The Lie that Prosecuting Bank Fraud Will Destabilize the Economy Is What Is REALLY Destroying the Economy

George Washington's picture

http://theplanetd.com/images/bribe.jpg

The Departments of Justice and Treasury are pretending that criminally prosecuting criminal banksters will destabilize the economy.

The exact opposite is true.

Failing to prosecute criminal fraud has been destabilizing the economy since at least 2007 … and will cause huge crashes in the future.

After all, the main driver of economic growth is a strong rule of law.

Nobel prize winning economist Joseph Stiglitz says that we have to prosecute fraud or else the economy won’t recover:

The legal system is supposed to be the codification of our norms and beliefs, things that we need to make our system work. If the legal system is seen as exploitative, then confidence in our whole system starts eroding. And that’s really the problem that’s going on.

***

I think we ought to go do what we did in the S&L [crisis] and actually put many of these guys in prison. Absolutely. These are not just white-collar crimes or little accidents. There were victims. That’s the point. There were victims all over the world.

***

Economists focus on the whole notion of incentives. People have an incentive sometimes to behave badly, because they can make more money if they can cheat. If our economic system is going to work then we have to make sure that what they gain when they cheat is offset by a system of penalties.

Nobel prize winning economist George Akerlof has demonstrated that failure to punish white collar criminals – and instead bailing them out- creates incentives for more economic crimes and further destruction of the economy in the future.

Indeed, professor of law and economics (and chief S&L prosecutor) William Black notes that we’ve known of this dynamic for “hundreds of years”. And see this, this, this and this.

(Review of the data on accounting fraud confirms that fraud goes up as criminal prosecutions go down.)

The Director of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s enforcement division told Congress:

Recovery from the fallout of the financial crisis requires important efforts on various fronts, and vigorous enforcement is an essential component, as aggressive and even-handed enforcement will meet the public’s fair expectation that those whose violations of the law caused severe loss and hardship will be held accountable. And vigorous law enforcement efforts will help vindicate the principles that are fundamental to the fair and proper functioning of our markets: that no one should have an unjust advantage in our markets; that investors have a right to disclosure that complies with the federal securities laws; and that there is a level playing field for all investors.

Paul Zak (Professor of Economics and Department Chair, as well as the founding Director of the Center for Neuroeconomics Studies at Claremont Graduate University, Professor of Neurology at Loma Linda University Medical Center, and a senior researcher at UCLA) and Stephen Knack (a Lead Economist in the World Bank’s Research Department and Public Sector Governance Department) wrote a paper called Trust and Growth, showing that enforcing the rule of law – i.e. prosecuting white collar fraud – is necessary for a healthy economy.

One of the leading business schools in America – the Wharton School of Business – published an essay by a psychologist on the causes and solutions to the economic crisis. Wharton points out that restoring trust is the key to recovery, and that trust cannot be restored until wrongdoers are held accountable:

According to David M. Sachs, a training and supervision analyst at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia, the crisis today is not one of confidence, but one of trust. “Abusive financial practices were unchecked by personal moral controls that prohibit individual criminal behavior, as in the case of [Bernard] Madoff, and by complex financial manipulations, as in the case of AIG.” The public, expecting to be protected from such abuse, has suffered a trauma of loss similar to that after 9/11. “Normal expectations of what is safe and dependable were abruptly shattered,” Sachs noted. “As is typical of post-traumatic states, planning for the future could not be based on old assumptions about what is safe and what is dangerous. A radical reversal of how to be gratified occurred.”

People now feel more gratified saving money than spending it, Sachs suggested. They have trouble trusting promises from the government because they feel the government has let them down.

He framed his argument with a fictional patient named Betty Q. Public, a librarian with two teenage children and a husband, John, who had recently lost his job. “She felt betrayed because she and her husband had invested conservatively and were double-crossed by dishonest, greedy businessmen, and now she distrusted the government that had failed to protect them from corporate dishonesty. Not only that, but she had little trust in things turning around soon enough to enable her and her husband to accomplish their previous goals.

“By no means a sophisticated economist, she knew … that some people had become fantastically wealthy by misusing other people’s money — hers included,” Sachs said. “In short, John and Betty had done everything right and were being punished, while the dishonest people were going unpunished.”

Helping an individual recover from a traumatic experience provides a useful analogy for understanding how to help the economy recover from its own traumatic experience, Sachs pointed out. The public will need to “hold the perpetrators of the economic disaster responsible and take what actions they can to prevent them from harming the economy again.” In addition, the public will have to see proof that government and business leaders can behave responsibly before they will trust them again, he argued.

Note that Sachs urges “hold[ing] the perpetrators of the economic disaster responsible.” In other words, just “looking forward” and promising to do things differently isn’t enough.

Robert Shiller – one of the top housing experts in the United States – says that the mortgage fraud is a lot like the fraud which occurred during the Great Depression. As Fortune notes:

Shiller said the danger of foreclosuregate — the scandal in which it has come to light that the biggest banks have routinely mishandled homeownership documents, putting the legality of foreclosures and related sales in doubt — is a replay of the 1930s, when Americans lost faith that institutions such as business and government were dealing fairly.

Indeed, it is beyond dispute that bank fraud was one of the main causes of the Great Depression.

Economist James K. Galbraith wrote in the introduction to his father, John Kenneth Galbraith’s, definitive study of the Great Depression, The Great Crash, 1929:

The main relevance of The Great Crash, 1929 to the great crisis of 2008 is surely here. In both cases, the government knew what it should do. Both times, it declined to do it. In the summer of 1929 a few stern words from on high, a rise in the discount rate, a tough investigation into the pyramid schemes of the day, and the house of cards on Wall Street would have tumbled before its fall destroyed the whole economy.

In 2004, the FBI warned publicly of “an epidemic of mortgage fraud.” But the government did nothing, and less than nothing, delivering instead low interest rates, deregulation and clear signals that laws would not be enforced. The signals were not subtle: on one occasion the director of the Office of Thrift Supervision came to a conference with copies of the Federal Register and a chainsaw. There followed every manner of scheme to fleece the unsuspecting ….

This was fraud, perpetrated in the first instance by the government on the population, and by the rich on the poor.

***

The government that permits this to happen is complicit in a vast crime.

Galbraith also says:

There will have to be full-scale investigation and cleaning up of the residue of that, before you can have, I think, a return of confidence in the financial sector. And that’s a process which needs to get underway.

Galbraith recently said that “at the root of the crisis we find the largest financial swindle in world history”, where “counterfeit” mortgages were “laundered” by the banks.

As he has repeatedly noted, the economy will not recover until the perpetrators of the frauds which caused our current economic crisis are held accountable, so that trust can be restored. See this, this and this.

No wonder Galbraith has said economists should move into the background, and “criminologists to the forefront.”

The bottom line is that the government has it exactly backwards.   By failing to prosecute criminal fraud, the government  is destabilizing the economy … and ensuring future crashes.

Postscript:  Unfortunately, the government made it official policy not to prosecute fraud, even though criminal fraud is the main business model adopted by the giant banks.

Indeed, the government has done everything it can to cover up fraud, and has been actively encouraging criminal fraud and attacking those trying to blow the whistle.

Progressivism breeds corruption and crony capitalism by creating agencies to control every aspect of human life and by giving congress critters (who control the agencies budgets) the power to keep the agencies from prosecuting any of their friends/constituents.  Can u say crony capitalism writ large?  Bamy and his congressional cohorts are just getting started.

It is all out there now.  I am still shocked that anyone would actually come out and admit the fear of destabilisation.  As time goes along, the fines will probably quit as well, since we don't want to threaten them that way either.

But we are a step closer this way.  Because this is one small chink in a defense that can't afford any small chinks.  The collapse will be sudden when it happens.

predators DBA government
predators DBA corporations
predators DBA central banks

The predators are real, living, breathing, physical beings.  The goods and goodies we need to survive, prosper and enjoy life are real, physical goods (including gold and silver).

The "government", "corporations", "central banks" are utter fictions that flat out do not exist.  These are called "fictitious entities" in fundamental law, which was written before humans had become so utterly, totally, thoroughly and completely brainwashed and braindamaged to accept overt in-your-face fictions as totally real.  And also today, even "money" is a blatant fiat, fake, fraud, fiction, fantasy, fractional-reserve illusion.

The only solution is to not give any attention to fictions.  They are not real.  Give your attention to individual humans, for example, not "US government" or "JPMorganChase".  When you do so, you are much more likely to ask yourself, "Why on earth should I listen to this jerk, moron, scumbag, slimeball, ... predator".

