Price difference of grains between US and China ports

I am starting to look again into the topic of price discrepancies of grains between US and China. I vaguely remember a story about that on ZH from a couple of years ago. Particularly comparing the prices at the main ports so that internal transportation costs are not factored in.
Cannot seem to find the right posting for it however.
1. Any pointers to that post will be most helpful.
2. Any pointers to the source of the actual data of prices at the ports (US and China) will be greatly appreciated.
