Glenn Beck video on ZH? WTF? I stopped watching (only started watching, against my better judgement, due to my faith in ZH) when he asked would Russia or China seize US assets in leiu of repayment. Yeah, sure........after the nuclear dust settles maybe. Beck is an absolute sensationalist moron and has no place here, or anywhere for that matter. ZH, which I respect greatly, just hit a historic low. Very sad.

I love how the NeoKeyesians I follow on twitter scoffed at the CPI report today, "QE3 and Hyperinflation....CPI prices only jumped 0.1% LOLOLOLOLOLOL"
But if they looked closer, they'd see that food is up, along with rent/shelter, which jumped 0.03%. That may not seem like much now, but if that path continues, it means rents will be on pace to go up by 2-3% YOD. That is NOT good.......especially since wages won't keep up with that increase.
When people can't afford shelter, then they start not being able to afford food. That's when windows get broken.

Glenn Beck is a huge waste of natural resources. Period.
Inflation means Increase in the money supply. The rise in prices is the RESULT of inflation.
There's more than one kind of inflation. CTRL P is only one kind. Dollar devaluation b/c noone wants your money any more is another. The FX markets are in a tug of war. They can't figure out whose money they want less, ours or Europe's.

I just hope, when China and Russia seize our military assets as debt collateral, that they have the good sense to seize some congress critters as well - and put them to work straightaway in some of their remotest slave labor camps.
Expect the (imaginary) debt to climb up into the quintillions mid 2013 causing gasoline to $100 per gallon. They'll blame it on mid east war (they'll start that soon)
