Obama and cronies came up with the concept - develop a system to control people through healthcare AND cover all the poor. The health care lobby came in and write the nuts and bolts of it for the libs , and the libs put in all their own social engineering goodies. At the heart of this you have a flawed bill, just like Fannie/Freedia, because it has at its heart a conflicting dual mandate. How can you increase costs (that benefit the health lobby) while ensuring everyone gets coverage(which satisfies the libs but drains the system of its money)? Just like Freddie/Fannie whose goals were also conflicting, make money and house everyone with a pulse.
What's funny is the health lobby get's the financial windfall and they get to convince everyone to call the law ObamaCare so they can blame Obama for ALL of the cost increases. Obama doesn't care about the costs, only the control. So if you're bitching about the loss of personal freedom and control, blame Obama; if you're bitching about the rising costs, blame the health lobby.
That's just my two cents. Could be wrong.

Somewhere between $360M and $600M of our tax dollars were spent to develop the websites and servers to handle the administrative rollout of Obamacare, and it has proven to be a HUGE failure. Yet no one is held responsible, and no one has lost their jobs for that HUGE failure. What corporation in the U.S. would allow such a failure to go unpunished? None! This is just the tip of the iceberg as ObamaCare if forced upon America – like it or not. And our government is supposed to be representing the will of the people. Yeah, right! Shame on Congress and the White House for forcing this multi-million-dollar bureaucratic boondoggle down our throats!

Well, Cynthia, I feel that the only way to understand how the Obamacare Web site could perform so poorly is if was deliberately designed to do so. (Some previous Zero Hedge articles have provided some theories about that, while the Infowars site is swamped by articles explaining why that would be.)
In my view, in order to understand how and why Obamacare could be constructed and implemented so badly, one has to first come to terms regarding that the events on 9/11/2001, and the financial crises in 2008, were both Inside Jobs, where the pattern was that nobody who appeared to be "incompetent" was ever fired, but rather, ended up being rewarded and promoted.
Therefore, when you ask about how, as "Yet no one is held responsible, and no one has lost their jobs for that HUGE failure," the apparent answer is the same as for WHY, after 9/11/2001, and the 2008 events, those who really responsible were never held accountable, but rather ended up being rewarded for having done what superficially appeared to be such a spectacularly incompetent job.
The apparent real reason for that pattern of social facts is the same as that which explains why our politicians APPEAR to be such incompetent idiots, which are that they are puppets, whose strings are being pulled in such as way as that they do their jobs in completely incompetent ways, because that is what the puppet masters actually wanted to happen.
If you take a few more turns through the spirals of those tunnels of infinite deceits, you will recognize that militarism is actually the supreme ideology, whose success depends upon deceits. Therefore, what actually controls civilization are its murder systems, upon which the money systems were made and maintained. Therefore, the real world actually operates according to how the death controls really work, which is through the maximum possible deceits, which is why our monetary systems end up operating the maximum possible frauds.
To understand how and why Obamacare is such a hyper-bizarre manifestation of the profit from disease systems, one has to understand that the medical systems are inside the money systems, which are inside the murder systems. Since the murder systems operate as the highest form of organized crime, which covertly control the government, therefore, Obamacare is a crazy backdoor way into death controls. The deeper truth is that there must necessarily be some death control systems. However, evolutionary selection pressures have driven the development of the actual system to become operated through infinite tunnels of deceits, manifesting inside of an overall Bizarro Mirror World, where everything is proportionately backwards and distorted.
Theoretically, medicine ought to be understood within the context of human ecology, and therefore, medicine should primarily be seen within the context of death controls. However, since our style of civilization operates its real death controls through the maximum possible deceits, therefore, its death controls become totally entangled. Therefore, our "health care" system is actually a "profit from disease" system, promoted by professional liars, and immaculate hypocrites.
Since it is practically impossible for our civilization to operate its actual murder system death controls in any ways other than through the maximum possible deceits, as mediated through monetary systems based on the maximum possible frauds, that is the way that Obamacare is actually manifesting itself. As usual, the reactionary revolutionaries who criticize the death controls which will operate through Obamacare will tend to deny that some death controls must necessarily exist, and therefore instead of offering better death control systems, they will promote the impossible ideal that no conscious death control systems should exist at all! And so, around and around it all will go ...
The actual social facts are that the "health care" system in the USA tortures to death at least an order of magnitude more people than the American military industrial complex systems actually do. However, such objective social facts are banished from public debates in the mass media, as well as in most of the alternative media, on level after level, throughout the infinite tunnels of deceits and frauds, which actually operate throughout American society.
Anyway, Cynthia, it will not be long until more than a trillion dollars will have been spent to make Obamacare's computers not work properly (which is probably what was being planned to happen in the first place, which is why those doing that will collect their fees, and not be reprimanded.) More abstractly, since it is almost absolutely impossible for Americans to have saner public debates about their real death control systems, and what should be done to change those, the most probable futures are for that collective social insanity to get way worse, faster ...

I also use Adobe Illustrator for vector if needed, Art Rage, various iPad Apps and all my photographic processing programs. Recently I figured out the best way of using the paint simulation programs.
