Boston Bombers On Terrorist Watch Lists … Russia Contacted U.S. MULTIPLE TIMES Regarding Bombers
The Boston Globe reports:
Russian authorities alerted the US government not once but ``multiple’’ times over their concerns about Tamerlan Tsarnaev -- including a second time nearly a year after he was first interviewed by FBI agents in Boston -- raising new questions about whether the FBI should have focused more attention on the suspected Boston Marathon bomber, according to US senators briefed on the probe Tuesday.
***
In a closed briefing on Tuesday, members of the Senate Intelligence Committee learned that Russia alerted the United States about Tsarnaev in ``multiple contacts’’ -- including ``at least once since October 2011,’’ said Richard Burr, a Republican of North Carolina, speaking with reporters afterward.
Senators said the briefing also revealed failures among federal agencies to share vital information about Tsarnaev, indicating, they said, that the US government still has not established a strong system to ``connect the dots’’ about would-be terrorists residing in America more than a decade after 9/11.
Similarly, foreign governments repeatedly warned the U.S. before 9/11. The chair of the 9/11 Commission said that the attack was preventable. It is thoroughly-documented that an attack such as 9/11 was entirely foreseeable. Specifically, Al Qaeda flying planes into the World Trade Center and Pentagon was something which American military and intelligence services – and our allies – knew could happen.
Several key employees for the defense department say that the government covered up their testimony about tracking lead hijacker Mohammed Atta before 9/11.
Reuters notes:
The name of one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was listed on the U.S. government's highly classified central database of people it views as potential terrorists.
***
Another list, the Terrorist Screening Database, is a declassified version of the highly classified TIDE with fewer details about terrorist suspects. One source said Tsarnaev was on this list, too.
After being put in the TIDE system, his name was entered in another database, this one maintained by the Homeland Security Department's Customs and Border Protection bureau which is used to screen people crossing U.S. land borders and entering at airports or by sea.
Moreover, Senator Saxby Chambliss - who served on the United States House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and chaired the House Intelligence Subcommittee on Terrorism and Homeland Security - told Channel 2 Action News from Atlanta that a law enforcement agency may have had information in advance of the Boston bombings that wasn't properly shared.
"There now appears that may have been some evidence that was obtained by one of the law enforcement agencies that did not get shared in a way that it could have been," Chambliss said.
(Was the evidence the reason why the bomb squad, bomb-sniffing dogs and a "drill" were present at the starting line of the Boston marathon?)
The Bush and Obama administrations implemented hardly any of the recommendations of the 9/11 Commission.
Both the Bush and Obama administrations have slashed funding for programs which would actually help prevent terror attacks.
Why have we lost our rights in the new "post-9/11 world" if the government can't keep us safe?
Trillions of dollars - and thousands of American lives - have been squandered on boondoggles and pork.
What the heck are we doing?

The article has many pictures and info from CNN and other that were removed from Internet and English speaking sites.
Specifically, there are CNN photos of both suspected terrorist brothers still very much alive and unarmed after they were arrested by police.
Also, some of wounded victims were identified as members of American Arm Forces who previously lost their limbs in Afghanistan.
Yet we can't even cut the rate of growth of welfare benefits.
No surprise there, end the welfare state and end the immigration problem
if we ended welfare and immigration, who would vote for democrats???
Throw in mandatory drug testing for anyone receiving tax $$ and it's game over.
Move all welfare recipients to Detroit, game over.
50 million people in one city is too many
Sounds like the perfect number. You just have to run them through a "shower" first.
it'd be easier to move all 10, 000 taxpayers and employers somewhere else.
Incentive to get off welfare.
With the second jpeg photo in Zer0head's post we know now the internal army that Obummer spoke of.
As JOYFUL comments below our state and local police have been militarized and will march on the citizens that they took an oath to defend and protect when ordered by their Federal and DHS masters.
When you dress all in black and walk in line as they are, the armed goons become the equivalent of death squads. They are no longer police officers. The only thing missing was that they weren't goosestepping from house to house like the SS.
I was wondering how long it would take for some civi to be shot because they didn't jump fast enough when orders were barked by the stazi.
well, nyet, tovarich. The Watertown Police force is apparently competent, might be nay good shooters, might be out-gunned, got -dash 1 (speedbump) and apparently -dash 2 (flash-bang) got away, ran his brother over, then eventuated.
Are you talking about the new world order here? 'cuz the playaz' last week were normal cops, the term of art is "community policing". These are the blue (note not black) (OK, light blue, dark blue, but not black) Officers doing their jobs.
Then they went into action, had a firefight, stuff happened, and -dash 2 managed to escape, although he tried to run ovah the W-town cops and invented his Brother into a speed-bump.
- Ned
While I share everyones concern over the militarization of local cops (its a legit gripe), Ned's got it right here. Thats how it went down, local cops...no DHS, no CIA, no FBI, no ICE (I'm seeing a pattern developing here, no Feds...lol) in order take one of these assholes down.
The town I work in got full blown "Personal Defense Weapons" (as government employees call them) when their common everyday activity is preying on hapless tourists passing through and hiding behind trees in school zones.
The two amatuer Chechens would have smoked them before they got to their trunk.
After imposing a city-wide lockdown martial-law equivalent and somehow failing to find the kid for half a day in an area of a few miles. Gee I sure feel safe with them around.
PS: calling suspects "assholes" reveals your bias, congratulations, the propaganda has worked, you have decided someone's character based on how they act when being chased by armed gunmen known euphemistically as law-enforcement officers. Oh I forgot, nothing to hide, nothing to fear, isn't that right?
From what I understand, the two brothers were at home and since the FBI knew of them, had been following them, they were on the watch list, and had been interacting with them for from 3 to 5 years, they simply could go to their houses and find them there. That was until the mother got a threatening phone call that the kids were in trouble and being perused by authorities (with bad intentions) which was relayed to the kids and caused them to bolt.
This is at the same time the FBI was asking the general population for help in identifying them. Like they had NO clue and had never heard of them or seen their photo's.
If I have a bias, it is toward those who murder the innocent. That would be, these two assholes.
Unless, of course, you can provide a reasonable explaination as to why they were carjacking some chinese cat and throwing homemade grenades around a Watertown Mass. intersection.
The chinese guy is as real as you & me, so are the other victims.
I'm thinking the guys responsible for the itchy trigger fingers in the 'arrest' of Suspect 1 (Hey i'm naked now I'm under an SUV?! ) and Suspect 2 (Well, why would I need an emergency tracheotomy? )
probably weren't local cops...