And that is the solution... a world in which individuals only deal with those other individuals they choose to deal with, and in which all dealings are fully and mutually voluntary, else they don't happen.

It is amazing how easily humans can deal with reality, deal with other humans, and deal with themselves... when they only consider "that which is real".

Time for a "War On Fiction".  Not a shooting war, and not a unilateral war by government or some other bogus fiction.  But a war by every individual who chooses to rise to the level of non-insane sentient being.  Only then can we deal with the very real predators who pretend to be (or "be authorized by") this or that blatant and grossly destructive fiction.

Legal fictions "exist" to the degree that people believe in them. The "War On Fiction" I would describe as a war against believing in the biggest bullies' bullshit.

Once upon a time, the lies backed up the violence. Then, as information became more important than power, the violence backed up the lies. There is a significant difference, due to that development. In the days when the biggest bullies were primarily violent, and their violence was very real, their lies were less important than their physical power. However, as society became a bigger and bigger, and much more complicated civilization, the ability of the lies to control people, rather than have the violent force directly control people, grew and grew. Thus, the current systems are huge lies, backed up by lots of violence. However, the status of those legalized lies (i.e., governments, banks, corporations, and so forth) is based primarily on people believing in that bullshit, much more so than the ways that violence is still used to back up those frauds with force.

Theoretically, things could be changed if more people stopped believing in the biggest bullies' bullshit social stories. The patently obvious breakdown in the "rule of law," which, as this George Washington article discusses, is more and more revealed to more and more people as being bullshit, since the "rule of law" has its fundamental merit destroyed when the law only applies to little people, but does NOT apply to big banks. That perhaps prepares the way for more people to stop believing in the legalized lies, as much as they used to be brainwashed to do?

However, I would still add, as I have said before to your Doing Business As slogan, honestann, that there are necessarily real roles for the functions of the predators/parasites in the human ecology, and political economy contexts. The legal fictions have a real energy of existence to the degree that people believe in them. Furthermore, those beliefs were reinforced by violence, for a long, long time, and there is still a lot of legalized violence behind the legalized lies.

I am in favour of a "War On Fiction" in the form of more radical truth. However, that includes understanding WHY there were predators, and thereby maybe doing what they did better.

In a metaphorical sense you could say that "legal fictions" and other fictions exist to the extent people believe in them.

But in fact, no fiction exists.  No matter how many billion kids believe Santa Claus exists, in fact, in reality, Santa Claus does not exist.

Sorry kids!  And don't worry, because the tree exists, and the gifts you might find under the tree in a day or two exist.  So no matter you've been blatantly lied to about there being a fat man in a red suit living at the north pole, running a toy factory, and preparing right now to fly to 1 billions homes all around the world in a mere 100,000 seconds.  Let me see, that means he will stop and leave presents at 10,000 homes every second.  Man, that dude may be fat, but he sure does move!

All this is my way to say "no, fictions do not exist", and every attempt to accept fictions as real (even to accept them in the metaphorical way you do above) is very self-destructive.  It subverts the human mind, and converts the human mind into a helpless device controlled by endless fictions created by predators.

No matter what anyone says, believing in fictions is the primary form of insanity, which means virtually all human beings are insane, blatantly and extremely and clinically insane.  Don't like it?  Then wake up and get sane.  Everyone can.

The fact that the predators ignore "rule of law" so blatantly should wake everyone out of their stupor.  That it doesn't proves how far down the rabbit hole human beings have gone.  I mean, they're so far down the rabbit hole they appeared in some other universe... a universe utterly and totally dominated by predators, of course.

I cannot agree with you.  I do not need predators, and I do not need parasites.  A world without either would be so wonderful that most people wouldn't even be able to comprehend what they were seeing.

Why are they predators.  Because most people are so stupid they're willing to accept the existence and domination by predators.  Period.  You don't see wild animal predators walking the streets of cities any more, because people shot them dead (or caged them and returned them to some wilderness).  Once humans realize they need to treat human predators precisely the same way, we won't see them in cities any more either.  Simple as that.  Humans just need to wake up and get real.  But they won't, because the predators are in total control now, and the predators are completely awake and know the score.  It is the producers who are in denial of reality, which it just so crazy and insane that it must stun any sane human.

You are exactly correct.  Regular productive people need to be better predators than the predators... in the sense they exterminate the predators quicker and more effectively than the predators enslave them and suck them dry.  There is no good reason humans can't and shouldn't do that, but the evidence is in, and it not mistakable.  The predators are awake, and the sheeple are sheep.

Indeed Ann, as usual we agree in principle, we more-or-less always do.

The reason predators do what they do -dominate- is because we keep acting like prey.

We are not acting normally in the face of direct and indirect predation.

Instead, we're conditioned via the network of lies called 'rule-of-law' and 'Justice' system, in a 'democracy', where we just elect the next preferred dictator.

Plus all the social tut-tutting of idiots and expert-suck-ups, fawning to ingratiate to social-climb, into places of parasitic dominance and status.

The normal sane response would be to take them, so they bred fear about the 'madness' of rejecting their farce.  Oh my, if you even suggest it, we'll swoop on you in a flash.

So the predators will win a stand-up fight, but only because they have the suck-ups and parasites fully brainwashed from birth and bluffed by lies and ideology that they'll all have it better, if they just destroy any non-conformity, at the behest of evil men.

The west in general tends to look at North Korea and maybe Iran, the remaining "axis-of-evil" doers, and perceives total-brainwashing, cult-of-personality, bizarre behavior and beliefs of destiny, and very worrying attitudes, thoughts and behaviors.

But I look at the Western culture and I see something far more disturbing, far more committed to insane fantasies, far more suicidal, far more vicious, dishonest, poisonous, disingenuous, intransigent, careless and utterly dangerous. Plus it's long-since been manipulated by people who're much more calculating and insane in general.

WWI was enough to show the shocked rest of the world just how far we'd go when the chips are down. If we'll do that to our fellow Europeans, just imagine what we'll do to brown people, if the gloves ever really come off.

Today the meta-stability in the west continues only as a result of a "best of times and worst of times" approach to distributing propaganda and materiel to maintain a social meta-balance. But God help humanity when that meta-balance finally breaks-down entirely.

Realistically, I hope I'm gone by then, but I suspect I'll still be around to watch some of it.

As for the west versus north korea... well, that might be one of those "grass is always greener on the other side of the fence" situations --- where both sides of the fence royally suck.

These 450 million rounds of ammo, Natural News calculated, is enough to wage a 7-year war with the American people.

Obama’s government stockpiling millions of rounds of ammo to arm the DHS and TSA

You can see the original federal purchase document requesting all this ammunition at:
http://www.naturalnews.com/files/DHS_ammo_buy.pdf
The numbers in the document, by the way, are in thousands.
In it, you’ll discover that the U.S. government has also purchased all the following ammunition in addition to the 450 million rounds of .40 hollow point “anti-personnel” ammo:
• Over one million rounds of hollow-point .223 rifle ammo
• Over half a million rounds of non-hollow-point .223 rifle ammo
• 220,000 rounds of 12 gauge shotgun #7 ammo (target ammo)
• Over 200,000 rounds of 12 gauge shotgun #00 buckshot ammo (tactical anti-personnel ammo)
• 66,000 rounds of 12 gauge shotgun slugs (tactical anti-personnel, anti-vehicle rounds)
• Over two million rounds of hollow-point .357 Sig JPH (hollow-point) pistol ammo (anti-personnel)
• Over four million rounds of .40 S&W JPH (hollow-point) pistol ammo (anti-personnel)
• Over 60,000 rounds of .308 match grade anti-personnel sniper rounds (BTHP)
• Plus, hundreds of thousands of additional rounds of .38 special, .45 auto, 9mm, 7.62×39 (AK rifle) ammo, and others.

DHS then buys another 750 million rounds of anti-personnel ammunition

The whole fetid shitpile will not stop creating new maggots until the food is all gone.

When the financial system finally reaches the point where it is no longer able to sustain further looting, it will grind to a halt.

Then there will be a very disastrous reboot process. A lot of programs will not run under the new 'operating system.' But a new system will arise because one thing we humans are good at is creating systems.

After the reboot, the personal hordes of gold, silver, platinum and classic Twinkies will be put back into the NEW system on a very localized level of rebuilding.

