Hi WB, I survived that roofing adventure I was telling you about. I tried to take some pictures with my shitty old digital camera and I managed a few decent ones. It took a lot longer than expected to do this home economics job. It also COST more than expected but not too badly. I made my first YouTube a slide show. I hesistate to post it here at this time because it would all be out of context if not explained.
I heard about Yellen even out in the woods up on a roof. I need to get caught up. I just thought I would say hi to everyone. I do have a story forthcoming.:-)

OK, here you go. The only context I can give is that I am trying to sell this place. It was my Mom's estate. I am shot tired, sore and quickly running out of cash on this place. It is my deal to sell it since our Mom has passed away. This is a 15K GAF roof.

In reality, There are 40 acres there with a 26 acre lake. Fuck the house. I am not even sure I should have done this roofing project. There is no debt on this place and I actually have the note. No MERS or any of that shit. Now it has a brand new roof and not a shitty three tab either.
I need an offer. Any offer is not out of the question. The roof was done correctly because my business partner is a roofer. Nothing was cheated on. And I sure as fuck am not in love with real estate of any sort.
Wisehiney, I guess I really do not know you and likely you not me. I do not even live at that place. It needs to sell. I am done spending on that place.

I took home economics in middle school. It was a required elective, as I had taken wood shop earlier. I learned to sew. I'm glad I took that class. Nice work Billy - seven... :-)

One of the UK Universities I attended offered heavily subsidised evening / weekend courses in Cookery for those enrolled on Postgraduate courses.
It was cheaper than managing the medical consequences of "catering experiments" that failed.
For us students there was the added potential for meeting Mrs or Mr Right. Didn't happen in my case, but the courses were so good I signed up for the "real" Evening School Catering courses at the local College. Nothing really beats "Chemistry you can take home and have for breakfast / lunch / evening meal"!!

Inflation too low? I live in a "non-affluent" area. I shop at discount grocers. Bread that is hardly worth eating is $2.50/loaf. Anything with nutrition and without preservatives is $4+.
