Wow. Just wow. I have lived here in the Upper Midwest my whole life. I am a good ol boy if you will. Sure I have been around a bit. I have never seen this happen before. The city of Spooner, WI said, "Hey we are out of gas so run your water.". It is a small town and a large rural area.
