I just saw on Max Keiser that you have been served with a take down notice from the NSA. Apparently they claim NSA is copyrighted. Looking for another confirmation.

Did they say that on the show?
Zazzle says they got a notice to take down all merchandise with the NSA logo or the acronym NSA on it. Look at my post Saturday and the results of my research on Sunday.
I did not get any direct notice and their logo is not copyrighted as a matter of law, however, it is apparently trademarked.
I will only say there is a big difference between an item designed to lend the impression that it is an official NSA cap or shirt and a parody T-Shirt that conspicuously says Ministry of State Secrets in German and has a picture of Barack Stalin waving a red flag the says Stasi NSA on it.
Even though there is a doctrine of trademark fair use which applies to parodies, Zazzle does not want to hear about it for commercial reasons.
So this, in effect, is a practical restraint on political expression.
