Boston Terror Narrative Starts Falling Apart

George Washington's picture

We have no idea whether or not the Chechen brothers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were the Boston terrorists.

But several parts of the official narrative are already falling apart.

Initially, the claim that they robbed a 7-11 is totally false. USA Today reported on April 19th:

There was a 7-Eleven robbery in Cambridge last night, but it had nothing to do with the Boston Marathon bombing suspects.

Margaret Chabris, the director of corporate communication at 7- Eleven, says the surveillance video of the crime was not taken at a 7-Eleven and that the suspect that did rob the 7-Eleven does not look like Tamerlan or Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

"The suspect in the photos for that particular 7-Eleven robbery looks nothing like the suspects," Chabris says. "The police or someone made a mistake. Someone was confused."

***

At an earlier press conference morning, when [State Police Superintendent Timothy Alban] described the manhunt and standoff that resulted in the death of an MIT police officer, he also said that the two brothers robbed a 7-Eleven.

Moreover, the FBI initially denied ever having spoken with either of the brothers.  But CBS news notes:

The FBI admitted Friday they interviewed the now-deceased Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev two years ago and failed to find any incriminating information about him.

Other oddities include the following:

Again, they might be guilty.  But as Glenn Greenwald notes:

The overarching principle here should be that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is entitled to a presumption of innocence until he is actually proven guilty. As so many cases have proven - from accused (but exonerated) anthrax attacker Stephen Hatfill to accused (but exonerated) Atlanta Olympic bomber Richard Jewell to dozens if not hundreds of Guantanamo detainees accused of being the "worst of the worst" but who were guilty of nothing - people who appear to be guilty based on government accusations and trials-by-media are often completely innocent. Media-presented evidence is no substitute for due process and an adversarial trial.

Indeed, the FBI said it was sure that Bruce Ivins was the anthrax killer (after falsely accusing 2 other people of being the culprits).

However, the National Academy of Science found that the FBI failed to prove its case.

Note: Media said that the door-to-door searches conducted in Watertown were voluntary.  However - whether or not you agree with the need to do so - the searches were not always exactly voluntary.

I assume your talking about the 8-year-old kid blown to pieces at the Boston Marathon - or the 20 year with both his legs blown off beneath the knee - right?

I saw pictures, videos that demonstrate it was all staged.

I'm wondering, seriously, if there was people actually injured.

I've tourned cartesian about anything that comes from US gvt, US agencies.

I've been following the entire "process of barbarization", including hollywood movies that justify torture.

Anyway civilized people don't massacre "suspects".

I failed to mention that from the hundreds of video's that people took at the scene, it looked like the spec-ops type people, and there were many, many of them, were having some sort of a back-pack convention, all having the same exact one as the one that exploded.

I've looked at the film and picture images and I don't see the backpack on the suspect number 2. He even admitted he was the guy to the car jack victim. Also, I will add I don't see a backpack on the Craft guy either and this needs to be investigated.

I certainly don't trust Obama and his administration's foreign policy. I believe this all is tied in with Benghazi, the Muslim Brotherhood, and the  pro Syrian rebel (Al-Queda) connections in the WH. You might recall the Syrian rebels have stated they would take Americas help in Syria. Once the Syrian government is overthrown then they would turn to fight the US and Israel. Al-Queda is not our friend and it's proven over and over again.

What ever happened to the carjacked victim? Did they ever announce his name? Has he been interviewed by anyone in the press? This guy seems to have been flushed down the memory hole.

There's a logical explanation. The two kids stoled back packs from 2 Navy Seals, put the bombs in the stolen backpacks and then blew up the bombs and walked away with their own backpacks. They were aided by Ron Paul supporter right wing extremists who were setting up the government to look like a false flag operation. I'm pretty sure that's what happened. Our government would never lie to us about something like this. We all know that there are thousands of domestic terrorists within the Ron Paul patriot group. The FBI and TSA know this. They train their agents about this. If we could just get rid of the Ron Paul terrorist menace, we could free up thousands of agents to go investigate bank fraud.

