evil is the causative factor behind love of (excess) money... fiat/debt on the other hand is satan's tool of mass enslavement. there is a reason that usury was a mortal sin in Christianity (that somehow isn't anymore) and is forbidden in islam (though also increasingly ignored). Jesus battled the money changes. the money changes got the upper hand on him then and had him killed... but the war is not over.
Money changers and usury are not the same. You need to change your money, and changers need to make a living. If there is a hurricane in, say, New Orleans and there is no local fuel available, how do you sterilize water? So someone in, say, Texas realizes he can brave the destruction and bring in fuel for a good profit. The fuel is delivered and lives are saved. Now let's say the federal government decides it's usury to charge so much for fuel, so that guy in Texas says no, it's not worth the risk. Fuel is not delivered and lives are lost. Brilliant.
you ever wonder if a conservative would run on true christian values like no interest on student loans? all i would say is landslide as well as much more money into the economy... granted, it should be tougher to get the loans, but we should not be using them to enslave our children under the guise of helping them get an education... if that were the true motivation, interest wouldn't be charged.
