No, there was a new building going up on the corner of 43rd and Sixth which you see on the left. The tower is on the other side of Sixth.
I'm pointing the camera North West at a window of the International Center of Photography and the reflection is angled South East towards the ESB.
If you look at the lower part of the reflection, you will see the trees in Bryant Park.
