The Grand SCOTUS Facade

By

Cognitive Dissonance

There is a widely held and increasingly difficult to believe myth that the three branches of the United States government operate independently from each other, thus acting as checks and balances upon each other. And the reality is that as long as it suits The Empire’s self interest those three branches of government will outwardly appear to operate as directed by the constitution.

But if the supremacy of The Empire is threatened by external or internal forces those very same three governmental branches, either separately or in unison, will act to protect The Empire and its special interests………and the Constitution be damned if it gets in the way. Let me repeat that. The Empire will protect itself from itself, from its own greed, corruption, malfeasance, incompetence and especially from its oppressed and enslaved citizens. It is then that the facade of separation of powers begins to slip and fade away.

For example in decades past the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) affirmed slavery in America and then approved by abstention Abraham Lincoln’s blatantly unconstitutional power grab from the states, only to rule against it after the Civil War had ended and the damage had been done. Incredibly they even ratified the corralling of US citizens of Japanese descent during WW2 and the taking of their property without compensation.

And just recently The SCOTUS confirmed that the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare, was constitutional because it’s just a little tax after all. Some said this was a surprising decision, but we knew it was a slam dunk because it supported the teetering Empire with additional tax revenue and control of its ‘citizens’. And this doesn’t even begin to cover the actual list of Empire ass covering rulings by The SCOTUS nor does it mention the long list of legislative or executive affronts to ‘We the People’.

Similarly, as long as it suited The Empire the myth was widely propagated that the USA was the land of milk and honey and egalitarianism ran riot in the streets. As long as productivity increases outpaced the cost of gruel and there was still plenty of financial leverage to exploit, the slaves of the nation were fed a steady propaganda diet of shared prosperity for their share of the elbow grease.

This comforting myth was helped along by switching from one wage earner households to two under the guise of equal rights for women and upward mobility for all. In addition, plenty of cool gadgets and baubles were produced and sold (at double the cost plus profit of course, this being the birth place of [crony] capitalism) in order to entertain the debt and wage slaves while carefully disguised, but none-the-less much higher than advertised, inflation ate them alive.

Now that it is no longer in the best interest of the now bloated and corrupt Empire to maintain the facade, the pretty red velvet curtain at the back of the stage is slowly being removed and the crumbling brick wall is exposed for all to see. It’s time to tighten our belts my fellow peons because the elite are having trouble maintaining their year over year double digit increases in wealth.

As many are beginning to realize, the dismantling of the middle class has begun in earnest and the various branches of government are now obviously and blatantly rallying to protect and serve The Empire. This is accomplished using many brilliantly applied techniques such as bait and switch social programs, bread and circuses for the masses, fear mongering for the weak willed and impressionable, nationalistic propaganda, manufactured left/right ideological conflicts and that old standby, good old fashioned subterfuge. Who doesn’t love it when they slop more lipstick on the pig and slap another coat of wet paint on the dry rot?

It was with this firmly in mind that I stumbled across a photo essay in Politico Magazine entitled 18 Photographs That Will Change Your View of Washington”. This was not my fault; I clicked on a link, then another link, then another when suddenly I found myself in the cesspool of Politico Magazine. Upon arriving and realizing I was already knee deep in DC excrement I plunged ahead and clicked away.

What I found after the third or fourth click took my breath away and shocked me in a way I had never quit experienced. I was so startled that I just stared at the image open mouth and mesmerized, not quite believing my eyes, stunned that ‘they’ would do such a thing. At one point I turned to Mrs. Cog in disbelief and begged her to look at my screen and confirm that what I was seeing wasn’t really what I was seeing. Alas, Mrs. Cog verified that while I may be old and senile, my cataracts had not blurred my vision to such an extent that what I thought I was seeing was not.

It seems that the exterior of the Supreme Court building is undergoing what was described as renovations and some scaffolding needed to go up. While it didn’t mention why they do so, it is common practice to place tarps over the exterior of the scaffolding to catch stray dirt and debris. In fact I believe that somewhere in the constitution there is a passage about keeping the Supreme Court Justice’s black robes clean at all costs during remodeling, so the tarps were completely understandable.

