WASHINGTON BUSINESS JOURNAL 2012--McLean-based Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp.'s proposed eye-popping $1 billion dividend would leverage the company to the hilt, while bringing a likely windfall to its majority owner, District-based private equity giant Carlyle Group LP.
Booz Allen (NYSE: BAH) announced Wednesday that it was exploring a deal to refinance $959 million in debt with new debt totaling up to $1.75 billion. It would use the difference, plus about $260 million in cash on hand, to fund a $1 billion dividend to stockholders.

For what it is worth: Ben Franklin (no saint himself) wanted the american avatar to be a turkey. I've seen them defensively beat huge birds of prey more than once. no sarcasism.

I have immature bald eagles (no white feathers) flying overhead almost every day. They are gorgeous and absolutely rule the skies - even the ospreys back down from them.
I was in a safety course in a location along the river valley. I happened to look up and saw a Bald chasing another hawk or Perigrine. It was a low altitude chase maybe 200 feet above the trees. The Bald never caught the Perigrine and I think it was a Perigrine for what happened when the Bald pooped out. The Perigrine came after the Bald for what seemed like minutes(5) and untill I lost sight of them. The Bald was reallly pooped but when the perigrine came close the Bald flipped upside down with claws up and fended off the not so bagged Perigrine.
Very cool. Both birds are hard wired to dominate and do not back down easily.
My neighbors watched an osprey scoop up a big fish from the lake, struggle to regain a couple of hundred feet of altitude, and begin to head back to it's nest. A mature bald eagle dove full speed from high above. The osprey dropped the fish to defend itself. The bald swooped past, caught the fish in mid air before it hit the water, and flew away. What a show between two powerful birds! I wish I had been there to see it.

i hear you... i only wish that the masses would understand that these symbols mean a lot more than what they think... the language of symbols is an extremely important and powerful tool... the masses are largely ignorant of it, and are easily controlled.

At this point all I can think of when I hear from Bush, Barky, or any of their henchmen, is how much they seem to love crotch-fondling, stalking, and otherwise sniffing up to all the privacies of regular people. Their utter paranoia and the regular sexual assaults they encourage their 'TSA' to engage in, honestly make me think these people are sexually weird.
The Bush/Barky fascination with other people's private lives, especially their bodies, makes me wonder if anyone in their families has any human dignity at all, or even groks the concept.