CBS would report that the FBI would initially deny having any prior contact with the suspects. In their report, "CBS News: FBI Interviewed Tamerlan Tsarnaev 2 Years Ago," CBS claimed:
The FBI would then be forced to concede that indeed it had interviewed the suspects, in 2011, two years before the Boston bombings.
Saving the Ship - Establishment Using "Double Agents," "Islamophobia" to "Seal Off" Compromised Operation
Already the establishment, like a ship striking an iceberg and taking on water, is racing around to compartmentalize and seal off each agency and political faction involved to keep the rest of the establishment afloat. The FBI's attempt to feign ignorance has failed, and it appears that at least Israeli sources are trying to prepare ahead of time for revelations that may indeed reveal the suspects were working directly for the FBI.
Its already been revealed they were wards of the state. They accepted welfare.

Tamerlan also said he was angry because he thought Islam was being portrayed as violent.
"Elmirza Khozhugov, 26, the ex-husband of Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s younger sister, Ailina, said that Tamerlan Tsarnaev had been enamored of conspiracy theories, and that he was also concerned by the wars in the Middle East.
“He was looking for connections between the wars in the Middle East and oppression of Muslim population around the globe,” Mr. Khozhugov said in an e-mail. “It was very hard to argue with him on themes somehow connected to religion. On the other hand, he did not hate Christians. He respected their faith. Never said anything bad about other religions. But he was angry that the world pictures Islam as a violent religion.”

So of course (in his mind) the thing to do was, kill innocent people to prove that wasn't true.
Makes all the sense in the world.
Yet you believe it. Good job. Now go back to apologizing for the militarization of police, who are themselves the militarized form of peace officers, sheriffs, etc.
"So of course (in his mind) the thing to do was, kill innocent people to prove that wasn't true."
Dude is dead so his innocence or guilt with regards to his actions or motivations have only been proven in the blood-thirsty circus of public opinion manipulated by a shoddy MSM flogging a story so full of holes it makes a screen door look like vapor seal.
But he was on welfare so in a way, he also has a lot in common with those who will be the beneficiaries of the monetary largesse that will flow from the Federal Reserve (via the taxpayers/indentured serfs):
the MIC, state and private security apparatus as corporate welfare in response to this terror attack, as the police state is expanded.
Funny how much they have in common...right down to the same paymasters...
Thanks for the heads up though on what to expect as the push narrative from the Neocons at Fox and the Weekly Standard:
Islamophobia and Class Warfare
...both products of Bankster crime and division. Lets call it a Twofare
There is a little more to it than MSM force feeding, something simpler, closer to home. Behold the grieving, completely rational & objective...mother.

