NSA's problem is having all information is not omniscience, but a dead end for adaptions and progress. What allows man's survival is the creation of new paradigms, new products, and new thinking. Central planning always fails, because it has no diversity of options and attempts to recreate the past and do things differently.
Man is part of Nature. Nature creates diversity through sexual reproduction and mutants. Nature adapts to unanticipated changes by its diversity. Hollande is the revealed face of NSA's intellect. NSA's enemy is diversity and Nature. It will fail.