SCOTUS Facade

What was so alarming to me was the image that had been printed on the tarp which covered the entire depth and breadth of the SCOTUS building. A life size (and anatomically correct) picture of the SCOTUS building facade had been painted on the tarp, which was in turn covering the actual SCOTUS building facade, which itself is just an architectural fantasy and placed there only to project an image of strength, integrity and justice for all. I was staring at a simulation of a simulation of a lie if you will, and at taxpayers’ expense no less. Simply amazing the size balls these guys and gals have.

Personally I suspect they’re looting the place under cover of tarp and when the wraps come off martial law will go up and the ugly brick wall will be fully exposed for all to see. Of course this is precisely when the SCOTUS will spring into action and rule that the final nail driven into the constitution is in fact constitutional precisely because it serves to support The Empire.

It is my understanding that something similar was done to the Washington Monument while they repaired the damage done by God’s wrath, also known as an earthquake. And now I read that the Dome of the U.S. Capital Building is currently undergoing a two year restoration because that too is falling apart at the seams. No word yet on if they will paint a picture of the dome on the Dome, but personally I vote for an image of the Three Stooges instead. It’s so apropos.

P.S. – Don’t you just love this image of some tourists taking a picture of the picture of the SCOTUS facade? It speaks volumes about your average American.

Then again, the above picture is a picture of tourists taking pictures of a picture of the SCOTUS facade. Just where this all ends is anybody’s guess. Cue the hall of mirrors.

The judicial branch has folded in so many ways and by doing so, sealed our destruction. It has given unlimited power to the other branches and mainly the executive. The war on terror is their limitless, timeless, lawless tool. It has imploded due process and all government liability or accountability. We can kidnap, torture and hold innocent people for years and their lawsuits are thrown out because they might reveal "state secrets." It has ruled that demcracy can be bought, that corporations have first amendment rights and that citizens, the very people these rights were written for have none. They have called our bluff.

The weakness of the judicial branch has always been that it relies on the state for its funding...and of course, it has no army, to speak of.

All it takes for law to fail is a "king" or "senator" not consenting to its ruling.

As for "democracy"...I chafe at the word but I value our friendship to much to comment more than to say that democracy to me, is nothing more than bribery, to an ill advised or uninformed public.

Well, we all know why the judicial branch has no "force" to back any of its judgements.

There was always (past hence) an expectation that they would interpret the founding documents wisely, as written and understood by the people it is supposed to protect and be the bulwark needed against an over active government (and their cronies) and that those in government leadership roles (being our best & brightest & honorable...lol) would recognize they had over stepped their bounds & abide its decisions.

But no more.

From the Kelo case to ObamaCare it has become just another arm of aggressive tyranny, building upon one bad precedent after another (Wickard-Filburn also comes to mind) with a few bones tossed in lately (Heller) to keep the public at bay. There is a very thin veneer to law which makes it acceptable to all. Strip that away and you are only left with the force of the states edicts & dictats & the subversion from those in it, who under normal circumstances, aren't even qualified to send a simple email.

Like this one ;-)

Kelo and Wickard are two of my least favorite SCOTUS rulings of all time.  Wickard set the stage for future rulings that boil down to "If you fart, and the molecules hava a possibility of crossing state lines, we can regulate it."  Kelo, well, that was just very, very bad.

SCOTUS is just a subsidiary of the Government of The United States, Inc.

SCOTUS is not a separate but equal part of the United States of America governing body.It is not even a part of it.

The American Constitution is abandoned as are the legitimate seats of Government.

The Constitution for the Federal District of Columbia is being forced on the inhabitants of the land through fraud.

Well, don't expect the SCOTUS to support that freedom any more (as if any sapient human expected otherwise).