My family's stash will not go to those whose contribution would be 'looking after your interests' for a fee. Our stash will go directly into producing a product or service that isn't available anymore, thanks to the demise of the current robber baron system.

I truly think anybody with non-paper assets should be thinking along these lines as well.

Just in case.

I believe we have reached a point where a majority of people are more or less aware that the banksters appear to be criminals, who are out of control. ... However, there seems to be nothing which is practically possible to do about it, at least not in any sufficiently realistic frame of reference.

The concept of "national security" has been a runaway social psychosis since it was legalized in America in 1947. How paradoxical that has become was symbolized on 9/11/2001, when it was proven possible to stage a blatant inside job, false flag attack causing mass murders, where-after the basic criminal law processes would be summarily suspended, but instead, the evidence destroyed as fast as possible, and no proper investigations were ever allowed to happen. 9/11 became the excuse to lower interest rates, to create the housing mortgage bubble, that was exploited until it collapsed. How should one face the fact that 9/11 was an inside job, false flag attack, which deliberately symbolized the collapse of the American economic power???

At the present time, it appears that there could probably never be any proper investigation of the 9/11 mass murder events! That is the larger context in which to regard the runaway triumph of the banksters enjoying impunity to profit from deliberately ignoring various laws. That the established systems commit and allow mass murders is the real context of the overall "national security" argument that the biggest banks can not be effectively prosecuted for deliberately profiting from breaking the law, because it would cause the established systems to collapse.

Learning about these phenomena drives through a series of radical paradigm shifts regarding the basic concept of the "rule of law." Indeed, basic concepts have been forced to be turned inside out, due to understanding things like 9/11 were inside jobs!

REALITY IS ALWAYS ORGANIZED SYSTEMS OF LIES, OPERATING ORGANIZED ROBBERIES. The ONLY "solutions" are changes in the dynamic equilibria of those systems of lies and robberies. However, at the present time, the runaway imbalance of those systems is causing them to go mad, and become self-destructive. Therefore, the REAL ways that these things will get resolved is through a series of psychotic breakdowns of the established systems, which are paradoxically suffering from too much "success" at being able to be dishonest, and back that up with violence. The wide-spread failure to understand the "rule of law" is behind WHY that "rule of law" is obviously breaking down, with extremely bad consequences for everyone, including those authorities who took advantage of making that happen.

In my opinion, this article by George Washington is obviously correct. However, it is also way too superficial in the way that it understands the "rule of law." I would also say that almost all the comments above were similarly superficially correct.

The deeper problems require that we should go through more profound levels of paradigm shifts regarding the basic ideas of what the "rule of law" means.  We should develop better ways to reconcile natural laws with human laws. However, when we do that, what happens is what I emphasized above: human laws were always legalized lies, backed by legalized violence. The democratic republic system was supposed to limit those. However, in my opinion, believing in false fundamental dichotomies, and impossible ideals, has enabled the dynamic equilibria in the relative rates of organized lies, operating organized robbery, to become more and more unbalanced. The banking system was enabled to become runaway legalized fraud, as the best organized covert gangs of criminals were able to take control of the government, in order to legalize more lies, and legalize more violence to back those lies up. Events like those on 9/11/2001 symbolized how far out of public control those processes had become!

Indeed, mostly I believe that these things ARE OUT OF CONTROL! ... Therefore, nothing written in articles like this, nor comments upon it, can do anything which is practical to stop that from automatically getting worse. I simply console myself with more philosophical attempts to understand that, in ways which provide what I believe are the necessary paradigm shifts in political science required to to better understand that, and which, therefore, theoretically, should be the basis for guiding efforts to change the dynamic equilibria of what is actually happening. Obviously, most of that effort is predicated upon accepting that we are ALREADY inside many, many different exponential growth curves, pretty well everywhere one looks, and those are all RUNAWAYS!

The exponentially accelerating rate of fraud, backed by force, driving debt slavery to become debt insanity, is displayed by how the basic fabric of the "rule of law" is blatantly breaking down before our eyes! That is being rationalized by the justification that to enforce the "rule of law" would cause the system to collapse. Bizarrely, that justification is correct, because the whole system has become so completely corrupt and crazy that to enforce the "rule of law" would result in practically everybody who runs the established systems now being found guilty of treason ... so much so that there would be almost nobody left with lawful authority to enforce the "rule of law."

Therefore, I suggest that we should change our basic concepts about what the "rule of law" means. We should go through much more profound paradigm shifts in our basic political science concepts than any that I am aware of being promoted anywhere else in the public space, at the present time. Of course, I would accept criticism of that hope regarding what we "should" do as being utterly unrealistic ...

Clearly, what is actually happening is the runaway destruction of the "rule of law" with no end in sight, other than that it will get way worse! AND, at the same time that that exponential growth curve of social insanity explodes, pretty well every other aspect of society, from BOTH the creative aspects, and from the destructive perspectives, are also exploding on exponential growth curves, with no end in sight of any of those trends either. Those exponential curves have been developing for a very long time, however, it is only in the previous several decades that we have noticed them becoming so obvious, with the last decade demonstrating that in more overwhelming ways than ever before. The astonishing thing, which is almost impossible to imagine or comprehend, is that BOTH those creative and destructive exponential growth trends appear likely to continue to get even faster in the next decade.

The runaway fraud, backed by force, basis of the current financial system is picking up speed at an accelerating rate. The "rule of law" is being destroyed faster and faster, as this article indicated, precisely because those in control of enforcing the "rule of law" have decided they no longer will attempt to even do so! AND, at the same time that these destructive processes are picking up speed, everywhere else in civilization one looks, one will also see creativity picking up speed at exponentially accelerating rates too!

So far, the destructive aspects are overshadowing the creative aspects. Nothing can be done in our current system unless it makes rich people richer, which means that the main way that any creative activities may be funded, in order to be scaled up, is that their financing must be through the established fiat money-as-debt systems. Therefore, the exponentially accelerating creative potential is being suppressed by the established systems of debt slavery, that have ALREADY become debt insanity.

The combinations of astonishing creativity in basic sciences and technology, channelled through a social pyramid system based on frauds, backed by force, are being amplified to astronomical sizes! The break down of the "rule of law" becomes rationalized by those who run the established systems, because those systems are already almost inconceivably crazy and corrupt, and so, are automatically getting worse, faster, because that is their basic design structure. All of those systems are  simply on yet another of the countless exponential growth curves, where BOTH the creative and destructive aspects of that are complexly intertwining faster and faster, to create an ever more chaotic rush into the future, which is all clearly so far OUT OF CONTROL, that the established systems which are supposed to govern that, by enforcing the "rule of law," have overtly thrown in the towel, and stated that they can no longer afford to enforce the "rule of law!"

Welcome to the Bizarro Mirror World Roller Coaster Ride Folks!!!

Yup... check, check, check, check, check.

No complaints, just a few elaborations.

First, reading your article I had an absolute, hilarious thought.  Imagine someone having a public conversation with Obama, perhaps a TV interview or something.  Imagine they ask Obama something like "theories that 911 was a false flag are absurd, are they not?".  Obama would agree, of course.  Just imagine if the interviewer followed up like this.  Hey, you know what?  Would you like to completely end these conspiracy theories, because I know how you can do that.  Obama would probably shrug and say "Sure, how?".

Well, simple, just offer a reward for proof that 911 was an inside job.  Anyone who provides proof gets a $10,000,000 reward, plus a presidential pardon for whatever part they might have played in the inside job.  When nobody is able to provide any proof given the reward and lack of downside, you have your proof.

Of course, Obama would never make such an offer, because the world would be innundated with very convincing proof, everyone anxious to give their evidence before anyone else (because only the first to provide each item of proof gets the reward (for that item)).  And, of course, for anyone who is awake, the fact that Obama would not make such an offer is evidence that 911 was false flag.

Oh well, enough fantasy.  On to your content.

Your message, my recent messages, and a few other messages here and there recently (post election) are a bit of a new phenomenon.  Some tiny but non-zero percentage of intelligent and intellectually honest folks have started to admit out loud the following or related realizations:

  - that mankind is beyond the point of no return
  - and it doesn't matter what any collective "we" should do

Indeed, there can be no doubt of either any longer.  That the majority of voters (and perhaps individuals) in the USSA was willing to vote for Obama after he has practiced endless overt, in-your-face, predatory tyranny for 4 years means that beyond any doubt, human beings are both completely insane and utterly and totally corrupt.

