more than every high income or wealthy American does as a matter of hedging.
It is the NON-acceptance of the laws and status quo that are essential to change in the fascist state. As long as government can produce laws fashioned by the corptocracy, the law will merely enslave you. As long as you fight their wars of resource management, they can enslave you, cripple you and kill you.
Education is a revolutionary act. Creating local control and support is a revolutionary act. Trading in real goods and non trackable money is a revolutionary act.
There are many things we can do, peaceful things, and choosing not to vote is one of them. Do not bow to your programming.
I think fascism is the wrong way to describe the powers that be and "our" state. Fascism require some form of an appeal to and defense of a national identity or set of characteristics. The state domination and authoritarian aspect is right, but not at all the common ID. In fact I'd say that the people who pull the string want and have nothing in common with the masses and that they are stateless in terms of identity. They could care less whether they are flagged as American, British, Swiss, Chinese, Indian or anything else so long as it benefits them. They may use appeals to patriotism or this identity as tools and leverage, but there isn't core belief in them.
As for buying coins and participating in your local markets and community, I agree. Whether it hastens the reset or not, it is still something I enjoy for its own sake, so I'll keep doing both.
First, you should read up on fascism. Fascism is defined by: government/corporate operation of the political/economic system, a military industrial complex coupled with colonial/ imperialistic operations, abuse of power by the executive and debt financing to create and maintain a bureaucratic state. A national identity (America, German, Italian or other EU country) through propaganda via patriotism.
We have been in a fascist state since Eisenhower.
The same elites have been running things since the 1700's, if not sooner (venetian connection). There is a difference between the beliefs of the Elites and the tools they use to maintain power.
FDR was Mussolini's and Hitler's biggest fan until the war started.
"fascism is the wrong way to describe..." I agree. Sheldon Volin calls this phenomenon "inverted authoritarianism"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inverted_totalitarianism
but the concept and it's name is a bit out of an ivory tower. most people prefer to call the boot in their face fascist. Not happy about that but can't really blame 'em.
----------
Regarding our dear elites: there is a new book about this called "Plutocrats the rise of the new global super-rich and the fall of everyone else".
But frankly I think this is just one way to look at them. Fact is that local elites had always more in common with other elites than with their own populations. Even in fairy tales the local princess longs for a foreign prince instead of the local scullion boy.
Ghordius - I agree that people see and feel a state supported overlord presence and apply the most convenient label in their vocabulary, so we end up with fascist. My objection is that the term, like socialism and communism, has become so loaded as a result of the Nazis, Soviets and WWII. So the conversation is headed in the wrong direction before it even begins. Which is too bad because even if we can at best only hope to not tear each other to pieces during the coming reset, we need a clear common set of assumptions and cultural anchors.
I agree about the long standing allure of the foreign elites and those more like themselves.
Edit: from a fast glance, I agree with Wolin's assertions. It's too bad there wasn't a less clunky phrase than "inverted totalitarianism" to describe it.