The very next day after Chief Justice John Roberts nailed Obamacare through, he was photographed in Malta being rewarded for his act by induction as a knight into the Sovereign Military Order of Malta (SMOM; Knights of Malta; the Jesuits' militia).

Probably just a coincidence, but that now makes him the third Knight of Malta on the SCOTUS bench!

Rounding out the nine on the bench are another Jesuit, two Roman Catholics (now under a Jesuit Pope) and three Ashkenazi Jews.

Hi I-dog, been a while since I've had the pleasure of sharing a thread with you, although I do look out for your posts.

It's the second time I've seen you express concern over the "Jesuit" pope, and I was wondering if you would elaborate further. Although a poor example of a catholic,  I have high hopes for the new pope to put our house in order over incidents that put us to shame. I flit in and out of whether organised religions have any use in the  21st century, but mostly I resign myself to being a Catholic who reject the dogma but treasure the central messages of love and forgiveness. Given the nature of the world,  I fail as often as I succeed to abide by my faith to love and forgive my fellow man, but it doesn't stop me from trying.  If you believe the Vatican is involved with the zionists, I would be interested to learn more.

I have personally known two people awarded "knighthoods" with the SMOM, both medical doctors involved in charities,  & quite frankly,  they are the least sinister people I've ever met. Really decent, kind chaps who spent years helping others in their field and easily the most unassuming humble people one can hope to meet. I only found out about the awards years later by someone else who thought it was cool! So, it's a little difficult for me to reconcile your post with my personal experiences.  Perhaps it works differently in America and only horrid leaching lawyers are rewarded. :). I don't know, but I thought the SMOM was a refugee/medical organisation.

Out of boredom, let me dissect this one: "(a) I resign myself to being a Catholic (a.1) who reject the dogma (b) but treasure the central messages of (b.1) love and forgiveness."

(a) makes you a heretic, but:

(a.1) the dogma? What you reject is your view of what you think of what dogmas are ... and you're right on rejecting what is a wrong view, so not a true heretic :)

(b) you don't reject this dogma ... good!

(b.1) yes, love and forgiveness and you (we all) earn it but giving it first BUT don't forget the other central message: the sword.

Love and forgiveness and a bloody fight for what is Right.

Interesting question, YHC, and one I'm happy to comment on to [attempt to] clarify my concerns.

My issue is one of allegiance ... which is not important for doctors (other than to their patients), charity workers, or even businessmen, but it is VERY important to question for political leaders, judges, civil servants, and our 'representatives' on international committees.

The Order of Hospitallers of St.John of Jerusalem began during the Crusades, way back in 1023, in Jerusalem ... so it began, along with the Knights Templar, with the Roman Church's early attempts to wrest control of Jerusalem from the Muslims (after, IMO, losing absolute control over Islam due to the unforeseen split into Sunni and Shi'a). The knights had the same objectives then as do the Zionists today.

As Wiki points out, the Order of St.John (SMOM) is quite large with "about 13,500 members, 80,000 volunteers, and 25,000 mostly medical employees". Like the Freemasons, it is a large charitable organisation with different "levels" of membership, and membership interests. Maybe your doctor friends are simply doing charitable work and have no idea of what may be known by those at the higher levels. For example, my own godfather was a very high level Freemason, and his father was the most senior 33rd degree Freemason in the country ... yet they were wonderful and charitable people (though highly political and 'connected' at the very highest levels, including hosting British royalty). At the time, I had no idea about the difference between the lowest 3 'degrees' of Freemasonry (which is entirely social/charitable, though serves as the incubator and selection pool for the higher levels) and the objectives of the higher degrees of the "Scottish Rite" (which is a Jesuit concoction introduced just 4 years after Freemasonry was taken over by the Illuminati). We never even discussed Freemasonry. I suspect this was not only because I have been an atheist from a very young age, but also because I was a rebel from a very young age. I'm not good at blindly following orders or at group-think.

