What's this about?
Google are now forcing everyone with YouTube accounts to activate G+ accounts.
Apparently, you can no longer comment there without signing in via a G+ account.
I will move all of my video activity in the future to Vimeo.
Try as they may, I have resisted this up until now.
They have already been trying to shovel every gmail account into G+ for months.
Ultimately they want everyone to have a G+ account linked to a name verified with a cell phone number.
And I am sure there are plenty of idiots happy to go along with that idea.
This is what I find particularly insidious about the whole thing.
I, however, am G-Minus.

Forgive me for using hate speech but I HATE Google and am doing everything in my power to be rid of them.

Whenever my computer tells me Google wants to connect to my computer, personally, I reach for the fuck you button. Real-name and verified ID requirements is like opening the front door of your house to all kinds of random vunerabilities. Seriously. Would people accept if it was mandatory to where a name badge with contact information before you leave the house?
I demand to have the email addresses, phone numbers and a recent photos of every person who is on the board of directors at Google and evey other Internet technology company. Then, maybe they can have mine.

Unless you were stupid enough to create a social media account with your name and photos all over it you have nothing to worry about.

You don't need to - the moment your id shows in a mail/etc. (shopping, etc.), it's just as good as if you did...
That's certainly true
But there is a difference between having embarassing material attached to your photo and real name for the whole world to see and having embarrasing material attached to your IP or email.
They want the liberty minded to go. They don't want you sticking around informing the sheeple. I filled in a common name. It will f their site up to have so many people faking the same common names. Those who use their real names may end up being stalked.

We see what direction they are alll headed in. Anonymity is under attack. That is what this is all about. They can't get your credit card numbers if you have any, so they go for cell numbers instead.
They claim it is for your own protection or to facilitate the policing of hate speech.

I have noticed this aswell. I used to be able to buy a prepaid SIM card with cash. I could use sms to pay for vpn service. Some EU law put a stop to that. Now if you want to use sms to pay for things you need to register your SIM card.
You can still pay cash for a sim card in most Asian countries.
Whenever asked for an email (blogs, w/e), I just type a random gmail name - given it's size, anything is almost 100% certain a valid account.

Particularly in the US, one can probably find out the brand of asswipe you use is they have your real name and maybe a hint or two of where you live or other personal details

even if you publish on for example some of the wiki sites, you think you're anonymous but your IP is there for everyone to see, same with Bitly or worse goo.gl , which leaves a public trail

I am the guy you enjoy making fun of so much, I was just wondering what your beef is with me personally. The guy that was targetted by hackers all over for some unknown reason, I guess they enjoy trying to ruin someones life. I've been wondering if my assumption is correct, they made a fake blog and were impersonating me posting hacked emails, hacked notebook writings, and I am assuming they can see me somehow. I was assuming my computer screen. I really don't get why so many people are out to get me, I've never did anything to anyone. So to any government workers who frequent this site, I never had a blog ever, it was hackers impersonating me. Also much of what they posted I am assuming was me writing nonsense in notebook knowing I was being monitored by hackers or was I correct and it really was google pissed off at me for ranting on their search engine for a week straight in a protest of the NSA. I was simply using satire in my own way. You would know better than I though are my assumptions correct that I am being recorded somehow and that there is a fake blog with people pretending to be me. If my assumptions are correct I'd appreciate the link if. I am asssuming there is a central source of information regarding me since so many people on this site know stuff I typed and stuff I did like when i mooned my computer, though that was me mooning the hackers not the government that I am assuming are looking at me. I am still confused why so many people seem to have a personal grudge against me, it was a group of hackers I pissed off on youtube then they posted stuff about me on this site and got you all riled up for some unknown reason. Any feedback would be appreciated, even being mocked in some of your drawings I can still appreciate good satire. I tried using it myself but I am assuming I just pissed off google, or was it just hackers or both? Someone posted on this site that I basically pissed off the dot com billionares by playing in their pond and they decided to destroy me, is this true?
