shouldn't you be on the Golden Dawn thread?
"trust me i'm lying." right up there with your "Golden Dawn" i might add...
How embarassing. The whole inflated scrotum thing.
You're beginning to scare me Banzai7.
And not just a little. :)
(Luckily you have this outlet to work off/through those crazy thoughts.)
Well, if you look at the Face Moonies they can be readily compared to Moolaram worshippers. This is what I have been thinking the last three days reading and listening to the horseshit.
One of these days, a face on the star trek doomsday machine will be appropriate !!!
The Federal Reserve ripping the heart out of the economy. Nice.
Time to dust off my CD collection of "The Twilight Zone" and do some research.
"Reality" really does appear to be stranger than fiction.
Hey CD, Its DVD collection. Man oh man you are showing your age. Just pull out your 8 track tape collection of Fleetwood Mac and chill. I've got the Beatles White Album playing in the background and everything is AOK.
The good old days. I actually owned this little gem. And we called it a compact disc or CD. :>)
The video format died along with the Sony BetaMax.
In my official capacity as an official capacity person (human type) I must officially protest the inclusion of anything Popular Science.
Popular Science, along with other publications, is owned by the vile Bonnier family of Sweden, where a number of individuals in pursuit of the unlawful extradition of Wikileaks' Julian Assange have, or are, working.
Anna Ardin, the older woman who convinced the younger one to accompany her to the Swedish police to "ask questions" concerning Assange, the case never being pursued originally for lack of evidence, worked for publications owned by the Bonnier family.
Both the attorneys now representing her, Claes Borgstrom, and Thomas Bodström, are connected to the Bonnier family: both of Borgstrom's sisters work for them, and Bodström is published through their company. (Bodström writes 10th-rate novels similar to what unfolded in the Wikileaks' Assange debacle.)
Others connected to this horribly sorded affair are also connected to the Bonnier family, which is indebted the Sweden's major military complex-related super-rich family, the Wallenbergs.
This ends my official capacity rant. Thank you.
The Omaha Orangutan holds a lot of Coca-Cola shares. Will you drink it?
But they look so wholesome! And the size of that disk!
and while we are at it, screw popular mechanics as well. http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/august2006/100806popularmechanics.h...
Cognitive Dissonance
You know what killed Betamax?
Porn chose vhs as the standard. Beta had better quality video.
Porn is the driver a lot of technology. I've seen the argument that it drove the earliest cameras to become popular.
good ol days CD
Laser Discs!! We had one from Pioneer. Very cool!! Still have the Chinatown disc with Gene Hackman.
Memory Lane...
I'm watching Deep Deficit on mine right now.
Don't get me started on how the ME Industry rakes it in every time there is a format change.

"Don't get me started on how the ME Industry rakes it in every time there is a format change."
And that's why they hate digital formats. Can't make a huge profit from mp4 which can play on just about anything.
I went all digital years ago. Back everything up on ever larger external hdd's.
I do keep running out of room though.
Skipped Bluray totally.
( For a long time I would order dvd's directly from HK. Asian cinema was still producing excellent quality films and before 911 you never had to worry about slow or missed delivery.)
If I am not mistaken the gentleman in the picture appears to be Mitt Romney, if so who is that worman?

I've said it before. I will say it now and many times again.
Man, you crack me up.
Maybe I should shorten it to YCMU or something so i dont get carpal tunnel.
The Zynga ate my baby.
I don't even know what Zynga is other than some stock everybody talks about. I'm off to see what it is for reals
I remember seeing that when it came out.
Besides being disappointed by the shitty script (compared with Raiders, which was pure genius), I was astounded it was PG... actually showing some innocent guy being burnt alive? Nice thing to have your kids be exposed to.
But as a metaphor for what central bankers do to economies? Now that's genuis too, WB!
Ron Paul (as Indiana Jones) to Molaram: "You've betrayed shiva"

I loved that movie growing up. The whole series.
If the historic premise of Indiana Jones interests you, read about Roy Chapman Andrews.
What a doldrum week...Until now.
I like Indian Jones, and I am off to read Roy Chapman Andrews.
Thanks for sharing, WB.
