here's a blurb from Doug Noland's Credit Bubble bulletin, with Nolands John McEnroe response afterward
April 10 – Dow Jones (Pedro Nicolaci da Costa): “Ben Bernanke seems to have already transitioned comfortably back into his new research role at a Washington think tank. Wearing a white button-down shirt--no tie-- and sounding much feistier than he did as Federal Reserve Chairman, Mr. Bernanke took issue with India central bank chief Raghuram Rajan’s suggestion that U.S. central bank officials should pay greater attention to the effects of their policies on overseas economies. ‘A lot of what you’ve been talking about today just reflects the fact that you are very skeptical about unconventional monetary policies,’ Mr. Bernanke said from the front row of the audience during the question-and-answer session of a panel discussion… You say the rules of the game should prevent policies with ‘large adverse spillovers and questionable domestic benefits.’ If you have a different empirical assessment, as Vitor and I do, and you think that these are effective policies and that in fact emerging markets are probably better off than if these policies had not been used, you would have a different view…’ Then, Mr. Bernanke got really professorial. ‘I do want to take you to task as a professor at the University of Chicago, ignoring money. You made a very clever equivalence ... between exchange intervention and unconventional monetary policies… There’s one very important difference which is that exchange rate intervention sterilized the effects on monetary policy or on the money supply. So you’re ignoring the money supply…’”
Not surprisingly, Dr. Bernanke remains convinced that QE – “money” printing – creates wealth and repairs financial and economic damage (consequences of the previous Bubble). Dr. Rajan argues persuasively that “extreme monetary easing through unconventional policies” has fostered another round of dangerous global financial and economic distortions. I’ve noted recently how the U.S. monetary policy debate pits the academic doves versus the real world hawks. Raghuram Rajan astutely melds academia with the real world in powerful analysis the academic inflationists won’t be able to lay a glove on (“ignoring the money supply”? You can’t be serious…).
we will be hearing a lot of this...

" Triffin dilemma
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Triffin dilemma or paradox is the conflict of economic interests that arises between short-term domestic and long-term international objectives when a national currency also serves as a world reserve currency. The dilemma of choosing between these objectives was first identified in the 1960s by Belgian-American economist Robert Triffin. He pointed out that the country whose currency, being the global reserve currency, foreign nations wish to hold, must be willing to supply the world with an extra supply of its currency to fulfill world demand for these foreign exchange reserves, and thus cause a trade deficit." ...
Singer/songwriter Jesse Winchester dies
Brian Mansfield, Special for USA TODAY 7:38 p.m. EDT April 11, 2014
"Singer/songwriter Jesse Winchester died Friday morning at his Charlottesville, Va., home. Winchester, who had been suffering from esophageal cancer, was 69.
"Friends, our sweet Jesse died peacefully in his sleep this morning," said the message posted to Winchester's Facebook page. "Bless his loving heart."
A native of Shreveport, La., Winchester moved to Canada in 1967 to protest the Vietnam War draft. He continued to live there for many years after President Carter granted unconditional pardons to those who had left the country to avoid the draft." ...

I was drawn to this post by its title, I had written an article about two years ago with the same title. This was enough to cause me to go back and review it. Below is that article which I found interesting after all that has and is unfolding.
Congrats on the Max mention, especially the "only one in the world" comment,
Keep pouring it to em!
I know my grandson's will see your stuff in Art appreciation 15 years from now, Imagine, a whole semester commited to just a review of the last 3 years and into what ever the future is coming at us. You will be like Andy W, but hope not so wierd.
@WB7 - Just heard Max Keiser throw your name out as one of the very few of your kind in the world doing what you do in your art "realm" or "niche". He's interviewing Alex Schaefer and mentions you at 15:12 and also Bluma Berlin.
It was just a quicky, but maybe you can get on the Max's show one 'o these days, ay?
Just thought I'd let ya know in case ya hadn't heard. Here's the beginning of the interview and Schaefer paints a burning bank live while they do the interview which is pretty cool.
The link starts at 12:40 and you come up at 15:12 I think.
show up in a Nixon mask, if the late night stephen colbert media frenzy proves anything its that you can to play along with them (oreilly) and still get your point across.
I agree, Banzai. I watched the Keizer report this morning, and when he mentioned you and David Dees, I was compelled to watch in full, regardless.
Keiser's kind of funny (sometimes) and Stacy is no-nonsense and shows news articles backing the claims; and that gives them the ability to air their show without issues from their sponsorship.
I saved an illustration of Max as a 'vampire killer', that featured Dimon as Dracula. One of my favorites...
I also saved a pic from Keiser that shows a woman with her legs raised up in the air and crossed (nearly naked), and a cat nestled where all good pussycats are. I really like good pussies, and I want to pet them on the head and stuff... They purr, sometimes, when I stroke them.
Another favorite of mine is Max's pic of the girl with shiny silver panties on, way too short for P.G. viewing. The title of the pic is 'Silver Shorts' (get it?). This girl's ass is kind of skinny, though, unlike the girl in your currect picture. Not to say that either one would get evicted from bed...
The girl is quite pretty, and shapely, but her ass seems to be covered in obscene pictures. Can you photoshop these nasty images off? Oh, I didn't think so... You seem to have a dirty mind there, WB7.
Hey Billy, I like the new setup for your {Artwork} much more. I meant to comment last week but got busy. The ficker thing loads slow and I can't copy images to share with friends and family without taking an screenshot.
Hey WB7, this morning I heard, although I have no personal connection, that she also had a red "tail" attached in the correct location. When I asked ..er.. someone ..er.. were there any "Bernank tatz" in view, the answer was "nyet, tovarich."
Once again, you have scooped the entire world in this courageous act of revelation.

{I didn't wish to use the word "Journalism" in association with you--muy too insulting of a Friday night}
I think I just converted from Leg and Ass man, to Tit man.

Maybe one 40 year old virgin if you are lucky.
Thas nasity! An I means NASITY!
Cheeky bastard x 2. spank him silly...
I have never wanted so badly to smack Bernanke right in the face and hold him by the chin.

Max and Stacy are good friends. I could be on the show whenever I want, but I prefer a more mysterious and low key approach...nice schtick huh ;-)

Those are some birthing hips.
Ben left just in time to preserve his "legacy".
As soon as I seen 'ass' I knew this was thread for me. Jesus fuck talk about breaking a tongue off!
Best part would be jizzing all over Ben's (fuck Ben) face when finished.
I always wanted to cuckold that fucking clown.
