Follow al-Gore's example (its really going to be all right!)

bugs_'s picture

Did you see the news that al-Gore purchased a $9M seaside mansion on the California coast?  Here is a great opportunity for us to look through the fog of his "watermelon" rhetoric and glimpse the heartfelt perceptions of one of our most brilliant politicians!  There is just so much here to dig into.

First lets talk about California real estate.  We all "know" that things are bad and likely to get worse.  We all "know" that the real estate market is softest at the high end.  Yet here is al-Gore plunking down $9M greenbacks on a big California house.  Al-Gore has caught the falling knife here.  Has he marked THE BOTTOM of the California real estate market for us?

Accept that al-Gore (the wise) is bullish on California real estate at heart!

Next we need to consider the issue of ocean front property.  We all have been told that the sea level is going to rise or fall.  We all have been told the climate will become more dangerous particularly along the coastlines. Yet here is al-Gore plunking down $9M greenbacks on an ocean side house.  Now I must concede that the house is on a bluff so that a rising sea level might not be as great a concern.   Still we must reconsider our fear that the coasts will be ravaged.

Accept the stunning implication that al-Gore (the visionary) is a Steady Stater at heart!

Thirdly this doesn't look like a redoubt to me.  It is in a nice area where many cannibals are sure to head when THE END comes.  How are we to reconcile the need for urgent action to save the world with an apparently positive move to purchase an undefendable luxury estate?  He has not purchased an end-of-days fortress but rather a pleasure palace.

Accept that al-Gore (the doomer) must be an optimist at heart!

Lastly consider that this is a purchase in the good old USA.  He didn't purchase a hideaway in Peru and decide to be an expat in a non-extradition foreign land.

Accept that al-Gore (the globalist) is a believer in the future of the USA at heart!

In conclusion remember that modern carpetbaggers ride in their jets and their armored limos and tell us to reduce the footprint of our lives.  At heart they aren't worried about the planet and maybe neither should you.  Don't let them con you into having planet sized worries.  Focus on your own worries but try to be more optimistic at heart like al-Gore!  This was fun wasn't it?

Thanks ZeroHedge!

What do we do differently?

1. Investigate the Bretton Woods III agreement and find out how the new monetary system implemented in 2019 will effect the Uniform Commercial Code.

2. Study USC Title 26 and the CFR. Discharge all debt and taxes by writing on pieces of paper. Manage our own commercial affairs by filing a UCC 1 Financing Statement and rescind all adhesion contracts. Perfect our contracts.

3. Read the Federal Reserve Act, the Federal Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934. Redeem the private credit currency for lawful money. Manage the deficit by not using the private credit money.

4. Restore common law right to travel, allodial rights to private property, get a refund for the 100% tax placed on our wages.

5. Get a job in the legal profession. There is no shortage of jobs for the high priests of government bureacracy. Infiltrate and take over.

6. The most influential move we can promote is to stop filing birth certificates. Starve the beast.

7. Teach our children a lesson in the real history of the United States. The Constitution is a bankruptcy proceeding against the Articles of Confederation. It limits the powers of government and doesn't and never was intended to protect the people.

8. Take stock of where we are in history and promote individual survival and family and community cooperation. Strong families and communities are hard to beat. Promote local scripts (Ithaca Hours & Berkeshares) and barter systems.

9. Promote local sufficiency in manufacturing, food, and energy.

10. Convert each house to second generation sustainability. No more centralized services. Each house is an integrated system for water capture, purification, and recycling, energy capture and off-grid regulation, composting effluent replacing centralized sewer, and growing individual food cultures.

I am always surprised by the partisan potshots taken in this day and age based on party affliations. And that too times when no matter who is in power the guy on Main Street gets screwed while corporate America laughts its way the bank (that was bailed out by the taxpayers).

C'mon people! The OBVIOUS interpretation of Gore's purchase is this:

To Al Gore $9M is chump change.

That is all. Move along citizen. Nothing to see here.

