Yes. CNN has been annoying with their speculaton on 370. They even have the studio floor turned into a giant Ipad. They just won't stop and report on much of anything else. That forces me over to FUX news where I don't learn anything either. Maybe MSNBC? No, there's nothing there either. CNBC is a "premium" channel now with Charter. I'm not paying extra for that shitshow.

It is a glaring error to think of "the American people" as a single entity. There is nothing "United" about people of the United States. It's a myth perpetrated by politicians to keep their jobs.

This country, and the people in it, is divided in so many different ways that contemplating the varieties is like trying to comprehend infinity.

What on earth do the people of Montana have in common with the peeps of W. bygod Virginia? The human beans of Northern Californica with the surfer dudes in Newport Beach? The farmer of Nebraska, with the union thugs in Jew Nersey?

The reason why so much can be gotten away with at the top is that there is "Coincidence of Interests" of a relatively small group of elites from the Universities right on thru corporations and government. That group may not be strictly conspiratorial but it doesn't really matter if they all share the same ideals, actions, and policies or most of them.

And the other 330,000,000 of us? We ain't in the club. We are not and can never be organized sufficiently into a cohesive bloc that can overturn those relative few.

How is it Larry Summers can fail at so much and yet still get a multimillion dollar a year job when he is worthless?

How is it the likes of Hank Paulson can move from Goldman Sucks to Treasury and back to Goldman or some other primary dealer after giving a trilliom dollars to them, no question asked?

How is Geithner able to surface at some other financial monolith after his horrible actions at Treasury? Wanna guess where Lew ends up in a few short years? And where he came from? The COO at Citigroup.
