I'd really like to agree with you here, but not sure Rand is a chip off the old block.
However - if he promised to make Ron head of the Fed, or Treasury - HE'D HAVE MY VOTE.

Rand has made it clear he's willing to play the game, unlike his dad. Whether there is any hint of his dad's philosophy left upon election (after the inaugural-day private screening of the Zapruder film) is unclear.
Rand is a Libertarian and so is most of SCOTUS. granting corporations human rights also implies they are bound by criminal and civil law (how do you jail a corporation?) and while i can almost see the sentiment that goes with bypassing the need to assign responsibilty for things done in the name of the common good, (as the lawyer tried to argue, sure my client murdered his wife, but he's a doctor, think of all the lives he saved!)
i am bothered somewhat by the prefix MULTINATIONAL. before i forgive a corporation for pollution, price fixing, unfair labor practises, and faulty ignitions switches, i want to know that the profits weren't going intoa Swiss bank account for the benefit of offshore entities.
