I just wonder though what the Goldman sachs CIA connection is. Operatives in finance do thing we dont understand and they have a clear picture of the movement with the money. Its almost like bernanke or someone else high up say a list of names and money and decided to "close" their accounts. Privelaged info. It think this happened in Cypruss as well. Its like thier plucking accounts that they think are laundered money. 1's and 0's just become all zero's. Sorry your not in the club.

Mr. Corzine did not violate his fiduciary duty because he and his cronies had the law changed to allow him to legally pledge and then steal the segregated accounts of MF Global clients.

One might argue that each of the so called lawmakers and each of the lobbyists and associates involved in creating the law are accessories to the theft of client segregated funds. JP Morgan would obviously be an accompliss in the theft. The extent of the crime is far tuo large to prosecute, especially since the so called lawmakers and elitists parasites believe that they can create and use illegal laws and can never be prosecuted because the criminal elitist mafia controls everything.

Mon, 04/08/2013 - 11:32 | Link to Comment mummster
mummster's picture are one of the few that understand that what Corzine did was within the law due to their lobbying to have the rules changed and then to be able to pledge client funds so they could take on additional risk and yield a greater return on equity. I think he was in turn set up by the squid and others knowing they could squeeze him and blow the whole trade up. In the end, MFG's position resulted in PROFITS but not to them. Look into who bought their under 2 yr maturity of Spanish and Italian debt and then MFG's seat on the London Metals Exchange for peanuts when everything was being liquidated. We all know the saying "what goes around comes around" but I just haven't seen it so far with this group of banksters.

  • Corzine was CEO of MF Global.
  • Corzine was placing the disastrous trades himself.
  • The customer accounts were segregated. Not to be used by MF Global for prop trading.
  • All of the $2.5B of customer segregated funds are gone.

whatever "the lack of action" in prosecuting MF Global the result is clear: "loss of confidence." Rome had no "fiduciary duty to their customers" but certainly these folks did...and so when a Judge doesn't prosecute in effect "he's starving the beast" as it were since people start looking at that hole in the ground and think "that's safer than even a bank." to me there's never been a better time to be a GOOD banker than right now. And how to crash the system "for real" you ask? The day Citigroup offers 4% interest on deposits is the day the whole thing blows up. Needless to say "the Government will not allow this"...will it happen anyways? I say "stay tuned."
