That German is so bad it makes my ears hurt and eyes tear (I am not German but speak the lingo reasonably well).It is actually a high-context language 'beautiful when spoken by educated men.
However why don't you and william7 take a look into the Katzenjammer Kids.
You could make a fun modern version of that comic strip.
The weird Katzenjammer (squeal of cats - in German) lingo was supposedly inspired by what was spoken by German immigrants in Northeastern U.S. turn of the century.
It would be more reflective of what an ordinary Scherman ECB crat thinks passes for english.

Another aspect of this situation that is being white washed by the MSM is the substantial anti-Euro sentiment that has built up in Germany. It is not a cohesive movement because it is spread over the entire political spectrum. But it will create a big problem for Merkel.
