Bush’s Anti-Terror Chief: Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld Can Be Tried at the Hague for the War Crimes They Committed In Iraq
Bush’s top counter-terrorism official for his first year as president – Richard Clarke – tells Democracy Now that Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld committed war crimes in Iraq … and that they can be tried at the Hague:
(Clarke retired in protest at the start of the Iraq war.) Clarke is right:
- The Iraq war was launched under false pretenses
- Top Bush administration officials clearly committed war crimes in Iraq
- War crimes generally have no statute of limitations under international law
- Indeed, it is not too late to charge Bush, Cheney or Rumsfeld for war crimes even under American law
And – as odd as it may sound – it’s not too late to impeach Bush, Cheney or Rumsfeld … even though they have are no longer in office.
Of course, Obama is also committing war crimes. For example, the Obama administration has ordered numerous indiscriminate drone strikes … which are war crimes (more here and here). And torture is also apparently continuing under Obama. See this and this.
And Obama should also be impeached.

The unholy trinity of Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld needs to be prosecuted under US and international law for torture and the greatest crime of all - starting a war of aggresion - sacrificing the sons and daughters of the poorest sector of the population. You are the real problem; you are the typical citizen who never reads any thing and doesn't know who anyone is or what part they played. Clarke tried to get messages through to Bush about Alqueda in the USA before 9-11; and he was blocked by Rice. Rice is a very strange creature. Clarke was actually prevented from doing his job; and while you're doing your reading of various books, be sure and find out who and what Rumsfield and his assistant were and their actions; during the Iraqi War, so called.

I always thought Clarke was one of the principal players of both 911 and the coverup. Lot's of sorrces have suggested this, though I can't recall all the allegations I have read over the years. That's why I was surprised to see this video.

I think it was General Wesley Clark you are referring to who told us of the plans to invade 7 countries in 5 years.
He was there from 1992 until 2003. Are you telling me he didn't know what was going on all those years? He was prmoted to top counter-terrorism chief at NSA in 1998. The US allowed OBL and Al Qaeda to thrive for a reason. Clarke was in the middle of it all.

Clarke was anti-terrorism chief at the NSA all during the 1990's under Clinton. The 9/11 hijackers entered the US in 1998.
He was also in charge during the US embassy bombings in Africa, the Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, The USS Cole bombing in Yemen.

Of course if there is a way to arrest them first, then by all means do, and then put them in solitary confinement at Guatanamo Concentration Camp for 10-20 years, depending on their age, with daily "enhanced interrogation" procedures (approved by Dick Cheney) until they die of natural causes during interrogation.
In all seriousness, part of the reason that Obama is guilty of war crimes is because he is reversing the order:
(1) Execute first
(2) THEN CONVICT of being a bad guy
also in all seriousness: The Hague does "not apply". the US has not signed any conventions or treaties regarding extradictions to The Hague
further, any permanent member of the UN security council (which the US is) can veto enforcement of cases to the International Court of Justice
(2) ummm, when have we seen any court cases other than executive kangaroo courts?
