Rachel Madow - makes my skin crawl.

Guess even a broken mutant zombie MSM shows the correct time twice a day (at best).\

Gotta wonder what the angle is for MSNBC to be jumping on this now. Maybe TOTUS is planning a grandstand moment that will 'put it all behind us'? Or now that its a 'liberal' issue, the Repulsicant candidates can ignore it?

Now that the horses have left the barn, Obama, the DNC, OWS and MSNBC thru Maddow have decided to strategically take notice of the robo-signing scandal now that the matter has been settled.  Where were they 6 months ago?

Ratigan has been onto this issue for over a year.  He has recently been railing against how the $25 Billion robo-signing settlement with the big 5 banks is really just another bank bailout which will now protect the banks from the very fraud crimes that Maddow has suddenly now discovered.

The 3 establishment repubs are no better either.  The banks own them as well as they remain silent.  A pox on both their houses.

Ron Paul 2012  is the only hope we have for honesty in America.

I agree with the sentiment, but do not place your hope in any one person other than yourself. The federal government has been usurped by tyrannical actors of the international banking houses. Rise up and resist or sit down and die.

That's not even addressing the whole fraud of fractional reserve banking and the whole derivatives scam and falsified statistitcs all slanted to the top %. Title fraud is only the tip of the iceberg. We can only hope that the sheep are finally waking up. Problem is the banksters are way ahead of it. As in executive order 13.

Where in that Option ARM agreement is the clause stating that  'I agree to be financially raped by fraudulent foreclosure'?  If the bank doesn't have the honest paperwork for foreclosure, it doesn't have the honest paperwork to return title to you if you do pay off the mortgage.  If you aren't going to end up with the title, why should you keep paying?

excellent point about them not being able to return title! (cleanly).