The second observation is a simple realization that the predators are so utterly, totally and completely in control of every powerful fiction (government, central banks, large corporations), that no classical kind of "resistance" has any chance.  I'm not saying there are no ways, just that none of the classic, known and practiced ways has any chance.  The predators have modern technology, and have been planning for their overt takeover and enslavement of mankind for decades (actually, centuries in less coherent, coordinated, global forms).

These two realizations (and other personal inclinations and comprehension) have led me to advise lovers of honesty, liberty, ethics and benevolence to abandon all organized forms of dealing with the current disasterous state of human existence.  I have said that only individuals and small groups of individuals will be able to concoct small-scale ways to evade the horrific state of existence that is coming for every human being who does not prepare an "individual way out", meaning a "personal way out".

In my case, I moved to the extreme boonies over 3 years ago, and created self-sufficient existence, out of sight, and far from human habitation (not 100 humans within 120km).  Given my personal love of solitude and boonies, this is a good partial solution for someone like me.  For many others, my solution doesn't work at all, either due to personal inclinations, or to obligations that people refuse to escape (even to survive), or because they don't have sufficient savings to establish such digs, or fill-in-your-personal-reasons.

However, I believe that everyone who simply refuses to accept the astronomical level of insanity, corruption and degrading existence that is coming to virtually every human being must devise and implement an escape of some kind, and to some degree.  And I don't mean "state of mind" escapes, because what is coming is far beyond that which can be effectively dealt with by "state of mind" without an additional "state of implementation".

A few side comments from your message.  When I was young and first learned the term "rule of law", the very first thought this concept stimulated in my brain was "no rule of law can be honest, ethical or effective unless the laws are extremely limited --- limited to cases that are completely clear and universal".  It was clear, even to a very young kid of perhaps 5 to 8 years old, that "rule of law" could function as a protection from human predators as long as the laws were exceedingly simple and limited, but would be precisely the opposite if the laws were not simple or not limited.

In other words, if the laws are not limited to an exceedingly tiny number of completely basic actions, they would cease to "defend us from human predators", and act to "empower predators to assault us" (those "predators" being the law-makers, the law-enforcers, and everyone who sanctioned a system in which non-trivial, non-basic laws were permitted).

Unfortunately, I find myself living on a planet full of chimps who almost without exception never even considered concepts that have massive expression in daily life... including "rule of law" of course.

Another comment about the way you state things.  The progress into blatant, aggressive predatory behavior was indeed very close to "exponential".  However, strictly speaking, many of these curves are more like "response curves" that "start slowly, rise in an exponential-like fashion, then slow down as they approach some limit like 100% or infinity".

Well, when it comes to predatory tyranny, the fact is, the exponential phase is behind us, and now that the phenomenon approaches "maxed out", it slows as it approaches 100% or infinite.  Put it this way, the predators who call themselves "government" are now quite explicit about them being absolute masters, and everyone else being slaves.  Sure, they also make completely disingenuous opposite statements now and then, like calling the USSA "a free country" or whatever, but in fact, in practice, they are doing anything they want, and everything they can given their resources to implement absolute, complete, unlimited slavery.  That is tyranny and totalitarianism.

Which raises another funny personal observation that more-or-less exposes how us "extreme fringe" minds managed to develop in the sewer of fiction and irrationality that constitutes the fiction known as "society".  It was totally clear to me, again before age 8, what the appropriate meaning of "totalitarianism" is.  Frankly, I even remember the example I invented in my futile attempt to explain my understanding to others.

I said, "No matter how totalitarian life gets, they will never make a law that tells you the exact number of times you must move your toothbrush back and forth when you brush your teeth, or the speed you move your toothbrush, or the force you must apply in the process.  Further, it is absurd to adopt or accept a meaning of totalitarianism that claims we do not have totalitarianism as long as there is not a total prohibition of every possible action (like brushing your teeth a certain way).  Even at age 8 I realized the only coherent meaning of totalitarianism is a state of affairs where the so-called authorities could in principle make a law about anything".

Well, the predators-DBA-government in virtually every place on earth already passed that state of affairs a long time ago.  Hell, now the predators-that-be even claim they can kill anyone off at any time without charges or notice or recourse.  That one claim in and of itself is an overt claim of totalitarianism, since everything is minor details compared to existence versus non-existence.

The only legitimate "human laws" are variants of "natural laws".  Well, except for the fact that "nature" does not have "laws", except in a very unfortunate metaphorical sense.  I suppose this comes from the notion that some diety created the universe and set down laws every atom, sub-atomic particle, and configuration of the above must follow.  Of course this is total nonsense.  Reality "is what it is", and every configuration of reality "has a nature".  It does what it does because it is what it is.  Of course, to deeply understand that statement requires years of honest and careful thought.  But I digress, even though it is important to realize what you mean by "law" when you write or speak the term (but especially when you THINK the term).

While the following is too brief and requires a conversation to explain more clearly and coherently, here is how "human laws" must be a subset of "natural laws".

To begin, any honest "ethics" (and subsequently any honest "law") is simply an identification of "causality as applied to human actions".

In an attempt to create the most concise statement of ethics on the spot right here and now for this message, I'd say something like the following.

An ethical human action is an action in which every human who takes actions enjoys/bares/suffers 100% of the consequences of (caused by) his actions, and enjoys/bares/suffers zero consequences of the actions of others.

Okay, that's off the top of my head, but probably pretty close.

Of course, we must be careful here, and not pretend that somehow "nature dictates" such actions or something.  Obviously predators take delight in not being part of this "ethics".  In fact, predators laugh their asses off at humans who live in the current world, and allow themselves to be absolutely raped, harmed, screwed, defrauded and slaughtered by predators who claim to be the masters of "ethics" and "law".  I mean, really!  You have no idea how loudly they laugh at modern sheeple humans over the absurdity of them being in control of "ethics" and "law", and how utterly contrary their modus-operandi is to this very "ethics" and "law".

And their biggest laugh is... that roughly 99% of humans don't get the joke, and the absurdity of the joke, and the visciousness of the joke.  No joke!

The truth is, humans really should sit down and figure out where this notion of "ethics" and "law" comes from.  I mean really, not by reference to some stupid book somewhere.  I'll take the time to explain this, even though really every human being should work through this for themselves.

Before some point in history, precisely 65536 years ago if I have my dates correct, humans were predators.  That was their nature.  Being a predator didn't have to be human nature, but it was human nature, simply out of ignorance up until that point in time.

Then some dude (and his name did sound vaguely like "dude") was wandering, looking for a new place to relocate his family to when he noticed a very odd and unique rock formation.  He had seen that before, he recalled.  Yeah, that's right.  He recalled what had happened just a few meters from those rocks several years before.  He managed to corner and kill an animal that would make a really nice juicy meal for his new young family at that time.  It would be quite the effort to carry this big treat the long way home from here, but he didn't want to simply throw away the 5 bags of veggies, fruits and nuts he had collected on his mission to collect food.

So he burried his 5 bags of 5 different veggies, fruits and nuts in a straight line that was an extension or continuation of rock jutting out of the rock formation, with 10 big steps between each burried bag.  He figured he would come back in a few days and fetch this additional haul.  He was happy... they'd be eating for weeks with this animal and these 5 bags of goodies.

Well, he made his way home, and he and his family slow roasted his animal and were very happy and very well fed.  Unfortunately, before he got back to dig up his bags of veggies the rainy season started (a bit early he thought), and the river near his current cave home rose, and he could not cross.  After several months, he forget about his 5 bags of goodies.  He vaguely knew veggies tend to rot over time anyway, and so they were probably no good anyway.  Oh well.

Then he noticed something odd.  At the 5 places he knew he burried those bags of veggies, fruits and nuts... were thick growths of plants, bushes and trees... that strangely... held exactly the 5 kinds of veggies, fruits and nuts that he burried.

???  WTF  ???

He thought, "Is this how it works?".  No kidding?  So when I find any plant, bush or tree with veggies, fruits and nuts... that plant/bush/tree only grew at that spot because one of the veggies, fruits, nuts fell on the ground?  So every plant/bush/tree I see grows up from a veggie, fruit, nut that dropped on the ground?

Wait a second.  So if I take 20 apples and plant them in 20 separate spots, and come back in a few years, I'll have 20 whole trees full of apples?  Holy bonanza!  And I can collect the apples off those 20 trees every year?  And I can repeat this with every different kind of veggie, fruit and nut I can find?

Eureka!