I also comment often and negatively about the Jesuits, yet they also feature a split between those who take the basic 3 vows of poverty, chastity and obedience and those who go on to take the 4th vow. At the lower levels, the Jesuits are primarily involved in providing educational and scientific research establishments.

Those whom I rail against are those Jesuits in the political arena, as well as those cloistered and beavering away on political propaganda. It is worth noting that kings, emperors and popes have shared my concern over the centuries and have therefore banned the Jesuits from more than 80 countries from time to time for political meddling. In Japan, their priests and converts were even executed. Nagasaki was payback...pure and simple.

Yale's notorious Skull & Bones secret society is another Jesuit example: Only 15 boys are 'tapped' into the society each year and are sworn to secrecy (under very serious threats for breaching that secrecy), but they are also continually tutored, tested and monitored for the qualities that will see them selected later for key positions in government and the military. I'm sure that many, or even most, fail the tests and have no further involvement with the Jesuits' global agenda, though still remaining absolutely silent about what they learned and were subjected to as initiates.

I do not believe "the Vatican" have always been involved with the Zionists. There have been many battles over the centuries between the Jesuits (and their predecessors) and the Papacy. But I believe the Jesuits (who currently control the Vatican) are the Zionists (also acting through their alter-ego, the Sabbatean-Frankist-Ashkenazi Jews).

Ignatius Loyola himself was a Khazar Marrano (crypto-Jew) and was twice brought before the Dominican-led Spanish Inquisition before founding "The Company" (interestingly, a sobriquet also shared among members of both the CIA and Skull & Bones). Adam Weishaupt, the founder of the Illuminati, was also a Sabbatean-Frankist Khazar who was Jesuit trained and occupied the Jesuit chair of Canon Law at Ingolstadt University in Bavaria at the time he founded the Illuminati.

Back to the SMOM: Your doctor friends, if they were indeed "knighted" into the Order (ie. swore allegiance to the Black Pope, superceding allegiance to any other sovereign entity), then they share common allegiance to the Black Pope with such illustrious servants of the American people as:

  • Dwight Eisenhower, Nelson Rockefeller, Ronald Reagan, Gerald Ford, George H.W. Bush, Joe Biden, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.
  • General William Westmoreland, Henry Kissinger, General Alexander Haig, Pat Buchanan, Richard Holbrooke, Robert Gates, Robert Zoellick, and Joseph Schmitz (the inspector general who "lost" $2.3 trillion in the Pentagon on his watch).
  • J.Edgar Hoover, "Wild Bill" Donovan, Allen Dulles, Cardinal Avery Dulles, John McCone, Robert McNamara, William Colby, James Jesus Angleton, William Casey, George Tenet, John C. Gannon, Michael Chertoff and Erik Prince.
  • Michael Bloomberg, Rudy Giuliani, George Pataki, and John Bolton.

...as well as some deceased luminaries, such as: William Randolph Hearst, Amschel Mayer Rothschild (eldest brother of Nathan Mayer Rothschild), Tip O'Neil, William F. Buckley, Joe Kennedy, Ted Kennedy and Larry Patton McDonald.

Some pretty illustrious company in the political and military arena that your friends keep! (though, admittedly, only from my American list).

On Pope Francis, I will only comment that he is the first openly Jesuit Pope. Most of the Popes since the mid-18th century (apart from a couple who were poisoned) were Jesuit-trained and some have even been suspected of being crypto-Jews. Benedict was even SMOM.

I hope that long ramble helps you...and others who may see this before this thread quickly goes dead.

side thought on a sunday:  your mention of Biden got me thinkin how tiny Delaware is such a critical cog in the current apparatus of USAInc.

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-06-08/how-delaware-became-the-king-of...

In 1913, New Jersey, fiscally secure (for the time being), destroyed its own chartering business when it passed antitrust measures urged by its lame-duck Democratic Governor Woodrow Wilson, who argued that the fast-growing state no longer needed the revenue that chartering provided.

