The Banksta Internationale

WilliamBanzai7

Arise ye fellow swindlers from ye golden slumbers

Arise ye take ye what ye want

For reason in revolt now thunders

And at last starts the age of: “Yes we can”.

Away with all your trading superstitions

Fellow swindlers and Ponzi artists arise, arise

We'll change henceforth the old fiduciary traditions

And spurn our sacred client trust to steal the Ponzi prize.

So Banksta comrades, come rally

And the last great feast let us face

The Banksta Internationale unites the Banksta race!

So Banksta comrades, come rally

And the last great feast let us face

The Banksta Internationale unites the Banksta race!

No more distracted by legal infractions

As crony tyrants we'll make more

Those prosecutor fools will take no action

They love us banks and dig that porn

And if those precious metal cannibals keep trying

To sacrifice us with their gold and silver vise

They soon shall hear the bailout bullets flying

Well shit, the Police and Pols are all on our side.

So Banksta comrades, come rally

And the last great feast let us face

The Banksta Internationale unites the Banksta race!

So Banksta comrades, come rally
And the last great feast let us face

The Banksta Internationale unites the Banksta race!

Lord Croesus from on high delivers

All faith have we in the Prince of Disappear

Our own right to scam the money givers
Gains of sacred greed and fear

We the thieves will never disgorge our booty

And give it back to the unhappier lot.

Each at the rogues forge must do their duty

And we'll strike while the Ponzi iron's hot.

So Banksta comrades, come rally

And the last great feast let us face

The Banksta Internationale unites the Banksta race!

So Banksta comrades, come rally

And the last great feast let us face

The Banksta Internationale unites the Banksta race!

Nice,

but it over-villifies present day actors. This is the end stage of a process of cyclical forgetting. This equation was cyclically forgotten:

aggregate wages - aggregate savings = aggregate demand

The rest is history which is now being written. We have been here before. Without action, the world will erupt again into isms, except this time around nukes have already been invented. Fixes are harder because of 7 billion people today, though there is more technology to go around.

Before action, one needs accurate diagnosis and admission of having been wrong by advocating unrestrained free markets. Managed capitalism won the cold war, not wild capitalism.

The Associated Press

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. —

"A St. Petersburg man is accused of misusing the 911 system to request that he wanted ">>>Kool-Aid,<<< burgers and weed to be delivered to him."

The Tampa Bay Times (http://bit.ly/11WSR2U ) reports 34-year-old Jarvis Sutton dialed 911 about 80 times on Sunday.

Police say Sutton admitted to making the calls.

The burgers, Kool-Aid and weed were never delivered. But St. Petersburg police say Sutton started chewing on the foam attached to the metal caging in the back of a police cruiser. (lol)

Sutton remained in the Pinellas County Jail early Wednesday."

Earth to fatman... who exactly is going to perform the accurate diagnosis and admit being wrong? Who are the "we" you refer to? The 1%? The  .01%? The 99%? Who writes the rules, the news and the history? Further this is not simply "unrestrained capital markets" - rather blatant fraud and theft at the very least.

I'm with Banzai on this. If anything, this is under-vilification of the present day actors.

Queue the guillotines already.

Managed capitalism won the cold war, not wild capitalism.

... and this ladies & gents, is where our present troubles are coming from.

Today's "intelectuals" really believe this shit, and try to force it down everybody's throat.

No more free market, or Adam Smith, or (God forbid) "invisible hand".

The only invisible hand accepted nowadays, is the one of the crooks in power picking your pocket.

fatman51 = Mr Micrometer.

Your comments ring true, however socio-economics are like sausage making, not the linear, code based relationships that you present under the magnifying glass.

The "action" you say is required will occur, but it woill be very sloppy and cruel. That is how it has always worked, and despite, or in fact because of, Technology (including nukes) the latest coming transformation will be sloppily epic.

Glad to see Jack Lew is making it on your pallete William.  Alot of people don't realize he is the architect of the "sequester". It was "something so terrible, the republicans and democrats would certainly come together to avoid such a terrible outcome"

Jack Lew was appointed by the president and confirmed by the senate. Timmay Geithner was appointed by the president and confirmed by the senate. Tanks Paulson was appointed by the president and confirmed by the senate.

Sure. But what is critical to see is the passive agressive nature of government. WB7 does it far better than I. My point is that nearly every single IRS cheif in the last 20 years has had very, very serious flaws that should have prevented them from being a bank teller. Much less SEC_TRES. But they put them there anyway to test that the people want the 'tards and limp wristed chicken hawk warlords in charge.

Wed, 05/01/2013 - 15:22 | 3519300 kchrisc
kchrisc's picture

I did not mean to criticize so much as use your comment to make my own.

With that said, I have never seen the term "passive-aggressive" used to describe those of government. Next time a cop pulls you over, remember that his tazer, baton and gun are passive-aggressive weapons and if you don't pay the fine, those of government will come to "passive-aggressively" make you pay. And those of government are also so passive-aggressive about one not paying their property taxes (rent) as well?!

Your comments on the IRS belies the problem most people have with government: you and they believe that it CAN be good but sometimes fails. However, most people and you should be old enough and experienced enough to KNOW that those of government are evil and faith in them is misplaced at best.

Or put another way: those in government are either thieving and murderous thugs and criminals or they are not. No middle ground here.

two interpretations of this, the one here has the [private property] message in front, and the hammer and sickle behind, with girl in the middle of course which is a direct affirmation of the current US economic system, private enterprise up front, bailouts, tarp monies, and a bid under all corporate assets as the supporting ideology. the girl is seductive, representing consumer choice, merchantilism, what have you.

the second version has the hammer and sickle in front and the message [private property] in the background. the girl in the middle suddenly becomes something different, there is private property in communism, it is the autonomous character of labor. [put a sign private property over the woman you have a capital asset to be exploited] in the second version the woman comes off much differently, almost goddess like, purity, social realism, which is never vulgar or profane. just a thought.

Is what I see in that reflection really me?

Or is it just what I want me to see?

Would I see differently from the other side

Looking at me from other eyes?

For seeing not what neither can see?

WB ... I had thought of a satirical anti-Gadsden flag, featuring a sheep and a jack-boot with a caption along the lines of: "Go Ahead, Walk All Over Me" ... but my total lack of artistic talent precluded coming up with an actual rendering. I'd love to see one, but of course let your muse be your guide as always.