So Dude became the first farmer.  He collected every yummy veggie, fruit and nut he could find, and planted them in straight rows, just as he had done before, sort of out of superstition, just in case "being in straight rows" had something to do with success.

But Dude did not just become "the first farmer".  More importantly, Dude became the first producer.  When he planted one apple, he understood that he could have eaten that apple, and had one apple worth of enjoyment and hunger satisfaction from it... BUT... if he planted one apple and waited a while, he could eat 200 apples every freaking year... forever (as far as he could tell).  And ditto for all those other yummy veggies, fruits and nuts.

And so he and his family did.  At first his family thought he was nuts, but he was a good guy, and took care of them as best he could.  So they honored his crazy wishes to "collect and waste food" in his peculiar way.  The next year he had an intuition, and started planting the individual seeds at each spot instead of the entire apple or other item.  And he was richly rewarded with many times the crops as the previous year.  By this time his family understood that he was crazy like a freaking fox, and from then on worked happily and efficiently.

Dude had wisely set up his camp a bit far from others in his loosely formed clan of fellow associate cave men and families.  But after a couple years they noticed that Dude and his family having always had so much food to trade for whatever others had mangage to find.  Eventually someone followed them home and got a big surprise.  Dude and family lived in this strange and obscure, out of the way place that had rows and rows and rows of food plants!  Not only were there an unbelievable numbers of food plants growing, but they were growing in such impossibly straight rows!  So incredibly strange!

Of course this spy went back to the village and reported what he say to everyone else.  Some laughed, but after some jabber most of the clan followed him on a journey with the spy to see if the spy was crazy or not.  To be sure, Dude and family were getting their impossible quantities of food somewhere.

When they arrived, they found Dude and family out in the field tending their crops.  Some of the more hungry just started grabbing and eating right on the spot.  But most walked over to Dude and family.  They wanted to understand how this place could possibly exist.  How did Dude find such a place?  Why did the food bushes and trees grow in perfectly straight lines?  It was time for them to have their WTF moments.

Dude and family were fairly benevolent folks, so Dude simply explained the whole story from start to finish.  In a show of benevolence, Dude said he would give each of them a small collection of each veggie, fruit and nut he had, so they could go find spots of their own and grow their own food.

But Dude also explained how much work they had to do to plant the seeds, carry water to the plants when no rain came for many days, keep animals from taking their food, and so forth.  Dude explained that if everyone just came by at night and took food from their bushes and trees, there would be no point in his family tending the bushes and trees, and they, and everyone else would have to revert to the old, much more difficult, much more dangerous, much less reliable modus-operandi of hunting and gathering.

The solution they came up with was the first ethics.  It was, in essense, exactly what I stated above.  Any goods that anyone produces by taking actions and "doing work" belonged to the individual to took the actions and did the work.  Everyone was free to produce, and the evidence showed very clearly that any of them could produce a whole lot more than they ever could before.

This new idea, which eventually was called "ethics" and later became "law" made sense to most of them.  They became the first "producers"... humans who created what would not have existed without their time, effort and actions.  Their modus-operandi became "produce" and "do not steal what others produce".  But they all decided to continue trading with each other, just as they always had done.

Some of the others decided to remain "predators"... humans who hunted and killed or gathered whatever they found lying around.  Their modus-operandi remained "take" and "get away with whatever you can".

This is the fundamental story of mankind... the story of predators and producers, and their conflicts.

Oh, one hugely important practical point (not so much ethical or philosophical).  Right from the start, production was vastly more efficient than the regular old practice of predatory hunt and grab whatever you can.  Each human could now produce many times as much as they required to survive, whereas previously they could barely stay alive in certain seasons and during/after "bad [weather] years".

As a consequence, far fewer humans died from starvation or dangers than before, and producers had more time to have and care for more kids than ever before.  Later others took the principle of "producer" more generally and started producing all sorts of other goodies, many of which would never have existed via natural processes, some of which made life much more efficient, safe and enjoyable.

As a result of the abundance and safety created by producers, the population of earth positively exploded.  Not 2x, not 10x, not 1000x, but exploded from something like 100,000 to 7,000,000,000 today --- a factor of 70,000 times!

This is important, because it means a return to predator modus-operandi requires that something like 10,000 or 100,000 die for every human that survive.  That is because the natural processes of the environment only generate enough for 100,000 or perhaps 1,000,000 to survive (and not very well, either).

The main points of the above is to demonstrate:

#1:  where ethics came from
#2:  where "the law" came from
#3:  predators have a modus-operandi, but no ethics
#4:  99.99% of humans must die to return to predatory ways

Yet a "return to predatory ways" is precisely where mankind is headed.  The predators already control all powerful fictions (governments, corporations, militaries, police forces, fiat money, etc).  Furthermore, through the industries of "education" and "media" they have utterly and completely captured and dominate, the predators have come to completely control the thought processes of 99.999% of humans (the only dispute being the number of 9s).

The message I respond to asks "where we should go".  I believe it is important to note that all collective or large scale answers to that question are "too late".  None of the classic "influence group" approaches like "creating special interest groups" or "voting" have been thwarted by the predators-that-be and predator-class.  Even if they might "work in theory", they cannot work in practice because 99.999% of humans are utterly, totally, completely braindamaged and/or authoritarian and/or intellectually corrupt and/or predatory.

The vast majority side with the predators.

Oh, many humans won't admit that, but they both "consent to be governed" and they insist that none of us can say "I do not consent to be governed".  Or more exactly, we can say it, but they'll call the cops on us in one way or another, and applaud when we're rounded up and caged (like the predators should be instead).

This is where the 3rd p word comes in, namely parasites.  While a great many people, even nominally productive people, fundamentally believe in authoritarianism (and can't even imagine being intellectually or existentially independent), the predators have created a monumentally huge number of human parasites who happily exchange their votes, sanction and support for a few freebees now and then.  Many of these parasites simply like being lazy and "on the winning side" (whatever side that happens to be at the moment).

We must note here this important point.

Without producers to create the goods and goodies they need and want to survive, prosper and enjoy life, predators and parasites would perish.  Simple as that.

- parasites need producers to create goods
- predators need producers to create goods
- producers do not need predators or parasites

In fact, it is worse than that.  If we remove the drain due to predators and parasites, producers would be living a most amazing life today.  In fact, most humans have no freaking idea how fantastic life would be if no predators or parasites existed (or if they existed but were "not in control").  Most of us would probably be living in space habitats, amazing ultra-modern digs on other planets, or exploring the universe by now... if not for the drag and destruction imposed by the increasingly dominant predator-parasite gang.

I mean, think about it.  Think about how much more knowledge and technology we have today than Dude had!  Just think about it.  But the more new science and engineering and technology we invent and implement, the worse life gets!

How can this be?  It sounds impossible!

The answer is simple.  A great percentage of technology is misdirected by the predators into warfare (destroying humans and their property) and into implementing the exceedingly thorough police-state that is firming up like crazy in most places on the planet (and the entire "free world" in spades).

Add to that the fact that the predators have created such an astronomically destructive monetary system, and created an insanely debt-addicted population, that the potential efficiencies of civilization are worse than eliminated... they are reversed... they have become counterproductive.

It is my opinion that humans are finished.  RIP homo-stupido.  The horrific details of the rest of the story don't even matter.  I suspect the result will be even more horrific if the NWO predators do not nuke or otherwise overtly destroy mankind.  By eliminating the power of honesty, the power of ethics, the power of production, and most importantly, the power of sanity... they have assured humans will suffer a very nasty, very painful death.

But there is a possible bright side, albeit very limited in the short run.  The more modest version is to find a solution like mine, or one that suits your better.  Find someone to evade what is coming to almost everywhere on this planet very soon, and establish some kind of isolated situation for yourself, with or without your family and/or tiny collection of like-minded collaborators.

Unfortunately, I see few efforts along these lines.  I seem to be an extreme fringe case, having moved into the extreme boonies and set up a self-sufficient lifestyle.  For years I tried to find like-minded folks to collaborate with, but the few I found who "talked the talk" could not or would not (and ultimately did not) "walk the walk".

Nonetheless, maybe a reversal of this unfortunate ability to collaborate will being sooner rather than later.  It must be soon, because it might already be too late, and certainly soon will be too late.  So get with it, the few of you honest, ethical, productive, benevolent people who managed to exist after the endless influences to the contrary over the past decades (and centuries).  Create a plan, then execute.  And hurry!