As much as I despised baby Bush and heartless Cheney I soon realized that if Gore had won not only would we have had to put up with the only woman in America more annoying than Laura Bush, namely Tipper, but that in all probability Joe Leiberman would have wound up as president. So once again I thank whatever gods there may be for small favors to humankind.

Comon, this is crap. Bore has marked THE BOTTOM for us? Why the immediate kneejerk and assumption that he's buying for speculative purposes? Maybe he simply wants to live there.

Albert jr is a mentally unhinged lard ass but observe his ways, he embodies everything you are up against. He moves with impunity, travels by jet, his "carbon footprint" is as big as Rhode Island. Your enemy has no remorse. This is THEIR planet and YOU are a parasite and will be dealt with accordingly when there is no more to shear.

Don't doubt the intentions of a group of madmen, your worst belief about their evil intentions will fall short of what they are capable, willing and waiting to do to you and your family.

A true free man in his thoughts has to by his very nature decided what he must do, afterall, "it is our duty" to quote an old piece of parchment.

I have to say that the TRUTH IS FAR STRANGER THEN FICTION. ChemTrails, UFO's YETTI, the abominable snowman, LGM, time warps, devils, demons, lavamen, fucking applegate drink the fucking koolaid to get on the mothership behind the comet, Pink Slime, White Slavery, Canabalstic Humanoid Underground Dweller ( CHUD - a B-movie from the 80's that really sucked) zombies, really huge bankers that countol everyones life, the gubment coming to take our: guns, silver, gold women, etc...)

and now the truth - SHIT HAPPENS! Some people have some really bad luck.

I had this old vietnam vet Platoon SGT - lost one of his lungs thanks to the NVA somehwere in in the Highlands, his name was GySgt Radcliff - a wholesomely BADASS - he said that in this world there are WINNERS and LOSERS. Winners win becuase they have good luck (good luck meant in his book, opportunity that meets preparation - being prepared!!!). Losers lose, becuase they haven't steeled their minds to be winners.

That old man is long gone, died of a broken heart with in 4 years of leaving the beloved Marine Corps - but let me tell you this, his legacy of leading from the front, being brillian in the basics - well that legacy is carried on.

This guy liked Major Gene Duncan - Major Duncan wrote a series of books called: Green Side Out, Brown Side Out, Run in Circles, Scream and Shout. 4 Books - suggested reading.

if after eight years of bush you can still knock gore, bless you. 9m won't buy you that much in california by the way. i think the current governors house was listed at around 5M, and when meg ran, her house was worth a lot more. of course global warming is real but the morons have to argue over the cause when cutting emissions (mostly from China to ruin our economy) would do some good. i mean gore had a massage and he wanted a happy ending, bush screwed a whole country in the ME and he wanted the same thing? simple math, no bush, no 911, no economic crash, no police state, no vampire squid. it all flows from the same source, hey dick cheney has a new heart, want to talk about that?

speaking of alternate media consciousness, Tarpley didn't write an Unauthorized Bio of Al Gore Sr. you should read that. and you should consider that the Manchurian Presidency didn't end with Bush. we're not frying partisan fish here, we're after the pink slimy truth, and bashing poor Al is just an MSM style diversion. Gore really has no problem other than being the kind of person you used to find in America, a few decades ago, and for that people hate him I guess. He inspires ridicule, when the GOP caught him taking money from Buddhists (talk about corruption, what did those monks want? world peace?) he's not wrong about Global Warming, he just isn't the right messenger. that's too bad America is programmed by the media to elect attractive men like Santorum or Romney, and to ignore men like Ron Paul.  poor Al never became a household word, while Bush dithered and 9/11 happened. the whole world changed because the pink slime America mindset preferred an image which by the way was completely opposite of how the man governed (as a globalist dictator). everyone here needs to take a deep breath and remind themselves what's really important.

Since Al Gore, like Paul Krugman and Ben Bernanke, almost always get it wrong, I think that we can assume with a high degree of certainty that the California Real Estate market has not yet bottomed out. However, this would assume that he has bought it as an investment property.
