Call me thick, but I don't get the point of this clip - unless it's to run down black folks maybe?

Granted I'm an Australian of English origin and so a lot of US humour goes over my head, but please explain anything more to this clip than is just amusing animation, like Daffy Duck, Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, etc., all of which I loved as a kid.

Interesting to note the comments in YouTube about people having seen this clip in Peter Sellars' "Being There" - a portrayal of child-like innocence in a superficially adult man.

In any case: what does your link have to do with ViVa AFRika?