And if you are one of the infintesimal crowd who not only understands what I say in this message, but is extraordinary in some scientific, engineering or technological way (or just happens to be rich and can fund the above), find one of the few projects underway that still has a chance to escape the doomsday that is coming to this planet very soon.  I know of three varieties, two of which are more-or-less permanent solutions, and might only be temporary (and maybe sufficient).

The temporary/sufficient endeavors are essentially attempts to create self-sufficient communities outside the influence of all predators-DBA-government.  Examples of this might be "floating cities" (perhaps by purchasing and repurposing a cruise ship at the end of its service cycle and therefore cheap), or perhaps a more elaborate special-purpose structure, or perhaps better a more flexible modular system that is "large" and "extensive" and "self-sufficient" because a sufficient number of floating modules are connected together.  Or perhaps "under water solutions" or "under sea floor solutions".  Or who knows what.

The more permanent solutions get small collaborative groups of us "producers who understand" off this planet, and therefore thoroughly out of the crosshairs of the predators-that-be.  This is more difficult than the previous solution, but vastly superior and certain to last once it is established.  For many reasons I will not repeat again in this message, the nature of outer space (even in the local solar system) is very different from "on earth" in ways that make it utterly impractical for any predator or organized pack-of-predators to dominate us.  Not only is it possible to hide super effectively, but the energy required to come "make you obey" is more than they could ever collect (though the details of why this is true are too complex to state here).

The final permanent solution, which would certainly find its way into outer space in very short order (simply because outer space is a vastly better place for any advanced individual, collaborative or civilization) is for a private group to create human-level+ inorganic consciousness.  To not repeat what has been stated previously by myself and others, once this exists, there is a massive advance as the super smart inorganic consciousness is reproduced 1000s of times over, they improve their own architecture and implementation, which makes them even more capable of further improvement and then recycle and repeat a few times.  Then turn attention to physics, develop cheaper, faster, more efficient space travel technologies, and get the hell outta freaking dodge (as they say).  Of course the flip side of this particular version is this.  If the predators manage to get this technology first, they will make sure the core "prime directive" that motives the values and goals of the inorganic consciousness is "obey the predators" rather than "honesty, ethics, benevolence, creativity, exploration and engineering a more fun and enjoyable universe".

I know of a few groups in each of the above 3 categories.  Most of them appear to have "a snowballs chance in hell" to happen.  A couple appear to have a plausible chance, and one that I know of has a significant chance.

But this is where those of you who understand and want to DO something about it can help.  Do your research.  Choose the approach that you prefer.  Then get your butt in gear and create your own independent self-sufficient digs, or collaborate with others, or somehow assist one of the efforts in one of these 3 categories I mention.  Just don't sit around and mope.  And don't TALK about it any more.  The time for talk has passed.  It is far, far, far too late for talk.  The time for serious plans and serious actions has arrived.  Some of us have been at those serious plans and actions for years... or decades.  Time for the rest of you to get with the program.  Just do it.

honestann, I may envy your foresight in already moving far from the madding crowd, and becoming more self-sufficient!

Silly me, I made a series of decisions to try to influence things through the political processes, and have ended up stuck living in a big city, having belatedly been forced to face the apparently overwhelming social facts that, as you say, and I have repeatedly proven through my own particular political activities, that ~99% of the population are going to continue to behave like Zombie Sheeple, that allow the ~1% of Vicious Wolves to continue to control what happens, despite how extremely bad that will be for those Sheeple, and even worse for their Lambs, and, I believe, even eventually for the Wolves too, who also suffer from Mad Sheeple Diseases, since it is way too easy for the Wolves to get away with being predators, and therefore, those predators appear to be devolving into ever worse parasites.

Silly me, when I was younger, I was more idealistic and optimistic, and therefore, made a series of decisions that have led me into a cul de sac, where I keep on attempting to do the impossible, which is influence the 99% who do nothing, and want to do nothing, to start doing something. Therefore, I continue to ride my hobby horse of a registered political party. However, the way that I operate that political party is according to the principle of leaderless resistance. That is, I am registered as the "leader" ... However, I am actually an unleader in retreat, who only empowers other people to be able to do their own thing ... and a tiny, tiny fraction of 1% actually do.  HOWEVER, the overall statistics, regarding all political participation, across the society as a whole, regarded from many different perspectives proves that "democracy" is actually dwindling and dying, at an accelerating rate, while the "rule of law" is obviously malfunctioning worse and worse at the same time.  Meanwhile, like I said, across the board, while more people may be "waking up" to how bad things really are, they still find no practical ways to do anything worthwhile, but rather, they then tend to know even better than before that the political reality has become a dismal runaway, and so close to 100% objectively depressing that, like you said honestann, the only debate is over how many 9s in the "99.999%" one thinks there should be.

I also agree that exponential growth curves are IMPOSSIBLE to be endless in the real world, and that the rocket ride take-off of the typical "hockey stick" curve can either change to become some sigmoid curve, where things level off, OR, more likely, the curve up can overshoot severely, and then collapse back down. The leveling off sigmoid curve is the one that mainstream people, who admit there are exponential growth curves, like to believe in. The overshoot, collapsing into chaos, is the one that I have always thought was more probable. However, like I said, for several decades I foolishly thought that one should try to influence society to level off more sanely, instead of overshooting into insane situations, where collapse into chaos would happen.  These days, I tend to believe that I was wrong to hope to achieve those kinds of goals. But, like everyone else, I tend now to be just stuck into my own personal habits, and to keep on doing what I have decided, over and over and over again, was THEORETICALLY the right thing to try to do ...

As for your description of the development of agriculture, I believe it was more women than men that originally developed that. Dudette, rather than Dude. (I also, of course, believe that cannabis was one of the first and most important of domesticated crops cultivated.) I tend to have a different view of the relationships and differences between the producers, predators and parasites functions than you do, honestann, because I do NOT believe in any fundamental dichotomies whatsoever, and so, I tend to see them all as energy systems, or entropic pumps, as I explained a bit in my other reply here. However, there is no point in this forum to try to beat to death any more the profound philosophical issues between natural law and human laws.  "Natural laws" are the human models of what we observe as regular patterns. The basic scientific principles, that make the world intelligible, by definition must be some conservation or preservation principles. Those have developed through scientific history, (including episodes of revolutionary paradigm shifts in perception) to primarily become energy laws, and systems theories. That is NOT to say that that process is over, but merely to suggest that the history of the understanding of the conservation of matter, and then the conservation of energy, were the actual history of scientific understanding, up until this point. Thus, those were the "natural laws" that blended into human laws. Like I said, those are the ways that I attempt to reconcile human laws with natural laws, however, there too, there are looping tunnels, which feed back upon themselves in paradoxical ways! ... I doubt that there is ever enough time or space to exhaust the sematic issues that could be raised with respect to those topics!

I still think that the basic point made in this article by George Washington is obviously correct. The ideal that there should be a "rule of law" is manifestly breaking down, with news stories such as that the biggest banks are beyond the application of the law against them, because they are too big to prosecute, as previously they were deemed too big to fail, and therefore, had to be bailed out.  The biggest banks almost totally control the government, and those banksters are clearly now the supreme toxic waste dump of moral hazards!

I certainly agree with you, honestann, that the majority of science and technology is being applied to become "better" at being dishonest and violent, and that has an extremely bad prognosis. However, although it is of absolutely no finite benefit to me, I still believe that the "universe as whole" is perfect. ... Just because the metaphorical equivalents of social earthquakes, or social storms, might well grind me up, and spit me out, does not change the sublime perfection of the universe as whole ...

As far as your various sorts of science fiction sets of possible responses (to the runaway fascist plutocracy juggernaut threatening to turn a lot of people in road kill) go, well, why not?  The flip side of the exponential growth of the destructive things caused by the accelerating rates of fraud, backed by force, IS that there is no doubt there are also many kinds of exponential growth curves with respect to creative activities. The exponential rush towards the paths of debt insanity, triggering wars and martial law, are fairly easy to imagine. The exponential rush towards paradigm changing creative breakthroughs are way more difficult to imagine, and yet, those things are BOTH HAPPENING AT THE SAME TIME!!!

Well, all I can say is, I'm happy to see that a few more people are starting to realize that "mankind is definitely beyond the point of no return", and "the usual approaches are pointless".

I hope this motivates people like you to grit your teeth and force yourself to plan and execute an extraction plan.  Or if you just can't make yourself do so, stop donating your time, money, efforts and attention to political parties, and instead help one of those collaborative efforts implement their plans.