That was CNN. Do you have a reliable source?
Even the Brit journalist/intel op at the end of the clip looked uncomfortable with that material.
EDIT: My bad. The phone source clearly had caller ID...lol
SECOND EDIT: For proper context, this is the same MSM that brought you (or actually didn't bring you) Building 7
THIRD EDIT: I know, I know, you salted your comment with conspiracy theory and I had to bite, particularly by adding Building 7 but you see newn, it's not my achilles heel,
it's yours ;-)
Can't have it both ways?
Whatever will GW do for material ;-)
I only see it one way and that way stinks.
well, maybe amateur, maybe more. And more coming out about the family/families.
But the W-town chief was rather coherent on Monday:

and all y'all can hear the full thingiez at:

{I'm a' bettin' that GW won't visit this site, nor this sound, 'cuz it fucks up his pre-determined premise.}
{{I am willing to be entirely wrong and incorrect with the above bet}}
{{{then I will be willing to fulfill a bet of GW's choosing at his time and place}}}
{{{{as long as I am accompanied by e.g. nmewn or someone of his quality}}}}
If it doesn't have some sort of salacious conspiracy theory involving the US government providing "force protection" for heroin production and phantom oil pipelines to nowhere, at the behest of islamic producers & growers overseen by the Koch brothers, offloaded by Bangladeshi thirteen year olds, being whipped bloody by joooish bankers its not gonna get much traction.
Unless of course you include the fact that the reptillian, shape shifting, Tamerlan Tsarnaev called his wife a slut and a whore and went to a mosque where they taught the proper way to "discipline" a wife without leaving any marks.
Boy, then you get the American chicks & snake lovers involved and all hell breaks loose ;-)
nmewn, you're not suggesting that criminal elements haven't taken over most of the big economic chess pieces (and their corrupt government counterparts) are you? Thought we talk about that every day. I've never seen a phantom so well documented:
The roots of this project lie in the involvement of international oil companies in Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan beginning of 1990s. As Russia, who controlled all export pipelines of these countries, consistently refusing to allow the use of its pipeline network, these companies needed an independent export route avoiding both Iran and Russia. The original project started on 15 March 1995 when an inaugural memorandum of understanding between the governments of Turkmenistan and Pakistan for a pipeline project was signed. This project was promoted by Argentinian company Bridas Corporation. The U.S. company Unocal, in conjunction with the Saudi oil company Delta, promoted alternative project without Bridas' involvement. On 21 October 1995, these two companies signed a separate agreement with Turkmenistan's president Saparmurat Niyazov. In August 1996, the Central Asia Gas Pipeline, Ltd. (CentGas) consortium for construction of a pipeline, led by Unocal, was formed. On 27 October 1997, CentGas was incorporated in formal signing ceremonies in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, by several international oil companies along with the Government of Turkmenistan.Since the pipeline was to pass through Afghanistan, it was necessary to work with the Taliban. The U.S. ambassador to Pakistan, Robert Oakley, moved into CentGas in 1997. In January 1998, the Taliban, selecting CentGas over Argentinian competitor Bridas Corporation, signed an agreement that allowed the proposed project to proceed. In June 1998, Russian Gazprom relinquished its 10% stake in the project. On 7 August 1998, American embassies in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam were bombed under the direction of Osama bin Laden, and all pipeline negotiations halted, as the Taliban's leader, Mullah Mohammad Omar, announced that Osama bin Laden had the Taliban's support. Unocal withdrew from the consortium on 8 December 1998, and soon after closed its offices in Afghanistan and Pakistan
You're not suggesting energy is inconsequential?
That drug thing is interesting too. You know that place supplies 90+ percent of europe (and a lot of the world's) heroin and you also know that the "Taliban" were cutting off production substantially. Funny thing happened on the way to the "democratic forum" after we got in - production went back up over 100%. Again, as the "legitimate" world economy merges with the "criminal," this isn't such an amazing consequence.

One minute, approximately. Of course, they won't shoot you dead right now, that's outside of the status quo - you'll just get tazed today. That gun's always pointing at you though.
We need to get over this "Wait until a crime is committed", attitude before we jail someone......
oh, wait, they're doing that now, huh ?
In Russia, crime against state is detect before even think.
Barack "Hussein" Obama would be happy to implement Russian-style government in America IMHO.
BTW, there's more videos of possible government foreknowledge:
http://thespiritoftruth.blogspot.com/2013/04/was-there-government-forekn...
he is happy to follow in his predecessor's footsteps:
It’s especially remarkable that a nation with fairly deep traditions of free thought and speech, with durable institutions for purveying them (a free press), should sleepwalk into a captivity of pervasive, systematic, institutionalized lying and fraud. The people of Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia suffered under such regimes at gunpoint, with boots on their necks, but in the USA of Bush and now Obama, we have conveyed ourselves to very similar circumstances willingly, like little children skipping through the gates of Disney World, with gleeful disregard for the consequences.
