..not sure how this works, but looking to share ideas as to identify best places for folks that are not tied to geography or work obligations to end up.
issues include-
-water and energy availability
-community- secular and faith-based
-local, provincial and state disposition to taxation and control issues
-how skills, knowledge and resources can best be shared
-whatever..