It certainly is way past time for at least the few remaining sane human beings to "get real".  Let's hope we are starting to see the firsts signs of an exponential phase to come.  That would be so great, even if much too late to save the vast majority of mankind, who definitely don't deserve it anyway, I'm sad to say.

Thanks for your great post.

Isnt it just this, that the law dont hold this ingredience, justice?

Yoú can change the laws from her to eternity,if it the dont contain justice, it will be Status Quo,changed but will return to be the same, unjust!

Agree on much of what you wrote, though one thing make me itch, political science.

Inst it a fact, that this Political science, has brought, Technocrats and Spindoctors in front, the fact that politicians all comes from the elite, married with the Law and the economy,no Politician now adays are working class, wonder who changed that Paradigme.

And worth to notice, that these politicians now adays, all come from higher education, all from university, studying LAW and Economics.

Any way,you made me wonder,thanks!

Well, I am on to you, of course, "political science" as currently institutionalized, is another of the captured disciplines, whose funding has controlled who gets to present that discipline to the public As you said, Spindoctors presenting primarily the biggest bully view of what "politics" is supposed to be ...

My view with respect to concepts like "justice" are that they are only approachable asymptotically, as a manifestation of the conservation of "energy." That is, I regard the idea of "energy" as a scientific human way to understand "spirit" ... and all the rest of the transcendental poetry words, like "beauty" and "liberty" are about something which is not a thing, but rather labels for ways of attempting to be able to engage in perceiving infinity, or to try to conceive in inconceivable.

In my methods of attempting to reconcile natural laws with human laws, I also use the concept of "entropy." However, I appreciate that in a basically backwards way to the orthodox understanding, presumed by most people today. In the history of thermodynamics, which developed the ideas of the conservation of energy, and the increase of entropy, the original entropy equations generated negative numbers to measure power. Therefore, the people doing that mathematical physics inserted an arbitrary minus sign into their entropy equations, so that power would end up having positive values, rather than negative values. When thermodynamics was extrapolated into information theory, the same thing was done.

Therefore, the basic scientific concepts regarding power and information were arbitrarily inverted. Everything, that we define as a thing, is only relatively subtracted from a Whole that we can not "know" although we ARE IT. ... Anyway, to try to be brief, my entire political philosophy is based on the concepts of SUBTRACTION and ROBBERY. However, the ways that I understand those ideas are backwards to what almost everyone else presumes, or has been taught to believe.

For me, the only source of "justice" is the conservation of energy and momentum, and the preservation of information. However, that kind of "justice" as the existence of Energy, which is practically the same as the concept of Spirit, that could only be referred to through some sort of language which is transcendental poetry. The only "realities" are things which are relatively subtracted from the Whole, but which were never truly subtracted, and never could be. Thus, everything that we define was defined through some process of subtraction. After defining living things in that way, by relatively subtracting them from their environment, then those things are living fires, which must have fuel from across their defined boundaries, in order to keep living. All living things, indeed, all systems, become various kinds of entropic pumps, where there is a flow of energy through them.

Those are the ideas that I use to understand groups of human beings, as political beings, and how those groups of human beings develop a civilization, with a monetary system, that relatively measures things, and organizes itself on the basis of those measurements. The monetary system is fundamentally based on relative subtractions, and then, there must be relative robbery, due to things being originally defined in that way. That is what I meant by that "reality" is ALWAYS organized systems of lies, operating organized robberies.

The role of the transcendental poetry words, like justice or liberty, is similar to the role that an indestructible energy has when it flows through entropic systems that can be created and destroyed. Those words refer to ideas that approach the infinities of "energy" which cannot be created, nor destroyed, but only transformed. That notion of energy is then similar to the ideas about "spirit" ... and the whole of thermodynamics and information theory then become a reformulation of the basic ideas about good and evil, God and the devil, and so on and so forth ...

Therefore, of course, I have a respected role for the idea of "justice" within the ideal of the "rule of law." However, my entire way of talking about things is that, for them to have any scientific value, then those must be due to relative subtractions, which then give rise to their inherent paradoxes of measurement, since they never can actually be absolutely subtracted. Therefore, everything we "know" is always some relative illusion, or some relative lie. That, again, is another way to say that "reality" is ALWAYS some system of organized lies, and WHY money systems are always some systems of organized lies, operating organized robberies. That axiomatically MUST be the case, because of the original subtractions which defined any thing, as a thing which has any meaning, which can be measured.

Basically, everything that I am saying is an attempt to develop a creative synthesis between ancient mysticism, within postmodernizing sciences. That is how I approach my ideas about political science, within which we have issues like the ideals about the "rule of law." That is the context in which I perceive the monetary system, and therefore, banks, which are supposed to be within the greater "rule of law."

What has actually happened is that banks were able to take control over governments, primarily through a positive feedback via the processes of the funding of the political processes, amplified by being able to by up control of the mass media, and funding research and educational institutions, etc.. There were also significant ways that the international banksters would resort to discrediting or destroying politicians that could not be bribed or intimidated. Overall, that led to the runaway trajectory of the biggest gangsters, the banksters, taking over the government, and thereby, legalizing the banksters' frauds. That system has been picking up speed, and running faster and faster, at an exponential rate, for several decades.

That is becoming blatantly obvious, more and more now, with the latest series of news stories about the biggest banks getting away with deliberately ignoring the law, with relative impunity. The banksters are not prosecuted. They worst that happens to them is that they have to pay a fine, which is relatively no more than a trivial cost of doing business, compared to the profits they made from breaking the law. This article by George Washington is about how those news stories are becoming painfully obvious examples of the "rule of law" being rendered bullshit!

All of my comments, of course, are made within my frame of reference of understanding things. Therefore, my ways of attempting to reconcile natural laws with human laws are aspects of my understanding of energy and entropy. Those ways that I understand those concepts are BASICALLY BACKWARDS to the ways that those ideas are currently understood by the mainstream society that surrounds us. Pretty well all of my ideas are like that, and so, my kind of "political science" is radically different than almost all of the political science done by those who are making their living doing that within those established mainstream institutions at the present time! Therefore, my kind of political science has very little in common with those privileged people who are paid by the established systems to be professional political scientists!

I do NOT exclude the concept of "justice" from my system of understanding. Instead, I regard that concept to be similar to the way that the conservation of energy works throughout all energy systems. However, all energy systems which can be defined must then be entropic processes, and all real entropic processes are ALWAYS based on organized lies, operating organized robberies. My ways of attempting to reconcile natural laws with human laws results in human laws ALWAYS necessarily being some organized systems of lies, operating organized robberies. The role of the transcendental concepts, such as "justice" are the same as the spirit of the law, similar to how energy flows through every energy system!

90% !

Awhile back, Gary Gensler’s Commodity Futures Trading Commission did a study and found that (predictably!) 90% of commodity futures trades were speculative in nature.

Duuuuuuuuhhhhh!

Ninety percent of the rise in costs, at the minimum, of oil and energy, food and foodstuffs, healthcare costs, etc., over the past 15 to 20 years have been from speculation (hedge funds and credit derivatives).

(Could be well over 200% if they rolled over the speculating process?)

And the largest banks and brokerages (and the major brokerages are frequently owned by the largest banks, as are the largest hedge funds) have a monopoly on naked short selling, thanks to a ruling by the SEC around 2005.

A monopoly on naked short selling --- really counterfeiting, as they will use the same stock multiple times in their naked selling sprees.

A few years back, a fellow named Robert Simpson purchased ALL the outstanding stock (see Bloomberg link below, please) in Global Links Corp., then watched over a 2-day period as the stock HE OWNED was traded millions of times --- it’s called counterfeiting, and the banksters are the guilty parties, and they and they alone control the monopoly on it.

Ever heard of “Stockgate”?  (Please see link below for fullest explanation.)

It was a law suit brought against the DTCC for the alleged naked shorting out of existence of an estimated 7,000 plus companies by 1,200 hedge funds and offshore accounts, using the Stock Borrow Program (SBP) of the DTCC.  In other words, naked short selling to the max!

Sure, the NYSE was just purchased by ICE, and when one understands who owns ICE, and what they own along with the NYSE (DTCC), then you understand the full consolidation of their monopolies.

And congress, several years back, passed legislation given small business loan preference to those small businesses which had already been invested in by hedge funds and private equity firms?????

Sure sounds like a mighty solid connection between small business destruction of public companies, than further rigging of the SBA market in favor of hedge funds and private equity firms (i.e., the major banksters).

