Formenting Anarchy through County Law

I am interested in the concept of creating a defacto anarchist territory through county supremacy. The approach is similar to the Free State Project of New Hampshire, USA, but taken a degree further. Considering the nullification of various gun laws, and more recently the nullification of food regulations by certain counties across the USA, can this approach be taken to the extreme? Would it be conceivable for a county to nullify all Federal and State regulations--even reducing property taxes to zero percent? Furthermore, alter their county law forbidding any change or ratification of any new laws/regulations beyond its current incarnation? I'm attempting to consider methods in which people can disconnect from the Leviathan. Violent resistance will not be effective, as violence is The State personified. All that is required is to remove consent. I'm just trying to figure out practical ways in which that can be done in the open.
