Natural born Citizens are born of US Citizen parents in the USA. Obama Sr. was "an improper ascendant" ("improper ancestor"-- see Federalist 68), and was never a US Citizen, thus Obama 2 can never be a natural born Citizen, eligible to be President. Do you think it's a coincidence that McCain was not eligible either? or that other ineligible POTUS cabdidates are waiting in the wings (Rubio, Jindal, Santorum)?
