I have wanted for several months to compare the Bill of Rights to what is really going on in America

I knew it was bad, but this makes it clear how bad. Here is the summary, and in the below links are the full texts of the amendments and the supporting information on how the amendments are being raped.

Summary of the Bill of Rights (Amendments 1 through 10)

Amendment 1, Freedom of Speech,Decimated
Amendment 2, Guns, In process of Being Decimated
Amendment 3, Soldiers in Houses, These are Soldiers "quartered" in private houses, which is not really applicable, however the Boston house invasions by military were surprisingly Orwellian.

Amendment 4, Unreasonable Search and Seizure, Decimated, Stopped and Frisked, NSA Spying

China is moving faster to diversify from US dollar holdings already:

McEwen Mining & TNR Gold: Las Bambas Copper Bidding From China Heats Up

“It is a good choice to invest in mining assets, which is a much better choice than investing in one government’s bonds – especially when this country cannot guarantee to pay even its own employees”

Gu Liangmin, head of copper at Minmetals.

The quote above can be the one of the year and you can spot the trend now. It is getting more interesting by the day: Mining.com reports that now third Chinese company has entered the bidding "Art of War" for "Glencore Xstrata's (LON:GLEN) much-coveted Las Bambas copper mine."   Situation is getting more and more industry attention now and Lumina Copper closed yesterday at 4 month's high of CAD5.72. We are waiting when the market and analysts will pick up this story and translate Los Azules Copper project value for McEwen Mining and TNR Gold.
Update: Lumina Copper has printed CAD6.55 today - we hope to hear some good news from the company soon. http://sufiy.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/mcewen-mining-tnr-gold-las-bambas.html#

No physicist has yet to come up with the math to describe what it’s like to pass through a black hole. But IMO, Pink Floyd has come up with the music to describe what this is like. Here’s Pink Floyd performing “Echoes” at Pompeii 40 years ago:

Thank for the Pink Floyd Tune. It helps me mellow out and write about something I enjoy. Thank you.  I am listening to it now.

But it is not that Physicists have "not come up with the Math to describe what it is like to pass through a Black Hole". It is a Physical Impossibility.

There is a Universal Speed Limit, Light Speed, and to accelerate a mass to that attain that speed will use up an Infinite amount of Energy. As you have the property called Mass it is impossible.

We may see your remains enter, through only an inference, but if you were entering it yourself you would never get there. Time slows down as you approach Light Speed and stops at Light Speed. Furthermore your Mass would become larger and at Light Speed is infinite, without bounds. Since Energy is Mass (Light Speed Squared is also a constant) so if you have infinite Mass then it takes an infinite Energy to move it, an infinite Force to accelerate it.

Relative to you, you never enter. Relative to us we see your body being shredded and only its energy enters.

We can infer that Black Holes exist through observation of images that indicate a presense. General Relativity Theory predicted the existence. Nobody has ever seen a Black Hole. We have observed and photographed recently an accretion disk surrounding a Nothingness. I guess that is as close as we will get as Black Holes do not radiate and Light cannot escape the Event Horizon to let us know of the presence of a Mass.

So we INFER because of what we do not see rather than give a name to that which we do see. Understand?

Saw the movie.  It's a hollywood "experience" movie without real plot.  Probably conceived for the 3D format for thrills and just puts the viewer in the POV of inside the suit. Yes, the beauty of space but the constant danger is all too real.  Of course, after Bullock squeals "What do I do?" half a dozen times, she manages to destroy 6 Billion dollars worth of recovery vehicles, from every nation, getting back to Earth.

NEWS: Bankster Changing Accounting Method --> More Fees But Greater Transparency (lol)

We just found this on Bankster of America's web site:

"We're Making Changes to How Your Transactions Are Posted"

Below you will find additional information on the upcoming changes to your account we recently informed you about.

What exactly will change?

Many of your frequent debit transactions on your checking and savings accounts will now be posted in a different order. This order will affect how your transactions appear in Online Banking and on your monthly statements....

How does the new posting order affect me?

The new posting order won’t affect you if there’s enough available money in your account every day. But if there’s not enough available money, the new posting order may change the number of overdraft fees you incur.

http://promo.bankofamerica.com/postingorder1/

Time to quit the Banks! Now they're changing Accounting I and II to Bankster Accounting I & II.

The Supervisor said they were '...aligning their operations with the financial industry...for more clarity and transparency...' !!!!!!*&#(&#$)@#

most people assume buddhists are nonviolent, they are really moralists. the monks walk with their eyes toward the ground to avoid stepping on another living creature (accidently) they did give aid to the VC during that war. US planes dropped tons of munitions on their way back from the target, indiscriminately. like naplam. everything you do is a deliberate act, in the chaos of war there is no morality. the conventional view of buddhism is just hippie nonsense.

Oppression and protest by self immolation. Neither of the two have disappeared either.

The monk's name was Thich Quang Duc. The event was planned, statements were prepared and journalists were invited in advance.

Students of oppression know that it is counter-productive to use violence. The fact that oppression is occurring in the first place suggests that the oppressor commands greater power, so any use of force by the oppressed will be merely antagonistic rather than victorious. The oppressor will respond with even greater force and claim righteousness in doing so, morally outraged by the "unjustified" attack against them. (This is why terrorists are fools and bullies deliberately poke and poke to provoke a response).

If the oppressed can bring enough force to destroy an oppressor then, all too often as history shows, it's a case of frying pan to fire as the new violent bunch turn out to be even bigger monsters than the previous assholes. Not always the case, but pretty common.

The best way to overcome oppression is by changing minds and the highest bandwidth communication line into the human brain is through the eyes. An effective image does wonders in transmitting a state of mind which is why I think visual combat against Banksters & Co is such a fine idea.

These monks knew the futility of violence and the power of the image so they set about crafting the most powerful image they could think of. Personally, I reject this form of protest as I see killing as the most extreme form of oppression (the dead are oppressed for eternity), and this act was an act of unnecessary and extreme violence against the self. Buddhists, however, believe in reincarnation and that normal daily life is suffering (questing for Nirvana), hence a true believer does not see this act of violence against the self as oppressive in the way that I do.

He sat in one place, accepting his fate, while burning to death as a statement against oppression....now THAT is belief and willpower. I have to respect it even if I don't agree with it.

The object should be to burn/destroy the oppressor along with the evil & misery it brings, not oneself, the victim of it, in one final act of desperation against it.

But hey, what do I know from my ignorant philosophical perspective of the proper way to combat it...lol.

I saw that movie this weekend. Your artwork is much better. The movie was about how Sandra's Buttocks fell to earth. The storyline, what little of it that there was, sucked and seemed like it had been reworked about a thousand times to get it perfectly sterile and free of any spontaneous emotional responses.

It was plastic. But if you take headphones with some classical music and only watch the special effects it is pretty good.