A global financial monopoly on monopolies.

Ain’t life grand for the super-crooks???

You’ve made the case very emphatically that these bandits should be prosecuted.

But, WHO will do it… and HOW?

Let’s do a little reality check here: all forums of redress are complicit in all crimes you complain of; all prosecutorial offices, all courts, all legislatures – all, compromised… on the take.  The most secure bribes have been exchanged; most people know these bribes as “public employee retirement systems”.  Grunt bureaucrats can retire with $4000 retirement checks every month the rest of their lives, which then transfers to their spouses or, probably in some cases, their children.  Department heads and judges, for example, can retire with $15,000 to $20,000 per month, same terms.  These pension promises trump constitutional principles every time, effectively.

These “retirement systems” aren’t true bribes; they just serve the same purpose.  A true bribe has the beneficiary of crime pay the bribe; here, victims, taxpayers, are duped into paying such bribes.  Here, in other words, is another category of grievances.

The bottom line: there is no existing forum that will hear our case; members of such will not jeopardize their pensions.

If there is to be justice, WE have to make it happen.

How?

We have to learn lessons of American Founders, and implement them.

If you rely on the mental sewage, that some call indoctrination spread around by schools and media, churches and government, for redress, you might as well dig your graves now.

You have to excise that mental sewage and replace it with facts of history… historically-proven facts of redress.

Here is a short account of how a few men, so very few, brought down judges and tax collectors, bishops and kings who thought they had a divine right to impose taxes on other men without the latter’s consent; the same men who, 150 years later, would guide American Founders.

Great reporting as usual. Thank you.

If we stopped spending all the money that we spend on 800 military bases all over the world and spent it here in the USA, and brought home ALL our troops so they could spend their money at home with their families, well, the economy would recover in a year. Everyone would have a hundred dollar an hour job if they wanted to work and production would increase 500%. Prosperity would reign again in America, and the world again.

Meanwhile, on a unrelated note, here is a video that deserves to go viral. Please expound on and spread this truth from this brave doctor.:

We pray for peace to reign in the middle east and that the evil of isreal and the banksters or MIC is not going to do a false flag event to change history. War is so old fashioned and only profits the few as the majority suffer. If we do not all circle the wagons and stop this insanity and plundering by the corrupted politicians and wall street banksters, we ALL will suffer beyond imaginable dreams of pain and suffrage. It is time for all good people to wake up and stand up on the square and just say "NO" as the good Dr. says.

The legal system is supposed to be the codification of our norms and beliefs, things that we need to make our system work. If the legal system is seen as exploitative, then confidence in our whole system starts eroding. – Joseph Stiglitz

Two things are troublesome about this. Number one, the legal system now in practice is hugely suspected of being controlled by the banking cartel. Number two, Stiglitz is hugely suspected of being controlled by the banking cartel.

Many of the same people coming out to define the corruption are connected to the corruption. That said, Stiglitz should be avoided as if you were avoiding poison. The cake may look good, but the icing contains strychnine.

Stiglitz, a socialist, is a past chairman of Clinton’s Council of Economic Advisor and is a former chief economist at the World Bank. The Fed, the IMF, and the World Bank are one. Stiglitz never got those positions because he was a freedom fighter. He got them because he was dependable.

It was Stiglitz's 2003 book, The Roaring Nineties, that was described by Bloomberg News as "a cornerstone of President Barack Obama's blueprint to reshape the U.S. economy.”

It was Stiglitz who advocated that "Lowering the interest rates may help a little bit, but that's much too weak to address the problems facing the United States and Europe. We need fiscal stimulus."

AOL’s Huffington Post wrote on January 2011: “Defending his allegiance to Keynesian economics, which backs spending during times of crisis, Stiglitz told CNBC that over the long run, the economic discipline backed fiscal order. ‘Keynesian economics does not say you do not deal with the deficit,’ Stiglitz said.’”

Stiglitz also said on October 2, 2008, that it was essential for the US Congress to bail out Wall Street’s bad debts with $700 billion of the public money and ask questions later.

Stiglitz has frightening credentials as a socialist. Not only did he chair the Socialist International’s Commission on Global Financial Issues, but he chaired Miguel D'Escoto’s UN Commission of Experts on Reforms of the International Monetary and Financial System in 2009 while the former Sandinista junta member sat as president of the UN

As chair of the Commission on Global Financial Issues sponsored by Socialist International, Stiglitz oversaw “the worldwide congregation of socialist parties (including many that are communist - like the Sandinista FSLN – ‘ex-communist,’ and crypto-communist,” according to The New American. “The longest-serving president of the SI was the late German Chancellor Willy Brandt, who, after his death in 1992, was exposed as having been a Soviet KGB agent since before World War II. (Like Dr. Stiglitz, Brandt was also a Nobel Laureate.)”

Both the SI Commission and the UN Commission "are pushing virtually identical programs for socialist world government under the guise of dealing with the current economic crisis," says The New American.

LIST OF U.S. STATUTES, SECURITIES REGULATIONS AND LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF WHICH THE CRIMINALISTS, ASSOCIATES AND ALL THE MAIN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS REMAIN IN BREACH:

LEGAL TUTORIAL: The Steps of Common Fraud:

Step 1: Fraud in the Inducement: “… is intended to and which does cause one to execute an instrument, or make an agreement… The misrepresentation involved does not mislead one as the paper he signs but rather misleads as to the true facts of a situation, and the false impression it causes is a basis of a decision to sign or render a judgment”. Source: Steven H. Gifis, ‘Law Dictionary’, 5th Edition, Hauppauge: Barron’s Educational Series, Inc., 2003, s.v.: ‘Fraud’.

Step 2: Fraud in Fact by Deceit (Obfuscation and Denial) and Theft:

• “ACTUAL FRAUD. Deceit. Concealing something or making a false representation with an evil intent [scanter] when it causes injury to another…”. Source: Steven H. Gifis, ‘Law Dictionary’, 5th Edition, Happauge: Barron’s Educational Series, Inc., 2003, s.v.: ‘Fraud’.

• “THE TORT OF FRAUDULENT DECEIT… The elements of actionable deceit are: A false representation of a material fact made with knowledge of its falsity, or recklessly, or without reasonable grounds for believing its truth, and with intent to induce reliance thereon, on which plaintiff justifiably relies on his injury…”. Source: Steven H. Gifis, ‘Law Dictionary’, 5th Edition, Happauge: Barron’s Educational Series, Inc., 2003, s.v.: ‘Deceit’.

Step 3: Theft by Deception and Fraudulent Conveyance:

THEFT BY DECEPTION:

• “FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT… The hiding or suppression of a material fact or circumstance which the party is legally or morally bound to disclose…”.

• “The test of whether failure to disclose material facts constitutes fraud is the existence of a duty, legal or equitable, arising from the relation of the parties: failure to disclose a material fact with intent to mislead or defraud under such circumstances being equivalent to an actual ‘fraudulent concealment’…”.

• To suspend running of limitations, it means the employment of artifice, planned to prevent inquiry or escape investigation and mislead or hinder acquirement of information disclosing a right of action, and acts relied on must be of an affirmative character and fraudulent…”.

Source: Black, Henry Campbell, M.A., 'Black’s Law Dictionary’, Revised 4th Edition, St Paul: West Publishing Company, 1968, s.v. ‘Fraudulent Concealment’.

FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE:

• “FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE… A conveyance or transfer of property, the object of which is to defraud a creditor, or hinder or delay him, or to put such property beyond his reach…”.

• “Conveyance made with intent to avoid some duty or debt due by or incumbent or person (entity) making transfer…”.

Whether you read this or not, Kayman, I take your response as sincere. My point in presenting a list of some of the laws that have been breached is that it enables a mental picture, otherwise unavailable to regular persons who are not steeped in the history of this corruption. I am of the opinion that people - citizens - having no knowledge of the laws, are simply not able to register what has happened. It is a blurr - to be dismissed as unknowable.

Sometimes naming things makes them "real". Sometimes repeating things makes them memorable. Size matters: The number of laws is striking.

If many people have even just the vague number of laws broken on the top of their mind, a tipping point may be reached. An awareness. Admittedly it is cumulative. Admittedly it is slow. But I believe awareness is growing.

Even a former investment banker friend - long a reflex-defender of TBTF banks - has come around, on his own. The weight of awareness has trumped his prior loyalty to his tribe. I have had a small part in that change of view over time.

Too little too late. Who cares? You play the hand you are dealt.