Delaware emerged as the corporate favorite after 1913 because it adopted New Jersey’s well-understood and respected corporate law and legal precedents, minus the antitrust attitude. As an additional inducement, it offered the whole package at half of what New Jersey charged.

now imagine if Delaware started revoking corporate charters left & right, starting at the top of the food chain.   of course, some other state will most likely pick up the slack, but it would most definitely call attention to the never-discussed fact that corporations are state government-sanctioned creations.

no wonder the IRS is domiciled in Puerto Rico :)  and no wonder that Jumpin' Joe got a nice fat reward for his years of hard work at gatekeeping.

I did read The Jesuits by Malachi Martin in the early nineties. He explained that as a former Jesuit he could confirm that the Jesuits had been taken over by communists. Jesuit priests would physically fight (with AK-47s) on the side of the communists in Nicuaragua, which is how these priests ended up being killed by the anti-communist rebels there.

"Jesuits had been taken over by communists"

LOL ... The Jesuits started communism! It is their creation!

The Jesuit Indian 'Reductions' in Paraguay in South America, from 1609-1767, were the first communes - using the Indians as slave labour. (FEMA camps, anyone?)

The financial success of these communes for the Jesuits (and the inhumane conditions) was the primary reason for the Jesuits being expelled from all of the Spanish and Portuguese Americas in 1767 (which is when they immediately turned their attention to promoting the independence of the British colonies in North America and then taking control over the new 'United States of America').

Jesuit scholars ghost wrote 'The Communist Manifesto' and 'Das Kapital' for/with Karl Mordechai/Marx, the wealthy middle-class cousin of Nathan Mayer Rothschild. Marx was a Sabbatean-Frankist-Ashkenazi Khazar.

From wide ranging research - which began with absolutely no agenda other than to find the truth behind 9-11. That search led me down some very interesting rabbit holes...and I'm still exploring and finding new pieces to add to the overall picture.

Relying on only one source - no matter how good - only gives one point of view ... and frequently feeds you 'limited hangout' propaganda. I've now learned to quickly recognise what obvious things they don't say, as a way of recognising such limited hangouts (which were around long before the internet), or simply lazy/incomplete scholarship.

As I recently said on another matter: Take in everything ... then think critically.

I care about how it is used to justify insanity, especially when the aforementioned insanity affects my life and the lives of many others.

By the way, the term 'I could care less' implies that you care.

In UK the term is 'I couldn't care less' which is pretty clear in stating lack of care.

Very much so. The (extremely) talented Mr Ripley Mrs. Cog.

edit: Oops, I just watched the trailer to "The Talented Mr. Ripley". Looks like I just called my wife a murderer. And she yelled at me for doing so. :)

It's a great movie... that nobody ever really talks about.

Mrs. Cog never ceases to amaze me with her wide range of skills. Just don't ask her to do math. :)

<Ouch ouch, I'm sorry, I'm SORRY. Yes, I take it back honey.>

Jeez....no sense of humor. :)

curious if there are little-er Cog's? such a lifestyle change over the past few is romantic sounding, but little ones complicate, no?

We have a nearly 16 year old girl who, by the second week here, called child protection services and told them she had been kidnapped and couldn't escape. Does that count?  :)

There is a bit of culture shock with the young lady, but she is adjusting. It helps immensely that she is only 6 months away from securing her drivers license and making her final getaway.

<Mom, can I borrow the car for a few hours? Just headed over to a friends house.>

Haha, that definitely counts. Was she kidding? What did cps say?

Actually I'm just kidding about the CPS.

But Mrs. Cog and I are definitely much more excited about composting than our daughter is. As Zsa Zsa Gabor famously said in 'Green Acres' - "Darling I love, but give me Park Avenue." :)

BLASPHEMER!

Zsa Zsa Gabor never appeared in Green Acres. Her lovely and charming sister Eva Gabor appeared in the role of Lisa Douglas a.k.a. Oliver Wendell Mrs. Douglas.

"Green Acres we are there."
