I was thinking along these lines too. I think they are using it for political dirty tricks, blackmail, whatever, but the real prize is frontrunning without any traceable link. It is the ultimate tool for the elite capitalist, total information awareness on your competitor. I wouldn't be surprised if the high school dropout analysts have not set up their own store fronts, and the dark lords don't care, or can't stop it. I would hate to be the ex of any of these dropouts running the ship. Nothing to see here, keep moving, we are keeping you safe and indentured.
We are going to have to rewrite all the social contracts with this monstrosity. We know the Constitution is dead. The dark lords didn't like that contract. I wonder what else has been demolished by the spooks. Trust in any instution comes to mind.
You know I use that term High School Drop Out as a rhetorical trick since they outed Snowden for being a drop out.