But none of that is being covered by the media and we all know that the media is interested only in the truth.   For example, I recall quite clearly that they correctly reported with high confidence that Saddam had WMDs, not to mention that the 9/11 hijackers were connected to Saddam.   How I miss the first days of Shock and Awe and the endless graphics showing us the cool planes we were using to kill the terrorists who took down the towers.

obviously i'll believe the State and Local officials before i believe the FBI and the Attorney General. Everyone in Boston knows the reputation of the FBI in Boston: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitey_Bulger the FBI first denying they knew these two clowns when without a doubt once the picture came out they knew exactly who they were is not good. having said that the Bureau could be getting set up by the Russians too, let alone the terrorist types...go ahead and ask them about these guys...i'm sure you'll get one hell of a story from them as well. did the brothers not even do it? that slab of spaghetti will have a hard time sticking to the wall methinks. if Junior has admitted to the crime...then "covered mom and his brother's wife's tracks" by claiming "they just came up with the idea" sure is a head scratcher to me. Junior just became a US Citizen last September. the term "that was quick change of heart" comes to mind. unlike war ("truth is the first casualty") this type of stuff is to me where "playing the bullshitski card" really doesn't work (if it is being played of course.) if i were the Administration i would not be using the "WMD Crock Pot Charge" to cover up for what is viewed as incompetence "at their level." this is ESPECIALLY true if it is true. not an expert but "keeping the trust level between top cop and local police force" seems the very essence of fighting this as a "criminal matter." again however...i'm no expert and if the pro's believe "it's a story line that matters to the public the most" then storyline it is.

GW, ya gotta stop with your anal-cranial inversion.  There was never any report, other than AP, since 0400 on the day, that the two assholes, "speedbump" and No. 2, hit the 7-11, they might have been buying non-halal slim-jimz, though.

That morning, the store camera video was released and no one around here, at least those without their heads firmly up their asses, was making the claim that you are making a week later.

And AP, well, they were mostly behind the curve in real-time and in follow-up, still are, and you are echoing their shit.

and until his death in 2001 continued to work on behalf of various sionazi-controlled falseflag Merikan "intelligence" agencies to further the PNAC inspired plan to create a new war pitting east against west.

What's your point?????????????????????????

sometimes there's more than one "bad guy." Just because people hate us, and despite any validity for their reasons, doesn't mean the "bad guys" who "run this place" wouldn't kill a citizen, a group of them, a business, a group of them, or any other thing or sporting event if it served their purpose or, more likely, their masters. We talk about that every day and so does Nmewn. Nmewn is right when he says there's a lot of "bad guys" out there trying to hurt us. But his debaters are right too. Like any "great" empire, we "create" a lot people who hate us, intentionally and unintentionally and we (or shoud I say they) use them constantly to forward our (or should I say their) hypocritical, un-democratic, and murderous goals. This is just human history as "black" as that is.

CD and many others remind us that we should not trust a single thing our government (or its media outlets) tell us. This is always a constant but, like history, some moments in time are hotter than others. This is one and it has everything to do with resource.  No one is a winner here. No one is innocent.

"Nmewn is right when he says there's a lot of "bad guys" out there trying to hurt us. But his debaters are right too."

I appreciate the vote of confidence Davey. Its not that I don't think they are capable (they are) its that I require a little more than mere speculation and an incompetent media being proven wrong on a few things to prove some devious plot.

And I tend to agree with Chindit below...the place is being overrun with conspiracy theorists. Not everything is a conspiracy or some larger entity pulling the strings on events.

Sometimes people do really evil things without any provocation at all and/or pick the wrong targets and/or just lash out because they're pissed. None of these bombing victims did anything to deserve this just as the children, parents and teachers of Beslan, Chechnya (the school) did nothing to their attackers.

Some peoples minds, just ain't right.

In 2013, the Fallen Soldiers and Victims of Terrorism Remembrance Day was characterized by a racist act of Lieutenant General Benny Gantz, the IDF Commander, who refused to put an Israeli little flag on the grave of the last IDF soldier buried in Mount Hertzl Military Cemetery, in Jerusalem. Not saying I'm buying the 'official narrative' (whatever that means), but I wouldn't expect the FBI to tip their hand prior to trial.

Especially if there are other leads to follow up.

"FBI to tip their hand prior to trail"

We've gone way, way, beyond them worrying about tipping their hand in any legal sense. Look at what they're doing to create the trial. It's in a recent N.Y. Times article of them creating the terrorist events.

They have created more "Terrorist" events, through pressure, negotiating plea deals, and every other bribe or nasty exchange that anyone or group gets offered in order to keep "The War On Terror" in the top of the mind awareness category. These artificially generated events, ones that would not happen except for their resources, instigating, and dedication to their task (create terrorists if none exist) are what matters in keeping this "meme" alive and sucking the funds out of everyone, and into their coffers.

The recent report on fusion centers says there are virtually no domestic terrorists.

So why, when the system for fairness and constitutional principals have gone to the wayside, would this "tip their hand" be of such importance?
