Of all the "black" motherfuckers, the country has to "elect" this piece of shit.

To the banks, elitists and power-mad cocksuckers.....Ofuckpile is perfect.

To the dumb sheeple - nothing sticks to Ofuckpile.

To the majority of AMERICANS that work and pay taxes....?

By not rising up and taking a fucking FLAMETHROWER to Washington, D.C. they are partly to blame....but their votes haven't mattered for years....the only way out of this is total revolution......

It's all rigged....all of it.

In the end, I hope each and every motherfucker that did this meets their maker in an ugly fashion...

FUCK WASHINGTON

FUCK BOTH PARTIES

FUCK OBAMA

FUCK THE FED

FUCK THE OLIGARCHS

FUCK THE BILDERBOOGERS...

...and FUCK EVERY LAST WANKING BANKER ON THE PLANET!

The American Medical Association has weighed in on Obama’s new health care package. The Allergists were in favour of scratching it, but the Dermatologists advised not to make any rash moves. The Gastroenterologists had sort of a gut feeling about it, but the Neurologists thought the Administration had a lot of nerve. Meanwhile, Obstetricians felt certain everyone was labouring under a misconception, while the Ophthalmologists considered the idea shortsighted.

Pathologists yelled, "Over my dead body!" while the Paediatricians said, "Oh, grow up!" The Psychiatrists thought the whole idea was madness, while the Radiologists could see right through it.

Surgeons decided to wash their hands of the whole thing and the Internists claimed it would indeed be a bitter pill to swallow. The Plastic Surgeons thought that this proposal would "put a whole new face on the matter". The Podiatrists thought it was a step forward, but the Urologists were pissed off at the whole idea.

Anesthesiologists thought the whole idea was a gas, and those lofty Cardiologists didn’t have the heart to say no.

In the end, the Proctologists won out, leaving the entire decision up to the assholes in Washington !!

i love the whole Death Panel meme. mostly because its true, we know its all true, (no its not a government conspiracy, but it could be) and my lousy op of POTUS rests on his ability to turn that truth into a lie. there are no death panels. anyone who would say that needs to be seriously rebuked.

mom had an inhome medicare nurse explain the benefits of NO CPR. even if they save you, you're never the same. so most of the elderly have NO CPR on their medical records, and they can spend their last few minutes without some 200lb fireman jumping on their chest.

and for those us whom CPR could help, or an organ transplant perhaps, we all know how that works, just think of a few druggie rock and roll stars, alcoholic sports announcers, and the Japanese Yakuza, all got their livers from the american medical system. (if you think you might qualify for one of their livers check out their screening process, and then slip a million dollars into the doctors pocket)

the real question is the GOPs version of a obamas government death panel. yes the money you might have saved for a rainy day (stifle laughter here) will be spent on medical premiums you can't use, (perhaps in Mexico where health care costs a lot less and of comparable quality) because you will be bankrupt and a ward of the state. no one is suggesting that being a ward of the mexican state is better, probably not, but if you slip a million pesos into the doctors hand, that might be doable.

and you get to make your own hc decisions, vaya con dios

The sheep out my way aren't believing in Obamacare.  The local paper ran a full page of letters this morning with people talking about how much their health insurance went up and how their old plans are no longer available.  There was only one letter where the guy didn't talk about his rising premiums.  He was instead talking about how Obamacare wasn't about health care, but rather control.  People out here are hurting, and some of that pain is being caused by something that was promised to alleviate that pain.

I have often heard of websites costing tens of thousands of dollars to develop and perhaps occasionally I've heard of websites costing millions.

I don't think I have ever heard of any website costing hundreds of millions. Even if it ran totally smoothly  afterwards .

how can the developers justify charging this kind of money?

Why would a website  cost $300 million?

Tue, 10/22/2013 - 13:33 | 4079927 Tom of the Missouri
Tom of the Missouri's picture

Why did it cost $300 million?   The answer is because that makes it worth while for the contractors who got hired to create it to organize a bunch of their freinds to have $35,000 per plate fund raising dinners at their home for Obama next time he flys off to collect the money.  In Missouri one guy here got a $100 million govt. gift for his windmill farm and only had to do one dinner.  The dinner of course was held at his newly acquired mansion. Before that I don't think the guy ever owned a house.  At that rate I guess that means that there were three dinners held for the website contract.  Taxpayers and future generations of course picked up the tab for all.

In some places they call this crony capitalism.  And no folks they don't all do it - at least not this blatently and not on this scale.  This thing has been routine for Obama from Solandra to Fisker to Windmills in Missouri and those are just the ones on the top of my tongue.  I am sure there were payback fundraiser for them all.  This is who lots of you elected.  The media of course does not mention it.

Folks it was never about health care or health care websites. Obama does not care about that and they will just spend some more of our money until it appears to work or until the media forgets about it and their IRS will still make you sign up and pay for it. What it is about is political power.  They have it and the hapless coward Repubiicans just granted them automatic future debt increases and continuing budget resolutions.  Money limits, at least until a collapse or until the hyperinflation is no longer an issue. This whole website issue is pretty minor compared to Bengazi, The IRS targeting, Fast and Furious,  the loss of the whole mideast to terrorist. and the completely corrupted justice department to name of few examples.  Get used to it.  The Republicans just capitulated and the administration to my knowledge is no longer operating under any effective constraints. With Janet Yellin coming in money will also not be any object. With the incoming new citizens collecting all their benefits being relected should not be a problem either. Welcome to the third world USA.

A for what it is worth since Congosante is one of main the sub-contractors under the primary for the healthcare exchange website. They are the vehicle for what they call indefinite delivery/quantity contracts. A little insight to how the contracting process is jobbed since these type of contracts and open ended money pits.

I think it is time to shine lights on these fuckers since they deserve bad press along with the HHS for this clusterfuck of a website. If you don't like waste and fraud shine the lights on the contractors also so they lose business and credibility for doing a shitty job.

Regarding the tattoo issue.

There are places in the world where the government keeps certain data sets concerning its citizens in order to provide better and more efficient services.

The citizens are comfortable entrusting that information and consider it innocuous. However, the key is trust. As we have seen, the most innocuous and minute information has been accumulated and utilized in nefarious ways by the government (not our government, the government).

Obozo still thinks Snowden is a criminal and just does not understand the concept of public trust. He thinks it is his entitlement. Hence, he should not be surprised that there is so much distrust and public suspicion regarding his insurance industry pork barrel cum gov't butthead implemented healthcare clusterfuck.

What goes around comes back around.

Whatever benefit there is that can potentially be realized for the public good from technological advances in healthcare data management is polluted by the damage to trust caused by  corruption and violence to civil liberties.

Are any useless MSM pundits making these connections?

Someone had the good sense to exempt overseas expats from Obamacare. ;-)

“In countries with low standards of labor and life, with a government administered by an entrenched autocratic governing class, remote from the life and labor of the wage-earning element, the compulsory insurance principle is quite likely to appeal as a panacea or a solution, even though, as in Germany, it proves merely the means of postponing the inevitable disaster for a generation or two. For the principle itself is unsound and has been proved unsound, because it does violence to the universal law of all social progress, that “Nothing but the slow modification of human nature by the discipline of social life can produce permanently advantageous changes,” and it is equally true, in the words of Herbert Spencer, that “The root of a well-ordered social action is a sentiment of justice which at once insists on personal freedom and is solicitous for the like freedom of others.”
